La Gabelletta In Amelia

Good food and very welcoming place...

I didn't stay overnight but only ate at the restaurant, and it is a place where you can have a truly wonderful meal for the price. The food itself is delicious, but they also offer a diverse selection of dishes unique to the Umbria and Amelia regions. However, the most charming aspect was the owner's kind and passionate explanations, which made this dining experience feel like a journey in itself (even though I was actually traveling, haha). There was a dish he recommended I try, saying it was a local Amelia menu item, but I can't remember the name. I didn't take a picture because I was too busy eating, haha. It was a small gnocchi... that was incredibly delicious, and the truffle pasta was, of course, tasty since it's Umbria... everything was great, haha.

I've only had the opportunity to try the restaurant at this property. Excellent selection. The food was refined, exquisite, and beautifully presented. The service and table settings were also excellent. I can only give it top marks. Congratulations. Well done.
