12/03/2026: We went to dinner this evening in a group of six. We had a mix of hot appetizers and a few portions of rice, several portions of naan, a main course each, two desserts, and I think six bottles of water: €33 per person. A more than fair price for the quality of the food we ate, the attentive staff, and the exquisite atmosphere. I'd been there before but had never reviewed it, and honestly, it's even better than I remembered. It's no coincidence that it's been a staple of Empoli pizza for over 11 years, which isn't a given given the standard of some restaurants (or supposed restaurants) in the area. The experience was so engaging that, alas, I didn't remember to take any photos of the dishes.

17/02/2026: We had dinner on Friday evening. Delicious food, casual, and relaxed atmosphere. Recommended! Vegetarian options are also available.

22/03/2026: They stop me outside and say, "You feel right at home here." Interesting. I ask, "Is the food made to order?" The young man replies, "My mother cooks, and this is my father." I see it's all true, and I go in. The menu is extensive, so you're spoiled for choice. Excellent food. Super fresh buffalo mozzarella, fish that seems freshly caught, clams as big as mussels... and top-notch service! For those who love the authentic flavors of Neapolitan cuisine! Highly recommended!! 👍👍👍

18/03/2026: Definitely a restaurant, not a pizzeria, with dishes of undisputed quality presented on scientifically perfect dough. You can argue all you want about some of the pairings, but the format, along with the service and ambiance, are truly remarkable. Highly recommended! I'd happily return every day. Well done! 👏

09/10/2025: Truly delicious sandwiches. Initially, we came solely for the porchetta (which remains the mainstay), but they've increased the variety, maintaining high quality. The staff is very friendly and courteous. It's becoming a pleasant Saturday lunchtime habit.

23/02/2026: In the center of L'Aquila, just steps from Piazza Duomo and the main street, lies our favorite restaurant in the city. We've been frequenting Da Lincosta since 2019, and it has never disappointed us at every lunch or dinner, always noting an improvement in the quality of the dishes offered. They also recently renovated the restaurant, and in the summer, you can dine on their splendid terrace. The menu changes based on seasonal produce, but some dishes are always present, and having tasted practically all of them over the years, I can confirm what I said above. The wine list is excellent, featuring excellent wines from Abruzzo. The desserts deserve special mention: pastry chef Federico, the owners' son, creates sublime and balanced desserts. Also worth trying is the Sunday breakfast, which is offered in both sweet and savory options, always using homemade products. I recommend booking.
