If all of Castelbuono is talking about Fiasconaro, you have to change the subject and stop at Palazzaccio, a completely renovated restaurant with friendly service and quality cuisine made with excellent ingredients! Almost everything is homemade... a relaxing lunch or dinner without going overboard. Typical local cuisine that aims to give you a different experience. They've succeeded! Fairly priced!

This one deserves all the credit - the welcome, the food, the value for money - all excellent. We came in early for Saturday, the chef himself welcomed us in, we had a tour of the kitchen and in general had a great experience. The tasting appetizer menu of six dishes, the lamb chops and the suckling pig were freshly made and excellent. So was the dessert. The restaurant filled up by 9:30pm, while we came in at 7:30pm. We'll, the Michellin listing is well deserved.

Beautifully decorated restaurant, in a small alley near the shopping street (Via Turisi). Delicious antipasti, excellent pasta dishes, and the main courses were also very tasty. Extensive wine selection. Excellent service. A noisy crowd, but oh well, it is Italy after all. But if I may offer a few tips: 1. Invest in coffee cups instead of cardboard cups 2. Invest in wine glasses (large red wine glasses) 3. Enforce the smoking ban, even for the boss's friends who vape!

We had lunch here today and it was a truly wonderful experience. We were warmly welcomed and carefully advised on our choice of dishes. Once we arrived, everything was delicious: from the starters to the main course, every course was a pleasant surprise. Definitely a place we'll return to!

New location, impeccable quality. Some dishes are sublime in their simplicity (fried cardoncelli mushrooms and lamb, for example), others display great technique. A truly interesting wine list. Service is impeccable in its courtesy and attentiveness. Well done, congratulations.

What can I say...a symbiosis of the useful and the delightful. A prestigious restaurant with renovated spaces, located in the historic center, adding charm and respect for the place it inhabits. Then, the food itself, the true protagonist, is the sourcing of local ingredients expertly crafted by expert hands and eyes. 02/07/2026: Two weeks ago, we had the most wonderful evening with excellent food, perfect service, and a beautiful sunset view! We booked here on a recommendation. The drive through the mountainous landscape was exciting, and we were initially unsure if we were in the right place, but upon entering the unassuming house, we were warmly greeted by Giuseppe himself and shown to a lovely table on the balcony. He cooked the meal himself, and we were looked after by him and a friendly server. We hadn't seen the menu beforehand, so we left sight unseen and weren't disappointed: everything was presented with meticulous attention to detail and tasted absolutely delicious! There were always more little surprises, and at the end, we had a pleasant chat with Giuseppe. Thank you so much for the wonderful evening; if we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back!

When a place does so well, you can see the passion behind every detail. In the Kitchen: Chef Gianfranco Parisi is a force of nature. His dishes are an experience for the eyes and the palate, combining technique, flavor, and a unique charm. At the Bar: Francesco Gaiano is a master behind the bar, with exceptional drinks and great professionalism. At the Bakery: Massimo in the pizzeria churns out spectacular pizzas, with perfect dough and cooking. In the Dining Room: Giovanni Fiorelli and the entire team welcome you with such attention, kindness, and energy that make you feel immediately at home. A beautiful atmosphere and an extraordinary staff that all pulls in the same direction. When you come here, you experience the region at its best. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back.
