I spent 12 days in Umbria. This restaurant was one of the highlights of my wonderful holiday. The welcome was charming, witty, and eloquent. She (Alicia?) took the time to recommend a meal and also suggested places to visit in Amelia, which was perfect. I also took the opportunity to explore the entire restaurant, which, with its atmosphere, fantastic sound system, and everything else, is truly something special. Many thanks, and I hope other guests enjoy it as much.

The experience at this restaurant was a bit of a surprise; the interior is truly intriguing and meticulously maintained. My compliments. The food, especially the first courses, needs some work, but the second courses and side dishes are delicious. I recommend the cheek and shank with sautéed chicory and baked potatoes. The wines are good, and the desserts are delicious. My compliments. The service needs some work, but the owner and her staff, who are very punctual and helpful, stand out. There's room for improvement with the other staff, but overall it's good.

A truly beautiful and original location, romantic and elegant.
The owner and her staff were kind, but the service lacked a bit of professionalism. Room for improvement! The main courses are highly recommended: the meat and flavors were very good, as were the desserts. The first courses were adequate.
Overall, a wonderful experience. We'd love to return!

We found it by chance and ate two very good pizze, the place is very nice... if it weren't for the blonde girl who is very competent and does everything herself the place would close!!!

Wow, the restaurant! Every dish is an explosion of flavors that will literally make you lick your lips. And beyond the high-quality ingredients, the scenic presentation adds that extra touch. A charming place, meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail, even featuring the remains of an ancient Roman road.
The staff were welcoming, kind, helpful, attentive, and always smiling.
We were truly speechless by the deliciousness of everything we ate. An enchanting place that absolutely deserves a visit!
