11/03/2025: I stopped by for lunch by chance. Fortunately! Exquisite food! Friendly, friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely worth trying.

18/02/2025: Sunday 16 February, we decide to have lunch at this restaurant. Even though we arrived 20 minutes before the restaurant opened, the super courteous staff made us sit at the table. We are immediately fascinated by the family and warm environment. Truly sublime food, refined and above all local raw materials, homemade pasta. The Ceriola del Roscio has remained in my heart... Thank you so much to all the staff for giving us an amazing culinary journey.

01/04/2025: All very mediocre. Upon arrival the girl was unable to operate the tablet, so she left us a paper menu with pen and paper... Whoever was with me is vegetarian, the description even boasts vegan dishes, whereas there was very little or in any case nothing more than other restaurants in the category. We try to understand the menu, write down the codes and recommend the vegetarian dishes to the usual girl. After an eternity the courses arrive, the things ordered by those with me all had meat (they were marked veg on the menu). We send it back and a third of what we ordered arrives. They take away the paper menu and in the end, a waiter gives us the tablet, but by now more than an hour and a half had passed and we left, personally even with a stomach ache.

13/03/2025: The best Chinese restaurant in Terni. Tasty dishes. Fast and courteous service. Always available. The owner is super nice and we are fond of her who treats us as if we were family. For us, always the best place to eat steamed ravioli, grilled spaghetti, prawns and spring rolls. Ilaria, Simone and Nicola

07/04/2025: A work of art of a place, the spa was simply fantastic.The cats follow you! There are three (I saw three) beautiful, well fed cats that are the cherry on top. The rooms are lovely, even the most modest one had a large bed and a fully equiped bathroom. The staff is lovely, hardworking and very friendly. Despite the slight language difficulty, each and everyone works their best to understand each and every request the client(s) may have. Perhaps I'll be a bit biased as an art student myself, but i could not help but write wonders about the place. How an abat got reformed into such relaxing, meditative place is a demonstration of the beauty of rural Italy. It's also very easy to access, with a multitude of walks alongside the forest which surrounds the area. I'm allergic to pinneaple, and due to tiredness, and not looking well, ended up ordering a drink containing pinneapple (ananas) . The bartender was not only as attentive as to ask me whats wrong, but to redo the drink with no payment. (I still paid, you guys deserve nothing but the best!) The rooms where lovely. I got a modest one, and even that was splendid. A huge, probably queen sized bed, a view of the local flora to wake one up... I had nothing but a wonder of a week.

24/02/2025: Una bel ristorante con piatti della tradizione Romana rivisitati in chiave Umbra. Un connubio perfetto che ci ha lasciati piacevolmente colpiti. Locale comodo da raggiungere lasciando la macchina al parcheggio grande e gratuito sotto al paese e prendendo l' ascensore panoramico fino al piano 1 ed il secondo fino al piano 3. All' interno più di una sala, sfruttando ogni spazio del locale, con ampi soffitti a volta. Tavolini in legno con tovagliato da trattoria a quadretti , bicchieri e caraffa di coccio con lo stemma dei tre terzieri e con mobili e soprammobili dal richiamo medioevale molto in linea con le tradizioni locali. In quattro persone, abbiamo optato per due taglieri ghibellini, con una buona e vasta scelta di salumi, diversa e varia rispetto a quelli solitamente offerti in zona, con assaggio di due tipologie di formaggio e miele, verdure al forno e gratinate, un assaggio di torta salata alla cicoria, uno di lenticchie in tegame del territorio con cotechino e uno di polenta con guanciale e tartufo. Quattro primi con porzioni abbondanti e ottimamente conditi, di manfricoli cacio e pepe con scaglie di tartufo, manfricoli con fave, guanciale e pecorino abbelliti da julienne di pomodori secchi e le locali pappardelle ai porcini. Cottura dei manfricoli perfetta. Due i secondi, un tenerissimo coniglio porchettato dal ripieno strepitoso bagnato dal fondo di cottura ristretto , servito e abbellito con fette di arancia ed una tagliata dalla cottura perfetta con rucola, pomodorini e grana a scaglie. Buono anche il vino rosso sfuso della casa e tra la carta dei vini, anche il tipico vino "Ciliegiolo". Servizio veloce e prezzi nella media ma con porzioni più abbondanti. Per digerire consiglio una passeggiata per una visita al Duomo di Narni, alla chiesa di S Francesco con i capolavori restaurati ( ingresso gratuito) , chiesa di Santa Maria Impensole, i giardini di S.Bernardo con la splendida vista sul fiume Nera, visita a Narni sotterranea ( a pagamento ) tutti distanti non più di 300 MT dal ristorante . Consiglio vivamente anche per la vicinanza dall' ascensore panoramico.

30/01/2025: Good place for a quick meal: the cuisine is simple but genuine, the service perhaps not impeccable but still fast. The quality/price ratio is truly excellent: at lunch €14 for first course, second course, side dish, water and coffee. I recommend it.

28/03/2025: Sono stato due volte a cena, una per la pizza buonissima davvero e l'altra per una cena di carne con una promozione che facevano online. La carne è stata semplicemente una delle migliori mai mangiate frollata e cotta a puntino. I ragazzi ai tavoli davvero simpatici...stra consigliato

14/02/2025: L'accesso al ristorante è un pochino penalizzato dall'ingresso attraverso il centro commerciale ma questo piccolo disagio viene ampiamente ripagato da una cucina di grande qualità e cura, con un servizio impeccabile, personale gentile e prezzi assolutamente adeguati alla qualità e quantità dei piatti

13/01/2025: Partendo dal proprietario molto gentile e accogliente, il ristorante propone un menu molto vario con ogni tipo di scelta. Carni molto buone, alcune magari andrebbero cotte un po' meno. I piatti tipici sono molto buoni e saporiti; sarebbe bello averne di più in menu. Il piano bar/karaoke (parere personale) me lo risparmierei volentieri. Prezzi del menu nella media.
