Vinosus In Orvieto

This restaurant next to the Orvieto Cathedral has a pleasant and beautifully decorated dining room, as well as a spacious terrace. It serves traditional Orvieto cuisine, using high-quality ingredients prepared with care. I highly recommend it when you visit Orvieto. The homemade desserts are delicious.

Very welcoming place with an interesting view of the Duomo. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Really excellent food, prices are not low but excellent value.

Exceptional dinner on the terrace. We really enjoyed the off-menu dishes, especially the spaghetti with shrimp bisque and the peanut parfait. The terrace was truly beautiful, very close to the Duomo.

We had dinner with my partner today, April 25th, and what can I say... everything was delicious, the service was truly impeccable, the waiters were knowledgeable and kind. We had 1 appetizer, 1 carbonara, and 1 boneless rabbit in Orvieto sauce with spinach and 1 Roman-style artichoke. Everything was delicious, but the rabbit was exceptional.

The service was meticulously meticulous, always present but never intrusive. This restaurant is next to the cathedral, slightly hidden at the back of the square. The two of us had carbonara, umbrichelli, and a truffle tagliata with sautéed mushrooms, as well as two desserts and coffee: everything was excellent and the portions generous. The presentation was also beautiful. The waiter was very friendly. €40 per person, with a small discount as a pleasant surprise. A very fair price for such high quality!
