The Frantoio restaurant in Assisi has been renovated with Lorenzo Cantoni as chef, offering refined cuisine, carefully prepared and made only with extra virgin olive oil. An important leap in quality with a service up to par and Elena the owner who is always friendly and hospitable. Highly recommended

A perfect combination of innovation and Umbrian tradition. A well-kept location, with a picturesque panoramic view which immediately recalls the main theme of the restaurant, olive oil, a local excellence. Attentive, prepared and friendly service. Menu what can I say... five stars on everything!! I'll be back.

I had lunch with my wife and we chose the 7-course tasting menu, excellent dishes with excellent raw materials, you can feel and see the refinement of the dish. Welcoming and intimate environment with a splendid view of the Umbrian hills. Wonderful experience to definitely do again.

Una bella sorpresa, tra le mura di una cittadina diventata Disneyland. Già il menu era diverso con pochi piatti, ben spiegati. Ogni portata aveva una profondità di sapori, consistenza e gusto rari. Gli abbinamenti tutti delicati e non banali. Gli amouse bouche, in particolare l'oliva, inaspettati e molto ben presentati.

06/01/2024: Ci siamo fermati di ritorno dalla Toscana e siamo entrati senza particolari aspettative. Il ristorante si è invece rivelato molto carino, con vista lago e un menù sia di pesce che di terra. Ottimi i tagliolini alla tinca affumicata. Da sottolineare la presenza di piatti vegetariani sul menù. Da tornarci nella bella stagione

16/03/2024: At Peppe in the chateau you always eat well! Always always! Every time I go back I find them improved! I came back after some time and I confirm everything! Plus they created a very nice outdoor terrace with a bistro atmosphere! Well done!
