14/08/2025: We went to this restaurant for lunch and ordered an appetizer: eggplant parmigiana and a platter of cured meats and cheeses, both decent. For the first courses: pasta with truffles, which was acceptable; pasta all'amatriciana, which was completely unrelated and tasteless. The highlight came with the cold calamarata with ricotta, Mazara red shrimp extract, and basil oil: cold pasta, raw, tasteless, ridiculously presented, a dish I strongly advise against.

04/08/2025: We had a wonderful time. This little hidden garden at the back of the restaurant is magnificent. A charming place. Perfect service. Quality cuisine with excellent products. We highly recommend it.

29/07/2025: DENTRAMELIA = TOP There's no arguing with this equation. I don't need to post photos because it would be superfluous. This is a delightful restaurant in a wonderful location, steeped in nature and rich in history. The incredible flavors, created by the heart and soul of two wonderful and excellent chefs, materialize in dishes that are beyond special and rich in ancient flavors, such as the fettuccine, strictly homemade, with a white pigeon sauce... PHENOMENAL! The expert cooking, beyond perfect, pairs perfectly with the highest-quality ingredients that the two chefs use with incredible skill. The aroma of the bread, also homemade, is a caress for the soul. The lamb chops with green beans are unparalleled. The breaded and fried rabbit is sublime. The meat is cooked with a stopwatch. A perfect contrast between the crispy, perfectly uniform exterior and the incredibly tender interior, for both lamb and rabbit. Spectacular! For the Dentramelia chefs, cooking is a true art, a journey through sight, smell, and taste, but above all through the feelings and emotions that a chef, by preparing his dishes, can evoke in those who enjoy them. All this makes an ordinary dish uncommon. Dentramelia's cuisine is pure talent, the rediscovery of a pure and genuine tradition, all Italian. Emotions of the soul were enhanced by Yuri's smiles and infinite kindness. His service is characterized by a very high level of preparation, professionalism, kindness, courtesy, friendliness, and absolute precision. Yuri covers the entire restaurant with incredible coordination, managing to offer consistently excellent service. The dishes on the menu are characterized by a bouquet and persistence on the palate of the highest quality, which translates into pure tradition. A continuous flow of flavors and emotions that begins with the consistency of the ingredients used and then culminates in the perfection of the evolution from the first bite. Two elements predominate: the preparation technique and the excellent quality of the raw materials. The technique is a broad and expert demonstration of a chef's knowledge of what the verb "cook" means. This quality standard allows the diner to fully enjoy the flavors. The secondary elements are never used to cover the main element of the dish but always accompany it, allowing the palate to distinguish the flavors from one another. The ingredients are crucial in enhancing the flavors, which, in the mouth, appear clean and full-bodied, yet delicate and persistent. Richness, savory, sweetness, crunchiness. This is the common thread running through every dish. An excellent wine, perfect for the dishes chosen. 13/07/2025: A small restaurant in the center of Amelia, with simple furnishings and discreet, impeccable service. The local cuisine selection is limited, but meticulously prepared. I highly recommend the excellent homemade pasta, which makes you feel like you're being pampered by your grandmother: the briciola is wonderful, the pigeon ragù excellent. The house wine is a wonderful local red, and the food and drink are excellent at very reasonable prices.

24/06/2025: After leaving the cinema I happened to pass by this activity with my wife. We ordered a boscaiola and a carbonara, they were not good... something more. We did not eat them, we devoured them. We will definitely return

01/08/2025: We ate a delicious, tasty, and well-cooked pizza while watching the most beautiful sunset of the year. The staff was friendly and helpful, and most importantly, they delivered on time. The hostess taught us about various Sicilian delicacies...which we'll try tomorrow. Highly recommended.

02/08/2025: Abbiamo cenato un paio di volte e ci siamo trovati molto bene come locale, come cibo (cucina locale) e per la cordialità gentilezza e simpatia della titolare sig.ra Cristina. Da ritornare in una eventuale futura occasione.

12/07/2025: I was drawn in by the tasteful jazz music and on first site the menu looked good, but a huge but indeed there is, mediocre quality of the food there is, chicken liver pate was dried out on the sides therefor not fresh garnished with orange zest bitter as hell and some dried out truffle shaving and on top some gin jelly, the sweet bread served with it made it bearable but overall bitter was the code word. the carbonara afterwards, served close to cold salted as it was made by someone whose taste buds stopped functioning a long time ago, a waste of food. Another remark, our wineglasses where poured conservatively compared to our American "neighbours" and this twice. Overpaid for what is was worth. not to say to avoid this place but consider yourself warned, the charming Jazz music is the only thing positive here *edit ,you're right the comment about the Conservative pouring the glasses was childish of me, it was a factual statement but not one that killed it for me. The ET remark? how inappropriate and unprofessional , my comment about the food was, again, factual, the pate was dried out on the borders ...read :a darker colour when too long exposed in open air , every knows that, no? the Gin Jelly Bread? Not well balanced in my opinion, I'm merely pointing out how this was perceived, why is this, again, being criticised with a childish remark? Instead of countering this review as an insult to your bigger than life service try to do better, be critical about how this service was perceived and improve. And for your knowledge , your Neighbour restaurant ( on your left side when you face your own) was absolutely fabulous. Food, wine , service, it missed the great music tough, so when it's good I write very very positive reviews. May the force e with you, yours truly, ET

04/07/2025: An absolutely delightful dinner from start to finish. The service was warm and attentive, with excellent recommendations that made our evening even more enjoyable. After bringing our “La Dolce Vita” program to Bistrò Miranda, we knew we had to return to savour a meal ourselves—and it did not disappoint. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A true gem in Orvieto.

06/07/2025: Food was decent and staff very attentive. Sadly they allowed people to smoke at the tables ( all seating was outside due to the heat ) while most places are asking people to stand aside. This is annoying when I can smell somebody else’s vice over my food…

18/06/2025: Ottima visita in una bella serata di giugno, purtroppo molto calda anche negli ambienti esterni: del clima torrido non si può imputare la causa a nessuno, ma qualche nota un po' pesantina nel panino al pulled pork, avvertita in particolar modo la mattina seguente, non ha aiutato la digestione. Molto sfizioso il Pastrami cheese; il Santissima è ovviamente come il rosso fuoco: non tutti lo possono calzare... Ma ne è tutto sommato valsa la pena! Servizio nei tempi, impeccabile per gentilezza. Per una serata alternativa con musica e amici di lunga data, rimpatriate e volendo feste, è un posto piacevole e che ha potenziale. Graditi in assoluto i bun dei panini, che possono competere coi materassi di casa! Morbidissimi :)

15/08/2025: If you want to eat truly exceptional seafood in a refined setting with wonderful staff who will pamper you and make you feel at home, this is the place to be. We ended up there by chance and had dinner there three nights in a row (not the fourth because they were on vacation). If we ever pass through Terni again, we'll definitely have dinner here. 15/08/2025: I dined at this restaurant on August 14th. I was impressed by the cuisine, influenced by the restaurant owner's Sicilian origins, which was very good, with a touch of originality and inventiveness. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were very attentive and professional. If you're in the area after a beautiful hike to the waterfalls, I recommend stopping by. You won't regret it.
