03/10/2025: We stayed at Masseria Costa for three days and had a wonderful time. Even though we had special dietary needs, they readily offered us customized options, which we greatly appreciated. The food was exceptional, the room was lovely, and the staff were truly wonderful. We can't wait to return!

05/10/2025: We passed by this place while wandering through the streets of Rome. When we saw the food, everything looked delicious, but we continued on, even though we decided to come back for lunch just a few steps away. The place is simply wonderful, the food SPECTACULAR, and the staff's service was 10/10. Once seated, we browsed the recommendations, and it deserves all the good reviews it has. The food menu is very reasonably priced, and they don't charge you the percentage that many places in Rome already include on the bill without warning. Therefore, they definitely deserve to leave a good tip. When I return to Rome, I'll book again; it's also in a fantastic location.

05/10/2025: We came for dinner after a long walk. We didn't have to wait long for the food, but what we did receive left much to be desired. We ordered pizza, a Caprese salad, and tea. All the issues were with the pizza. Not only was it burnt, but they didn't even cut it. Either this is how it's supposed to be, or they're being rude to customers. This left a huge negative impression on our visit.

25/09/2025: Delicious gelato! Vegan flavors you can't find anywhere else (they even have cream), and the staff were so helpful and friendly! I had the opportunity to be served by Giada (who is very sweet) and one of her employees, and I had a great experience both times. The gelato is delicious and the prices are great for the quantity. I've only tried the vegan flavors and brought a tub to a lunch with non-vegans: everyone loved it! Highly recommended!

26/09/2025: ICE CREAM PARLOR IN THE CENTER OF FLORENCE, JUST A FEW STEPS FROM THE DUOMO. UNIQUE FURNISHINGS WITH DIFFERENT COLORS. THERE ARE SEVERAL UNIQUE AREAS. YOU CAN SERVE THE ICE CREAM BY YOURSELF, ADDING CHOCOLATES OF VARIOUS FLAVORS AND SYRUPS. THERE IS ANOTHER OUTLET IN LUCCA. THE OWNER IS HELPFUL AND KIND. THE PRODUCT IS EXCELLENT; IT DESERVES ALL FIVE STARS.

The food is simply outstanding: authentic Ladin cuisine, finely balanced with South Tyrolean hospitality. Every dish bears the hallmark of dedication and attention to detail. You can taste their connection to the region – honest, authentic, and of the highest quality. The friendliness of André and Jan, who welcome their guests with natural warmth, deserves special mention. It's also fascinating that they speak so many languages ​​perfectly, understand every guest, and make everyone feel welcome. This is where genuine hospitality, culinary authenticity, and an ambience steeped in history come together. Added to this is the family atmosphere: the mother herself is in the kitchen, conjuring up wonderful dishes, while the father tends the farm and feeds the animals. This authenticity and down-to-earth atmosphere make the visit even more special. In short: Plazores is not just an inn, but a place where we feel happy and richly blessed. Highly recommended!
