01/04/2025: Ristorante Origine was a wonderful discovery, the menu is very innovative. They offer dishes from the land, sea and lake and those tried were really balanced and tasty. Precise and targeted wine list to be in perfect harmony with the dishes on the menu. Attentive, precise and helpful service. The location is enchanting as the restaurant is located inside the Grand Hotel Sangemini. I recommend it for those who want to live an innovative and contemporary culinary experience. I will definitely be back.

During yet another episode we decided to get up and change bars after waiting a long time sitting without any attention despite various requests. They do not pay attention to the seated customers, responding with rude and uncaring tones and without even looking at the customer's face when they were kindly asked to clear the table where we were sitting, we waited more than 15 minutes without anyone coming to clean the table or take the order. The girl continued to not care and clean the tables where no customers were sitting

30/04/2025: I have been going for years, unfortunately the management and organization of the staff is poor, those at the checkout often start serving and consequently huge queues form, staff at the counter have an awkward and unkind manner, sometimes to get a drink you have to wait an eternity, which is a shame because the place and the products are excellent, but the management is truly BAD, but since I have been going for years I see that there is no desire even to improve this defect which is now evident to everyone, given that I often hear complaints from others clients.
