Rarely has a last-minute choice been more fortunate than this: in addition to the pleasant outdoor setting just steps from the Duomo, the service was friendly and courteous, like being at home. The appetizers were excellent and more than enough for two. The first courses were excellent and plentiful. It's a shame we didn't have the energy to try the desserts, which, having seen them at other tables, looked promising. The house wine was superior to more or less "reputable" bottles we'd tasted in the area. The bill was perfect.

A small restaurant in the center of Foligno. Local flavors and bold flavors. We sampled a legume soup, a slice of beef with a Sagrantino reduction, a slice of beef with rosemary and lard, and Roman-style artichokes and garlic herbs. The price was in line with the quality and quantity of the dishes. The owner explained the dishes and the provenance of the ingredients, helping us understand the connection between food and tradition.

A typical Umbrian restaurant located in the center of Foligno. We had a delicious meal, and the wild boar pappardelle was spectacular. Reservations are recommended to secure a table, as the restaurant is quite small and seats are limited.

Good value for money. Few tables, a simple menu, but good food. The open kitchen is a nice touch, but the bathroom isn't very convenient. There was only one person in the dining room when I went, but it didn't take long.
