In Deruta, on a hill, there's a fantastic taverna. We liked it so much that we went there three times. Good food, fantastic, fast, and friendly service. Everything is worth recommending.

Visiting for the ceramics but stopped here for lunch. Given that it’s the only restaurant in the town center, I was nervous they would just mail it in, but they did not! Wonderful service and amazing Umbrian cuisine. We ordered the fagioli all’uccelletto, insalata di farro and the trofie con cime di rapa e salsice. Everything was done perfectly, but do not sleep on the fagioli. I would come back just for that dish! I filled myself up too much on the beans and couldn’t finish the pasta, and they were very concerned whether i liked it (I LOVED it). They care deeply about the food and our experience.

Welcoming atmosphere, really good appetizers and first courses, especially the exceptional tagliolini with truffle (although I would have liked some truffle shavings to garnish the dish). Alas, dessert was a disappointment at the end of the meal: two pieces of overcooked and poorly presented cheesecake for 15 euros! The staff was very kind.

Very friendly service, typical and regional dishes. Just the dish with Umbrian starters (tagliere) is enough as a complete meal for many people! Authentic atmosphere, very friendly personal.

This very characteristic restaurant is located in the center of Deruta. It has outdoor seating and several indoor rooms. The tables and dishes are from the Domiziani company, very distinctive and colorful.
The "bucco" is high-quality, and the carbonara with truffles is worth it.
Fast and competent service.
The prices are average.
