27/06/2025: A very small and characteristic place where you can have lunch at a reasonable cost. Spello is practically a pedestrian island and the parking lots are "outside the walls" so the tavern is not easily accessible to disabled people.
If the place is small the service(s) is even smaller. The food served is good with an excellent quality/price ratio.

Classic trattoria run with genuineness by 2 very easy-going and simple women who know the art of good cooking.
The place is simple and very characteristic, the dishes are beautiful, abundant and tasty!

19/04/2025: All the staff's "mission" is to pamper the customer, in my opinion it is an "EXPERIENCE" that before hitting your palate, makes you have fun... There is a strong connection between them, and the food is truly excellent, I have been going there all my life... 6 stars are a GUARANTEE

Google tells me this rotisserie. I go in.
Wonderful.. I would not have imagined a situation like this.. in a positive sense.
Excellent setting, excellent food offered. Kindness of the staff.
Due to space and time constraints I only take a roast chicken and a skewer.... high quality... juicy and soft.. if I lived there I would order Sunday lunch.
I recommend it.

27/05/2025: The restaurant is easily accessible by car and has a large parking lot.
The interior is very tastefully decorated, and there is also a lovely outdoor area. A very good selection of Umbrian dishes. We opted for the platter with various cold cuts, ham, and cheese. The warm bread that accompanied it was delicious, as was the jam. The main course, the pasta with ragu, was delicious. We were very satisfied and can happily recommend the restaurant.

09/06/2025: I had dinner at Gnammeria da Giò and I confirm everything I had read: genuine, abundant and truly delicious dishes! From the appetizer to the first courses (the carbonara was amazing!) to the dessert, each course was prepared with care and quality ingredients.
The staff is young, friendly and always smiling, the service is fast but never rushed.
Relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for an informal but very tasty dinner.
The quality-price ratio is also excellent.
I will definitely be back – highly recommended

20/06/2025: Quality and price go hand in hand. Good pizza slices for the price. Located on a busy road in the city which takes away from the atmosphere a bit. But if you want a quick slice of pizza then it's a good place to buy from.

It was amazing! Everything was superlatives! We had pasta course with chef Ledy Silva, who is lovely and cooks incredible. All the staff there is wonderful: so attentive, so kind, so eager to make you feel relaxed and happy. The house is rustic and very well taken care of, with details that blow your mind. The pool is a great asset. The villa itself is perfect for an unforgettable vacation/event. I for one, will never forget the amazing time I had there!
18/06/2025: Absolutely fabulous, very friendly staff, the pool is well maintained and large, the experience of making pasta in the house was fantastic and not to be missed. The location close to at least 8 medieval towns makes this accommodation ideal for short trips. Thank you to the staff

The place is a real gem. The staff is very friendly and the pizza is super delicious. You can see that they really care about the quality of their pizza and that the staff is enjoying their work.
Although we were very full already we took the tiramisu. It was worth it every bite.

14/06/2025: We ended up here by chance during the Quintana. Family restaurant, food cooked with care and courtesy, excellent pasta and also second courses. Exciting value for money! I really recommend it

06/07/2025: Luckily found a place for lunch. Very kind staff. Fixed price menu €38 + drinks. Appetizer buffet with a wide choice and quality products. Then 2 first courses and 2 second courses with side dishes and finally dessert. All very good. Giorgione stops by to greet everyone exchanging a few words. Beautiful experience that I recommend to live
