02/08/2025: Excellent dinner and prices in line.

30/07/2025: A few weeks ago, I spent a day at the pool of this hotel and restaurant. My friend booked pool access for six people days in advance, including lunch at the restaurant. We arrived in the morning and were shown the area (under a tree, so no umbrellas) that had been reserved for us since we were a large group. The problem arose when they told us we couldn't get more loungers because they were booked (which wasn't true, as that morning we received calls from people booking for the same afternoon), and they had only given us two for six people. We were indignant and complained, unable to understand how, despite booking days in advance, they couldn't provide enough loungers for the number of people. The girl was kind, but it's still not possible or fair to pay €18 for entry (not cheap compared to other similar places) and not even get a lounger, when people who arrived in the afternoon had both an umbrella and a lounger. Disorganized, unclear, a place with high expectations—perhaps too high, considering the service they manage to offer. The buffet lunch at the restaurant was nothing special. Sorry, but we won't be back.

14/06/2025: We wanted a more intimate evening to celebrate an event and we found the right place: the location is a completely renovated historic farmhouse, the garden where the tables are is well-kept, the precise and kind service and even the waiting times are right. The dishes are refined, everything we ate was very good, definitely the duck with honey and red fruits is the dish that struck me the most. If I could I would have given 4.5 stars because everything on the menu is inviting but that "strong and unique dish" that stands out from the rest is missing (and maybe a slightly larger portion of pasta wouldn't have hurt). It remains a place that I recommend to everyone, I will definitely return.

19/08/2025: The owner's kindness and the value for money make this place an excellent choice for a quick meal without sacrificing quality. My wife and I ate two tasty and easily digestible sandwiches (with dough made by the owner, which varies daily), after choosing our ingredients. The price is reasonable for the high quality of the ingredients. The service is almost entirely self-service, and there's a wide selection of bottled beers. The pizzas also looked delicious, made to order and beautifully presented. Maybe next time. A happy half hour in complete tranquility. Thank you!!!

13/08/2025: Finding this little corner on a warm August evening was like arriving at an oasis of hospitality and flavor. The host is kind and helpful, as well as very knowledgeable and friendly. The platter is fantastic, featuring high-quality local products. A recommended place for an aperitif or dinner. The beers and cocktails are excellent.

21/08/2025: We enjoyed everything; we visited twice. We especially recommend the lasagna and the snails. But you should definitely make a reservation.

20/08/2025: RESPONSE TO THE RESTAURANT OWNER: Point 1: I think you're remembering very poorly, given that there weren't four of us and, more importantly, as I wrote in my review, we had lunch, not dinner. Point 2: Criticism should be accepted in order to improve; it's a good thing to do in general in life, especially if you work with people. Point 3: But who goes back there!? There are so many great places in Spello, where you can find good food and, at this point, I have no doubt, also good manners. This rating is mainly based on the treatment I received. The food is good, in fact, nothing extraordinary, but good. But if I stop at a restaurant, I expect not to be "politely" asked to leave after my last bite. Outside the restaurant, along with the menu with the prices—which aren't cheap, but after all, you can more or less know what the bill will be—they should state that you should eat quickly to free up the table. I understand that this is a busy tourist season, but in delightful Spello you can find the same or better quality, combined with the opportunity to enjoy a well-priced lunch without having to get up still chewing.

07/09/2025: Excellent pizza, enough for two people if you want to eat more... even the fried foods are very good and plentiful! Informal and pleasant place.

30/07/2025: The bar/pizzeria is located on the main street of Ponte Felcino. The staff is friendly and professional, and the pizza is delicious, with generous toppings and thin crust.

18/08/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, after being rejected by another restaurant; we discovered a magical place. Customer service, smiles, amazing dishes. The chef is exceptionally talented. An unforgettable experience, from the appetizers to the grand finale with 2010 Vino Santo from the Lungarotti winery. We'll call the restaurant that rejected us to thank them; we wouldn't have discovered this gem.

07/08/2025: Great food in a lovely shaded courtyard setting. Service was friendly and efficient. Great value overall and perfect to be able to sample the local Lungarotti wines.

07/09/2025: Impossible to book. I spent three days calling nonstop (before lunch, late afternoon, morning, nothing happening). No response to my email. I don't know if it's my problem, but apparently it is. I don't know how to contact the place. I'm really sorry because it puts me off. It's a shame.

07/09/2025: Definitely the quantity; don't expect porcini mushrooms, truffles, or pecorino cheese to exceed 30g/kg. However, the traditional dishes are exceptional: tongue, tripe, head, legumes, lasagna, gnocchi, guinea fowl, pork loin, and desserts.

04/09/2025: I ate here with my parents. The food was very good, the service excellent (the waiter Ivan was very knowledgeable and friendly), and the prices very competitive. We enjoyed all this with the sound of the Velino River flowing just a few meters away before transforming into the Marmore Falls. I can only recommend it!

24/08/2025: A very basic place, but where we ate the best wild boar ragù in the area (the tomato version). The owners/service were very friendly and helpful. It feels like a small bar, but instead you end up enjoying excellent dishes. We dined there twice in five evenings.

22/08/2025: I've been to this place many times, including takeout, and each time I've found the same quality and attention to detail. The burgers are truly excellent, with super-fresh bread (especially the "burnt" one) and a varied selection of chicken, beef, fish, and vegetarian options, to please all tastes. The place has a lovely character, with a refined and pleasant industrial style. In the summer, you can also eat outside, but I personally prefer the indoor atmosphere. The location is also very convenient: parking is available in front or a few meters away, and the city center is a 5-minute walk away. A must-visit for anyone looking for a quality burger in Perugia, highly recommended!
