25/03/2025: Enchanted place that takes you out of the world. Green lawns, structure with an ancient flavor but very well maintained. Peace and noises only of nature...birds, rain...an enchantment that is good for the heart and the head. I'll be back for sure. Good typical cuisine based on simple and genuine ingredients.

24/03/2025: I stayed with a friend in this magnificent farmhouse. Kindness and professionalism combined with a genuine and at the same time refined environment contributed to the success of our stop. The location of the structure is spectacular. A 10/10 to the chef with whom I spent a few minutes: everything was truly excellent, with particular mention of the chicken Cacciatore. In 60 years of life the absolute best I have ever eaten. Congratulations to all the staff.

30/03/2025: rich and well-structured menu, but the real protagonist is undoubtedly the pizza: light, fragrant dough, with very fresh ingredients and truly tasty combinations. I tried a margherita with buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil… simple but spectacular! Even the dishes in the kitchen are no exception: generous portions, authentic flavors and careful presentation. The service was impeccable: friendly, smiling and always attentive staff, but never intrusive. Prices more than fair for the quality offered. I will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

12/05/2025: Very interesting and original menu choices you won't find elsewhere. All pasta formats are homemade (big plus). Staff was kind and available. Highly recommended

08/04/2025: Located in the center of Amelia, both the pasta and bruschetta are very good, fast and courteous service, simple and familiar environment. For around €20 each we had an appetizer, a first course and a coffee. To return

27/05/2025: Posto incantevole.. una location che ti permette di stare a contatto con la meravigliosa natura del luogo mentre degusti cibi tipici e prelibati preparati con genuinità e dovizia di particolari.. personale assolutamente giovane e gentile.. prezzi accessibili.. da non perdere !!!

27/05/2025: Attirato dalle recensioni positive sono rimasto deluso. Do tre punti su cinque solo per la gentilezza e la professionalità della proprietaria, altrimenti il voto sarebbe stato più basso. Forse era una giornata no, i tagliolini al tartufo davano l’impressione di essere precotti. Il tagliere di salumi (18 euro) che dovrebbe essere x 2 appare scarso di qualità e quantità. Le salsicce servite fredde e rinsecchite. La posizione è magnifica ma i tavoli, le sedie di plastica, le tovagliette ed i tovaglioli di carta non giustificano il costo del coperto. Peccato….. forse riproverò in un’altra occasione

11/05/2025: Giro in moto in Umbria, tra Amelia, Todi e Terni e per pranzo mi fermo a Kozak, ormai uno dei ristoranti preferiti in zona Terni. Accoglienza superlativa da parte di Andrea, il titolare, e ho ritrovato la stessa passione e dedizione della cucina con cui ci ha abituato da quando abbiamo conosciuto questo locale. Oggi, prendo i ravioli neri di spigola, lo spiedo di carne marinata con patatine e salse e una buonissima torta con frutti di bosco. Tempi giusti tra una portata e l'altra. Tutto squisito! Come sempre. A presto!

18/05/2025: I had dinner last Friday at Me Gusta with a couple of friends who had never had the opportunity to go there. Given that when I want a fish dinner in the city I always prefer this restaurant, also on this occasion my opinion is absolutely positive and shared by my friends. The place is nice and soberly furnished. The welcome is absolutely delightful (and never intrusive) and such as to make you feel pampered for the whole evening. The same can be said for the courteous and punctual service. Dishes with quality of the first choice raw materials with a menu of good refinement while remaining in the Sicilian tradition. Good wine list with adequate prices. Absolutely recommended!

13/04/2025: Perfect cannoli! Impeccable service. Elegant place. My fiancée and I were impressed by every course, without exception. As a Sicilian, trust the places where you eat a perfect cannoli!

28/04/2025: Really very nice place, furnished in a slightly medieval style, as if it were a cave (which is actually downstairs and can be visited ❤️) We ate strozzapreti and ciriole, both very good! Very good house wine, the only flaw was the tiramisu, which had none of the characteristics of real tiramisu, but was totally revisited (but overall still good). Friendly and friendly staff, I recommend 💖

08/05/2025: I had lunch at the Don Bosco hotel, finding courtesy and good cuisine with traditional local dishes. Informal atmosphere and welcoming environment. I always go there willingly.

01/05/2025: Sono venuto il 1 di Maggio a visitare le cascare, e poi ci siamo fermati qui a mangiare………….LASCIATE OGNI SPERANZA VOI CHE ENTRATE. Servizio pessimo dopo un ora di attesa abbiamo dovuto ridire il nostro ordine svariate volte, e dopo tutta questa attesa i panini erano anche freddi. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno

15/02/2025: Located in Collescipoli, a beautiful village in the Terni area, Collinetta is a small pizzeria with several years of activity behind it, very welcoming and ideal for enjoying an excellent pizza. With dedicated parking, it remains very convenient. The place, although not large, is welcoming and well kept, the menu offers a more than decent choice, the prices are competitive and the quality is excellent! Impeccable service and courtesy must be added to what is listed above. In summer, or in any case in the warmer months, there is a large outdoor space Very pleasant experience, I recommend trying it
