17/03/2025: Das Lokal wird von zwei Brüdern geführt. Der eine kocht, der andere kümmert sich um den Service. Trüffel, Pilze, Fleisch und ausgesuchte Weine sind hier die Stars. Die herausragende Qualität der eingesetzten Waren hat seinen Preis, sind aber m.E. nicht übertrieben. Wer Trüffel liebt, kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten !!! Ich werde sicher wiederkommen....

24/02/2025: Locale che si trova in un paesino tra le colline umbre, dove puoi fare una cena tutta a base di tartufo, con piatti strepitosi che ti fanno veramente assaporare ogni singolo ingrediente presente. Qualità prezzo veramente eccezionale. Personale efficiente, disponibile e gentile.

The dining room manager Italo was very good and also very competent in recommending the right wine. With a little time and experience and this chef, it's a restaurant that has a great future.

Origine is an excellent restaurant, located in the splendid historic setting of the Grand Hotel San Gemini. Care for the ingredient is the pivot on which the cooking idea of ​​the talented Neapolitan chef revolves, which brings with it southern influences - while respecting the solid Umbrian culinary tradition, with a twist of innovation that is never forced, on the contrary, it seems to enhance the chosen ingredient even more, without distorting or altering it. The dining room staff is young, but very attentive, mature, kind and expert; friendly but not unnecessarily formal and set. They all love what they do and put the customer at the center of the wonderful experience they offer. Very good wine list, which knows how to enhance the territory. Amazing quality/price ratio. For 25 years I have always intended to return and tonight I finally did. Excellent pizza, friendly and punctual service. Really highly recommended.

27/02/2025: Questo ristorante è a dir poco eccezionale. Eccezionale nell'ottimo cibo tanto quanto nel servizio. Abbiamo mangiato un abbacchio scottadito alla brace unico nei sapori, mai mangiato di più buono, un primo tipico del ristorante, le briciole alla norcina che abbiamo adorato, delle chips croccanti appena tagliate e servite per le quali sono senza parole. Tutto veramente eccezionale. Consigliatomi da persone del posto, anche io lo consiglio a mia volta come tappa obbligata! Provare per credere.
