01/08/2024: Excellent quality food. I'm only sorry that when we asked to change tables to the round table that had the same seats as our table (so we wouldn't have taken up extra seats), we were told that it was booked. But in reality this wasn't the case, we left at 10pm and the place was quite empty all evening. Sometimes very little is enough.

11/08/2024: In the beautiful and historic Pacentro, in addition to the atmosphere of an ancient time, you can eat well-cooked typical dishes at the La Maiella Restaurant. The fried pizzarelle with 4 different flavors, the mixed grill of local products and the sheep skewers and the spicy pan-fried Friarielli are excellent, without forgetting the excellent baked potatoes and the local house wine. Good final dessert and really powerful coffee. Advised!

15/08/2024: Locale piemontese nel Canavese, poco fuori Torino, che riporta alla tradizione con eleganza. Menu interessante, cucina piemontese semplice e ben fatta. Alcuni piatti a base di pesce, a mio parere meno nelle corde del locale. Abbiamo scelto: plin ripieno di cipolle caramellate con fonduta di parmigiano, non i classici plin piccolini, cipolle un po’ preponderanti (voto 7) vitello tonnato (voto xxx) spaghetto con pescatrice discreto (voto 6.5) tartare di tonno Piatto di bolliti misti buono, consiglio di aggiungere più salsa (voto 7) Zabaione con torcetti, ottimi entrambi (voto 8) Tiramisù, con un bellissimo colore giallo pieno Buona selezione di vini Servizio e cortesia voto 9 Rapporto qualità prezzo (voto 7) : non a buon mercato, ma giustificato da ambiente e materie prime. Porzioni generose Sicuramente una buona soluzione se volete provare la tradizione in un contesto elegante e curato, a 30 min da Torino

19/08/2024: The food is good and everything is delicious. The only flaw in the menu is tagliolini with clams But they should write tagliolini with lupins because they weren't clams!!! Apart from this flaw, the food is well cooked, polite staff, welcoming and quiet environment

22/08/2024: We had dinner there tonight and it over delivered in all aspect. Service was attentive, friendly and personal. Food was spot on, rich in flavour, generous serving and very very well put together! We had the mix meatball to start, each one was tasty and just love the way they were plated. We also had the Risotto Ossobuco and the ‘Benedetta Parodi’s’ Meatball, wow both very good, all washed down with a delicious Cà Maiol Lugana. Highly recommend!!!!!

Sul conto nulla da eccepire, qualità/prezzo eccellente. Amaro offerto dalla casa. Non mancherà occasione per tornare anche perché volevamo visitare il castello ma è chiuso per manutenzione. 25/07/2024: During a tour in the center we stop in front of the place, we take a look at the menu outside, we see that the place closes at 10pm and since it is 9.45pm we go in to order a sandwich. Upon our entry the waitress tells us that they no longer make sandwiches as they are closing...... but wasn't it at 10pm???? If a time is indicated it would be nice if it were respected......
