07/03/2026: If you want to step back in time to the 1950s and find your "Fonzie" friend... well, you've come to the right place. The atmosphere is typical of Happy Days, and we find all the local dishes. The burgers are fantastic, with their truly excellent meat and served with fries. The milkshakes and a wide selection of desserts are also worth mentioning. Kudos to all the friendly, kind, and cordial staff. Overall, a great place for an evening with friends.

16/03/2026: The focaccia really delivers—fresh, full of flavor, and perfectly baked. The dough is light, springy, and has a very good texture, and the toppings are well-balanced and not overdone.

15/03/2026: A charismatic salesperson, good food, and good prices. At around 3:00 PM, the selection wasn't extensive. We tried the margherita and dry focaccia, which were delicious. We also ordered the focaccia with fries and a sausage of some kind, which we didn't particularly like (it seemed undercooked and bland). That's the only downside, but I'm sure the other items we didn't find at the time are worth trying :)

10/01/2026: tiny portions no more than 50 grams of pasta, if you go just for a first course they are quite annoyed, but it's all good, furniture and tables quite worn, quite cystic for a trattoria, for a first course you go from a minimum of 12 euros for a cacio pepe 😵‍💫

04/01/2026: We had a wonderful stay at the historic Finailhof, which I previously only knew as a summer stopover. The apartment was spacious, very comfortably furnished, and offered a breathtaking view. The wood-burning stove was lit every day. We enjoyed the varied breakfast in the dining room – always fresh cheese and ham, boiled eggs, fruit, and muesli, everything was there. The dumplings and Kaiserschmarren (shredded pancake) in the evening were also excellent. A huge thank you to the whole family for their warm hospitality – we felt very comfortable and welcome, especially with our little screamer. The tour of the stables was also a highlight for our daughter and me. We will definitely be back!

03/01/2026: Excellent food, fair prices, beautiful lake view, but for us the wait was too long. It's still worth it, perhaps after a nice walk along the trail.

15/03/2026: Excellent ramen, one of the few that makes the perfect soft-boiled egg. They also have a varied selection of soups and more. Friendly staff, a simple place, and in the winter you can eat outside thanks to their incredibly potent "mushrooms." We're loyal customers and return whenever we can.

12/03/2026: Arrived to this place almost by chance, while walking towards the Arsenale. And man, am I glad we did. The food was excellent, and the staff so nice and accomodating. Both waitresses were attentive to my kid's allergies and made us feel welcome from the start. Kudos in particular to the brunette waitress (sorry, didn't get your name, but you know who you are) who not only spoke quite fluent Spanish (and, for what I could hear from the table next to us, English as well), but suggested some out of the menu dishes that were to die for. My wife and I shared the Caprese salad and the pasta with lobster, and for the kid we ordered a beef lasagna and a T-bone steak. I tried everything and, mamma mia! Obviously, the lasagna and the pasta were amazing, as is usual in italy. I dare say the lasagna was the best I've ever tasted, and the pasta was otherworldly, but the steak was also really good and tasty, and the Caprese was the perfect appetizer. For desserts, Tiramisu and Tartufo affogato with cofee. I had the latter, and wished I had ordered the tiramisu instead, but only because the tartufo is basically a chocolate ice-cream. As a coffee drinker, the quality of the coffee made the entire dessert for me... awesome! It is really difficult to not eat well in Venice, but I'd say Denis is the best place we ate at during our stay. Will recommend to anyone who wants to visit. Thanks for an unforgettable lunch experience
