When we arrive, we get scared and wonder if we are in the right place. We think we are entering a restaurant on Route 66... a few large tables, walls and an indescribable decor from the 60s... a video game cabinet... we imagine a menu of some variations of burgers and hotdogs...
Then once seated, everything changes. Smile, a welcome glass of proseco, a rich menu for all tastes...
In the meantime, an excellent appetizer, then a symphony of taste. OK it's not a Michelin star... but super good, different... a menu all their own...
Thank you chef, we will be happy to come back.

If you are looking for an authentic culinary experience in Umbria, you have found the place for you. The informal atmosphere of the tavern hides an almost obsessive attention to the selection of top quality ingredients. Excellent dishes! I will definitely return on my next visit to Umbria.

Super welcoming environment, which makes you feel at ease as soon as you walk in the door. Splendid service with waiters ready to clarify all your doubts, and above all super polite (which unfortunately is no longer a given). Tasty food! Very honest prices (perhaps low) for the excellent quality of the food and service they offer. I was really satisfied, I will definitely return! Rating 10/10

... schlichtweg unerwartet!
Es ist zwar Perugia, aber dennoch ausserhalb. Kalter Novembertag und kurz vor Ende der Mittagszeit. Ich war alleine. Eingang im Hinterhof und von aussen eher einer Bauwagenkollonie entsprungen. Drinnen warem die Tische toll dekoriert - ich fühlte mich direkt eingeladen.
Bestellt habe ich 2 Gänge - bekommen habe ich 3. Der Teller herrlich angerichtet. Selbst die "simple" Suppe war fantastisch. So wie ich Italien auch kenne - mit wenig Mitteln - diese aber genial gekocht!
Von mir eine glatte 1 mit Stern!

Nei pressi di Perugia, un locale arredato in modo moderno, disposto su due sale di medie dimensioni. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo e siamo stati molto soddisfatti. Come antipasto una tartare di angus, ben servita e gustosa. Poi abbiamo preso degli strangozzi al tartufo, molto apprezzati, e poi una millefoglie di wagyu, ben presentata. Abbiamo chiuso con della crema chantilly per me, ottima, e altri dolci, di cui non ricordo il nome, per i miei commensali. Un ottimo posto, dal conto corretto e dal servizio preciso. Posto in cui tornare.

Eccellenza culinaria su note d'artista. Chiudendo gli occhi si inizia a viaggiare nella profondità dei sensi, cibo ottimo e location da favola. Non potete perdere l'emozione di questa esperienza. La miglior osteria in cui sia mai stata. Consigliatissimo!!
