08/03/2026: A hilltop restaurant, very easy to get to, 3 km from the Via Emilia. Very good first courses, a rustic and welcoming atmosphere, spotlessly clean, and very affordable prices. We've been here before. Highly recommended.

15/02/2026: A pleasant discovery. I wasn't familiar with the place, and on a friend's recommendation, we tried it for dinner. Everything was delicious, both the homemade first courses and the main courses, featuring excellent meat. We also tried the desserts, and they were excellent, too.

10/03/2026: A day trip brought us here for lunch! Even though there was a set menu, we opted for the à la carte menu and had a divine meal! I must say, the fettuccine was delicious and incredibly generous! We absolutely loved it, and we'll be back!

30/11/2025: Pleasant and well-kept atmosphere, fast service, and a very friendly, down-to-earth owner. The menu offers numerous culinary options, from the pizzeria (Neapolitan pizza, thick and richly topped, and served pre-sliced) to the restaurant (we'll be back to try the first and second courses!!). We especially enjoyed the appetizer, which was very generous and accompanied by the unique fried gnocco! Very fair prices and a full belly, highly recommended!

10/11/2025: The atmosphere is uniquely suited to young people, but with great 80s and 90s music. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the owners are wonderful. The food is excellent, high-quality, and well-prepared.

05/10/2025: Basted. First of all, the owner was rude and rude. He wouldn't even move to let us pass, and when he saw the only waitress struggling to serve all the tables, he totally ignored it while checking his phone. The waitress was very kind, which was the only positive thing about the place. The Crescia was good, but small for the price and full of oil. The first courses were basted: all obviously pre-cooked and frozen. The service was extremely slow, and it was the owner's fault. Get some sleep, buddy.

28/12/2025: We visited this restaurant on December 28th, in the midst of the Christmas festivities. The crowds certainly didn't help the staff's performance. The wait times were biblical (over half an hour for four tozzetti with two glasses of Vin Santo, because they'd forgotten which course we'd arrived for), and the pasta with wild boar ragù arrived cold, overcooked, and with a ragù that, both in taste and appearance, resembled the ones prepared in a jar (to be fair, we were asked if we wanted the dish back, but we declined due to the delay in bringing the courses). When we informed the cashier of this at checkout (because they'd asked how our lunch had gone), we were met with the response, "But all restaurants use ready-made sauces" and "Were you in a hurry for dessert?" In short, not exactly professional. The only positive note is the cold cuts, crescia, and all the dishes not prepared by them (since the second course was passing off pancetta as guanciale). The price, however, is no less than other typical and daily menus at other restaurants in the area, which definitely offer better quality and the attitude of some of the staff. Not recommended.

15/01/2026: We stayed for two days to escape from everyday life with another couple. We had a wonderful time. The rooms were meticulously maintained and clean. The service was impeccable, and the breakfast was fantastic, with homemade cakes, savory dishes, freshly scrambled eggs, coffee, and many other delicious delicacies. The spa was spectacular, small but surrounded by greenery with a breathtaking view. At sunset, you could enjoy bubbles and fruit to accompany this moment of relaxation. The hospitality was top-notch!!

10/01/2026: We chose this restaurant for our wedding reception in December, an intimate ceremony with just a few guests, and it was the perfect choice. A refined location, a welcoming atmosphere, and great attention to detail. The service was impeccable: the staff were professional and always available. The menu won over all our guests, from the appetizer buffet to the dessert: excellent cuisine, quality ingredients, and beautifully presented dishes. After the reception, we also took advantage of the spa service and stayed overnight, along with some guests, in the cozy rooms provided by the hotel. Special thanks go to Elena, Filippo, and Massimo for their availability and courtesy. Highly recommended!

14/02/2026: The restaurant is tucked away, but easy to find. It's charming and has been expertly renovated to preserve its ancient features. The welcome and service were excellent, fast and friendly. From appetizers to desserts, everything was top-notch. They even let us try the extra virgin olive oil from the Il Melograno farm on our bread—a truly excellent start! I absolutely have to highlight the excellent grilled chicken, the baked potatoes, and the baked onions. Everything was cooked to perfection and had an unforgettable flavor. High-quality ingredients! The desserts are excellent. And to finish on a high note, the house amaro, kindly offered by the owner. It's not at all touristy, which was my fear. RECOMMENDED!!

18/12/2025: For Koreans who haven't visited Italy before, this is a restaurant catering to locals, not tourists. It's located up the stairs in an alley near a square with a fountain. The only downside is that the stairs might be a bit difficult for those with mobility issues. I'm not sure if my husband is Italian, so I'm used to salty food, but I've seen some reviews complaining about the saltiness, but for me, it wasn't salty at all and was delicious. This was the best salad I've had throughout my travels in Italy, and the meats were, without a doubt, delicious. The price is incredibly reasonable for the quality of the food, the space is spacious and clean, and the service is excellent. This is a must-visit restaurant when you're in Assisi. Be sure to try the salad. It's fresh, and you can mix it up with a little salt, pepper, olive oil, and Venegal sauce. If you're not sure what I'm talking about, I've attached a photo so you can see what I mean. I had the mixed pork steak, and my husband had the beef steak, and both were excellent. The quality is top-notch. In Italy, they usually offer coffee after you're finished eating at a restaurant. Restaurant coffees tend to be lackluster, but this one was truly delicious. Adding the sugar that comes with your espresso makes it a perfect after-dinner treat. You can pay for your meal by standing up and approaching the waiter. The total bill came to around 71 euros, which is a good value for the quality.
