16/08/2024: Excellent cuisine, everyone involved knows their craft! 🙏 After a 14-day tour, we experienced our culinary highlight here. Eating here is certainly not cheap, but it is definitely worth the price. From the service to the wine advice to the food served, everything was exceptionally good 👍🏼 Since I like to cook myself, I would like to try to prepare some of the dishes myself.

28/07/2024: The thing I appreciate most about this excellent restaurant is tasting many different dishes created with combinations of unusual flavours, a continuous surprise tasting after tasting. The raw materials are so good that even raw cauliflower is more appreciated than usual, the welcome chips make even those who hate them love vegetables. As already mentioned, the location is a deconsecrated church, so the space is large with high ceilings and good lighting. The kitchen is open to view so you can peek at the precise and confident movements of chef Anna who seems to dance in the kitchen. The service is attentive and supervised by Enrico the sommelier, who knows how to recommend the perfect wine. It's one of my favorite places, I go back whenever I can. Compliments!

21/08/2024: Very nice restaurant in Salò. We took the tasting menu accompanied by several glasses of wine to accompany each dish. Tasty and original dishes. Unfortunately it was very crowded and some dishes took a long time. But considering that we are in August it is physiological that with the peak of tables some evenings do not go well. We will return in a quieter period.

18/08/2024: We came across this restaurant by chance in Salo and managed to get a table. We are very happy to have eaten there. The service was excellent, as was the wine presentation and presentation, and the food was excellent. At the end of our vacation we treated ourselves to dinner there again. The variations of the antipasti, the primi patti and the secundi patti as well as the desserts were exquisite and very, very tasty. The greetings from the kitchen completed the menu excellently. We particularly enjoyed the fine coordination of the individual dishes. We can expressly and without reservation recommend this restaurant. The restaurant belongs to the upper price range. Nevertheless: Treat yourself to something good and eat there!!! It's really worth it!!!

25/08/2024: The atmosphere of the place is beautiful, in the east there are tables and sofas outside under the olive trees to create a very suggestive atmosphere. The staff, in addition to being extremely professional, is very kind and helpful towards customers. Finally, the dishes have the right balance between refinement and taste. Unfortunately the photos don't do it enough! Honorable mention to the bread they produce which we ordered at least 2 or 3 times, amazing. Everything delicious, I highly recommend this place!

24/07/2024: Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, piatti ricercati e studiati al dettaglio, vini eccellenti ed uno staff competente e gentilissimo. Non si può chiedere di più a questo splendido ristorante all'interno di un ex caseificio dei primi 800. Consigliatissimo!

23/07/2024: I found this restaurant in search of an ethiopian dish close to remini to fullfill my cravings of missing my home food for a year, and it was a home away from home, autentic ethiopian cusine with amazing flavors, and the service and hospitality from the woman who greeted us named Eskedar was pure ethiopain hospitality at its best , love it, recomend it, and definitely coming back.

12/08/2024: Excellent place to eat artisanal piadina. Very friendly and helpful staff, particular place, outdoors and welcoming. The piadina was very good, crunchy and tasty! Recommended for those who want to try this typical dish!

28/07/2024: Repetita juvant, as the Latin saying goes, repeating is beneficial, we "repeated" ourselves, taking advantage of the splendid location of Ditirambo, and in its culinary journey. The kindness of the service and the owner complete the experience. Appetizer with a trio of tastings, cod with peach, a sublimation of flavors with the contrast of the sweet peach with the soft taste of cod, potato and mushroom flan, another demonstration that divine forces exist, and aubergine meatball which, although "obvious", also receives the applause of the guests. First we had fettuccine with buffalo ragù in white which, if divine forces exist, even woodland elves and fairies have bothered with this dish, the helices with vegetables and bigoli, cod and pepper Crusco, I won't even tell you about the latter , go and try them. The wine list is excellent. Dessert, chocolate and mint ceescake madeleine with buffalo ricotta, Amalfi cake. In conclusion we spent a pleasant and tasteful evening. Go there.

29/07/2024: Having dinner a few evenings ago, we started with the fried anchovies, delicious and with the equally worthy raw ham. Fish paella accompanied by dangria, both good. Finished with very good creme brulee and the right crust on top. What deserves a special mention is the courtesy and friendliness of the staff.

26/07/2024: I am traveling to Cagliari for the first time. And it was surprising for me to find the Kargizistan restaurant. Many thanks to the staff and the cook, I was transported for a moment as if home. Very tasty and cozy. I wish the restaurant prosperity. If anyone is in Cagliari, be sure to try the Kargyza cuisine.
