13/08/2025: We didn't sleep there, just ate there. I apologize for having to give the room stars without actually seeing it. The family lunch we had was delicious; our 10-year-old (a well-known foodie) absolutely fell in love. Everything was delicious: the tagliatelle with mushrooms, the grilled meats—various and very well cooked—and the cannelloni, which my little girl really enjoyed. The side dishes were excellent (even the homemade fries), and the desserts were delicious. Everything was good, the service was efficient, and the waiter was extremely kind and friendly. We wanted to go back the next evening, but they were already full!

14/08/2025: An insider tip. Unassuming from the outside, but with a very pleasant ambiance inside, a large covered terrace, all the staff friendly and quick, the food very tasty, and good value for money. Reservations seem advisable.

09/08/2025: Excellent pizza, light and well-leavened dough. Fresh and tasty ingredients, perfectly cooked in the oven. The desserts are also excellent. Friendly and fast service, welcoming atmosphere. Excellent value, I'll definitely be back!

10/08/2025: Dear Bar Sparer Team, I recently visited your restaurant with friends, and we generally enjoyed the visit – we were particularly impressed by the friendly service of one of the waiters. Unfortunately, however, we witnessed another employee shout loudly and disrespectfully at this waiter simply because he had accidentally opened the wrong box. This situation was very unpleasant for us as guests to witness – especially since the waiter in question was truly attentive, polite, and dedicated. I sincerely hope that such situations can be better resolved internally in the future, without them taking place in front of the guests. Because good employees deserve support rather than public criticism.

01/08/2025: We were there around 10:00, and only a few tables were occupied. We sat down at a free table. Then the waitress came over and pointedly pointed out to us that only hotel guests were allowed to sit there. "Other side," whatever that meant. We left. Apparently, we weren't welcome. We had breakfast at a different location. With a €10 entrance fee/for the lakeside pool, it's not a recommended place anyway.

11/08/2025: A very cool, beautiful restaurant with its own style. We were surprised by exceptionally good food 🥘, everything fresh and regional... fine cuisine, the presentation a feast for the eyes, and there was great wine 🍷 and beer 🍺 on tap. Christian is a cool guy and an excellent host; despite the hustle and bustle, he took time for a chat with his guests. His son is an excellent cook 💯, who spoiled our palates a few times. 03/09/2025: We tried this restaurant at the recommendation of the chalet where we stayed. It's a beautiful, welcoming place, with traditional furnishings and a traditional menu. The dishes are exquisite and well-priced. The spinach and ricotta Tultres and savory Krapfen stuffed with ragù melt in your mouth. For our first course, we opted for tagliatelle with game ragù and spatzels (the best I've ever had). We shared the red fruit semifreddo. We'll be back!

14/07/2025: For two social dinners organized as part of a conference program, we dined at this restaurant, which is clean, tidy, and welcoming, run by competent and very helpful staff. The first evening featured pizza, while the second featured more local cuisine using traditional ingredients. On both occasions, the dishes and the table arrangements were appreciated (despite the large group). Personally, I found the interior and exterior aesthetics of the restaurant very appealing.

21/08/2025: Welcoming, clean, and attentive to detail. Very good food. Prices are a little high for my taste, but I think they're still average for the place. A small tip: serve the bread at the table.

15/08/2025: Fabulous place, friendly staff, and the food, I can't even begin to describe it. If I could give it more than five stars, I would! The portions are generous and truly delicious. We went back three times in our two-week vacation. Twice for lunch and once for a snack, and we ordered a platter. They also have a shop with everything they make; it's like a fairytale. The prices are fair for the quality!

22/07/2025: Eating Roman cuisine in Trentino was a positive experience. The dishes prepared by the chef were very good, using fresh ingredients. The bread was very good, unlike what you find in other restaurants in the area. The table service was excellent.

17/07/2025: Not a carbonara, but a delight of eggs and bacon! Amazing meatballs, Arabian Nights artichokes, and real arrosticini... amazing! A must try, wonderful owners, and a relaxed and relaxing atmosphere! Well done!
