Incuriositi dalle ottime recensioni abbiamo scelto questo ristorante per cenare a Castelbuono durante le vacanze Natalizie. Devo dire che siamo rimasti piacevolmente soddisfatti. Gentilissimo lo staff. Ci hanno fatto assaggiareun pane buonissimo di loro produzione con lievito madre appena sfornato, con dell'ottimo l'olio extravergine. Ottime le pietanze da noi scelte e le fettuccine con funghi freschi campagnoli. Ben equilibrati i sapori. Anche il calice di nero d'avola molto gradevole al palato. Lo consigliamo!

Portate indubbiamente di qualità cucinate in maniera egregia peccato per il servizio gestito da Una Maitre con fare altezzoso e presuntuoso con poca attenzione alle richieste dando tutto per scontato, ambiente sufficiente, difficilmente consigliabile. Ho apprezzato tantissimo le scuse ricevute postume alla mia recensione sinonimo di professionalità.

06/04/2024: At Apud Jatum I ate the best pizza in the province of Palermo and probably in all of Sicily. The dough is wonderful I don't know how they managed to create a soft and crunchy dough at the same time with a delicious edge. All the ingredients are top quality and nothing is left to chance. Prices are average (lower than average when compared to quality). The staff is friendly and even smiling. The only downside is the place where it is located. The street and the exterior are not up to the standard of the venue. Well done to the owner though.
02/04/2024: In an elegant environment and welcomed by kind staff, gourmet cuisine is offered with all dishes at reasonable prices. Impossible to be disappointed. Given the proximity to the archaeological area of ​​Monte Jato it can be an additional reason to organize a trip out of town and spend a happy Sunday. To conclude, it is a restaurant with good memories where you can enjoy a multi-sensory and well-being experience. Recommended and to be recommended.
