We were on a Sunday drive in the country, stopped in Allerona and found this Osteria that was absolutely amazing. We sat on a wonderful terrace and were treated to some of the finest food we have had on this 2 month trip to Umbria. Bravo to the Chef and the waiter, I wish I had recorded their names. We had a great pasta with botega followed by duck, Guinea fowl. Vegetables were great and flavours experimental but interesting such as cauliflower with coffee… it worked! Wine was local and memorable. This is definitely a great restaurant and we will be back.

Went here tonight with my girlfriend (and dog) and had a lovely vegetarian dinner. The host helped us through the Italian menu, and made sure we knew what vegetarian options were available to us. We had a really nice pumpkin pasta with chestnut, and finished with a heavenly desert (definitely recommend the Chocolate, Hazelnut & Pear option). The views are impeccable, the food is amazing, the host is so friendly and very accommodating for our dog; 10/10 would go again if I’m ever near in the future.

I love this restaurant, both for its delicious food and tasty, unique vegetarian options (last time I tried the artichoke in carrozza and gnocchi alla vignarola) and for its location, with its decorative wood paneling on the walls that makes it a warm and intimate place. It's always a pleasure to return.

We had dinner at this lovely restaurant on Easter Saturday. The atmosphere was quiet and the service impeccable. We enjoyed an appetizer and two gourmet pizzas, accompanied by excellent draft beer and desserts.

Ok overall. Lucky they are the only restaurant in the area. We didn’t get amazed by the food. Will be better some traditional cuisine. Service was not amazing and one guy alone. The duck was dry when it said sealed. Other options with more local food in the nearby are better.

The facility is top-notch and stands out for its incredibly welcoming atmosphere, combined with an attentive and professional staff. Special praise goes to Chef Gabriel Collazzo. His cuisine is the absolute star: the dishes were extraordinary, true works of art combining exceptional flavors with impeccable presentation. In addition to his culinary talent, I would like to highlight his kindness and admirable dedication to his guests. Chef Collazzo knows how to make the dining experience not only a pleasure for the palate, but a special and personalized experience. A true added value that makes all the difference! My heartfelt congratulations to the entire team, and especially to Maître d' Mauro Clementi.
25/11/2025: A 5-star experience in every sense of the word. If you want to feel pampered in a peaceful oasis surrounded by greenery, you're in the right place. Superbly maintained spaces, extremely friendly staff, and a fabulous breakfast. The spa is also lovely, with a whirlpool in the pool that has sliding doors to access the outdoor pool. We'll definitely be back.
