A wonderful weekend, pampered at the hotel by the truly knowledgeable and attentive staff. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the spa with a beautiful outdoor garden was lovely. The breakfast was truly superb. A special mention goes to the hotel's philosophy, which is self-sufficient and energy-neutral thanks to its own hydroelectric plant.

Stayed at the end of May. Very friendly staff, spacious wellness area, well-appointed and designer room (choose the premium version), excellent breakfast and dinner. Excellent location for visiting the castle and a 5-minute drive from the ski slopes.

I felt completely at ease. My room was clean, modern, and very inviting. Great location. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Small but lovely spa area. I'd especially like to commend the incredibly friendly and service-oriented staff who clearly enjoy their work. It's also worth mentioning that a truly talented pianist played on three evenings, clearly having a great time. At the last minute, a guest with a violin joined them – the two of them, despite never having played together before, made a fantastic team. I would love to come back again.

I've been visiting South Tyrol for many years, both summer and winter, and have stayed in a variety of properties, some of which are very high-end. I can say without a doubt that the Feldmilla truly lives up to its 4-star superior rating: it's a property with meticulous attention to detail, and as a lover of interior design, I truly appreciated the aesthetics of the spaces. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with every comfort: a bathroom with a tub, shower, and double sink (a real treat), a large balcony with a splendid view, a minibar stocked with complimentary water and apple juice, and everything you need for the spa. The spa is large and well-equipped, and we also greatly appreciated the extra services, such as the gym and the ski/snowboard storage room, which were truly convenient. The breakfast was exceptional: huge variety and top-notch quality. The value for money was absolutely excellent, especially considering the half-board option and all-inclusive services. There are, however, a couple of areas that could be improved. We found the pool a bit too cold to be called heated, and above all, it wasn't very clean (leaves and debris), something you'd expect to see more attention at a facility of this caliber. Even dinner, despite the excellent quality of the dishes, left us a bit perplexed: the menu offered limited choices, and some options were repetitive from night to night. Furthermore, both evenings, a dish on the menu wasn't available when we ordered, without notifying us in advance. Nothing serious, but these are details that would greatly improve the experience. Overall, however, we had a really good time and would gladly return.
