A lovely bar on the main street in Assisi. The Lord makes the ice creams himself, and they're top-notch. I had the hazelnut and banana versions, and you can taste the texture and flavor. Fair prices and comfortable seating. Visit Assisi and stop by.

I entered this place because I was drawn to its unique style. I had a really good cappuccino. The owners are truly kind. I went to the bathroom and, a little warily, left my laptop, purse, and phone on the table. They asked me where I was from and said, "We're not in Rome, here in Assisi, nothing gets stolen." These words comforted me greatly, and when I return to Assisi, I will definitely return to this café!

We went to this delightful bistro today. The atmosphere is beautiful and well-kept, and the owner was truly courteous and kind! We had delicious gelato, a delicious and creamy cappuccino, and an amazing rocciata! Highly recommended. I forgot...the bathroom is equally beautiful and spotless!! Thank you!!

Country House Podere Lacaioli I

28/10/2025: It's a 15th-century farmhouse with no neighbors. It has very few rooms and a stunning landscape. The chef's cuisine is respectful of the purest Tuscan tradition. The Brunello is excellent. They speak several languages. Not to be missed!!!
25/10/2025: The area is beautiful, with its atmosphere. I would have expected a different, more family-friendly welcome. That said, the restaurant has a well-maintained atmosphere, traditional dishes, and reasonable prices. The room, however, was a bit awkward, with an uncomfortable shower. A few tweaks and improvements could be made. The place is clean and tidy, if a bit dated. The take-out breakfast was appreciated.
