It's an indisputable fact that piadinas are loaded with ingredients, especially the "cheddar burger," with fats, sauces, and various oils. But the diametrically opposed dish is the piadina, which is only called "piadina in name." Now, if I took a Romagnola to Piadina Più, they'd laugh in my face. Piadina isn't a sfogliatella, nor should it crunch and crumble like that; it's more like the puff pastry used for baked rustici. If you can ignore this version of "piadina," you can easily opt for this typical Romagna culinary alternative. Be careful, because the cheddar burger oozes juices, making it difficult to eat without making a mess, but satisfying nonetheless.

The choice is very large, even for vegetarians, there is also a menu, the staff is always courteous and helpful, they are fast. At the end of the week there are a bit of queues, a sign that you really have to try this delicious piadina. I would give 10 and honors.

I'm sorry I didn't take any photos, but yesterday I was in Assisi for a day of prayer, and while waiting for the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore to open, around 2 pm we stopped here for lunch for the first time.
First of all: I'm a true piadina lover and have eaten countless of them over the years. The one I tasted here yesterday was probably the best I've ever had. I don't remember the exact name, but mine had a truffle base with sausage: simply spectacular. The dough was crumbly and flaky, the piadina was large, served piping hot, and made with the highest-quality ingredients. You can taste the difference immediately.
I also really appreciated the kindness of the young man who, at the end, asked us if we wanted coffee and offered it to us: a simple but truly appreciated gesture.
My only complaint concerns the cleanliness. The place is very small, and in the eating areas and on the floor, there were glasses, bottles, tissues, and numerous crumbs left by previous customers, with the trash cans quite full. I'm highlighting this, especially because it would be a shame for a place with such good products to lose customers over this.
Very good prices. Despite this small point, I'll definitely be back next week, because a piadina like this is truly worth it.

At the end of two days in Assisi, Piadina Più was the icing on the cake, exceptional in every way. I highly recommend it; the taste and quality are worth trying. The staff were incredibly friendly, and since we were there during off-peak hours, they really pampered us with a free piadina with Nutella and a moka pot of coffee. What more can I say? All the more reason to visit Assisi. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
