02/05/2026: Restaurant, pizzeria, and pub, everything is top-notch. The best pizza in the Val di Non... and the meat is also very good. A place for families, friends, or couples with various options for dining and seating... the terrace overlooking the valley is spectacular. A real surprise for outsiders, even in terms of price... if you pass by, you have to stop by.

02/06/2026: Super welcoming atmosphere. I'd only recommend upgrading the food with drinks. The curry popcorn is a must-try.

10/06/2026: A typical Trentino restaurant with delicious specialties. We tried the canederli and gnocchi... truly excellent. We also really enjoyed the Trentino cured meats and cheeses, and the apple strudel was delicious. The staff were friendly and available for any advice.

08/06/2026: A lovely place, located in a very characteristic village with a panoramic view, wonderful hospitality, carefully prepared dishes, and excellent, impeccable service.

15/12/2025: The spaetzle is good, but the wine list is even better. The staff is simply on a different level than the others, exceptional.

17/05/2026: We were at the sports center with our leggy friend... we received a very friendly welcome! The food was excellent. Highly recommended. We'd go back anytime!

13/05/2026: Highly recommended! A warm welcome, friendly and attentive service, delicious food, and very reasonable prices. We really enjoyed the atmosphere in the traditional farmhouse-style dining room. It was lively, but not so loud that you couldn't have a conversation. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back.

18/03/2026: Very kind and attentive staff, excellent food with local specialties, an excellent restaurant after an afternoon at the spa, returned this year and surprised by the new management even better than the previous one, super food, friendly and helpful owner, we will definitely be back next year.

16/03/2026: This year, new management has breathed new life into this restaurant's cuisine. We've been coming here for three years, and we've always had a great experience. But since this year, the quality and deliciousness of the dishes have truly improved. The owner is extremely kind and helpful, and makes you feel welcome. The restaurant has remained unchanged, but it's still clean and tidy, and the prices are in line with the excellent quality of the dishes. We'll definitely be back.

31/12/2025: I ordered a taco menu (with chips and water) for just €8. It was delicious and plentiful, served with salsa and even olives on the side. Very welcoming and friendly service. Excellent experience.

03/05/2026: Beautiful place and a great team. We were also very happy with the quality of the products and the beer. The basil beer was especially good!

02/05/2026: We come to Chiusa every now and then, but we'd never been here for dinner or lunch. The place is located at the beginning of the historic center, and there's also a paid parking lot nearby. The place is divided into the actual pub and the restaurant. The atmosphere is well-kept and quiet, and from what we saw, the dining room doesn't have many seats inside. There's also an outdoor area. Reservations are recommended, as it's popular. The dishes range from pasta to meat and cheese pizza. My children opted for pizza, and the adults opted for a BBQ hamburger with fries and chicken nuggets with fries. The hamburger was good, and the quality of the ingredients was good, too. The sandwich was good and filling. The nuggets were good, average. The pizzas, which I don't usually eat in these parts, were very good. Very good, medium-thick crust. Quality ingredients. I had their pizza, which I really liked, well-balanced and flavorful. My wife's pizza, too, with a chili pepper, was spectacular. To accompany everything, two medium Pilsners. Welcoming staff and very professional service. Quick...a pleasant dinner for me. See you next time 😀

30/10/2025: A charming refreshment point inside Salorno Castle, where you can have breakfast or lunch. The owners are kind and helpful, and you can also visit the remains of the castle for free. Recommended (we ate a delicious, generous slice of whole-wheat cake with homemade blueberry jam, and the coffee was just so-so). I forgot to mention that to reach the castle, you have to walk along a wide but steep path for about 20-30 meters, depending on your pace.

26/10/2025: Stunning medieval castle nestled on a rocky outcrop above the village of Salorno. The setting is beautiful, meticulously designed and one-of-a-kind. Excellent service and very friendly, welcoming staff were available to explain the menu in detail. We spent a delightful Sunday in a setting you don't experience every day. We can't wait to return for the Knights' Dinner!

09/05/2026: We went for dinner on a friend's recommendation, and I have to say we weren't disappointed. We ordered the carbonara, and despite the longer-than-usual wait, I have to admit it was worth the wait. It's difficult, if not impossible, to find better in the area; honestly, I've only found a carbonara of this quality in Rome. The desserts are wonderful. We tried the tiramisu and the Sachertorte, both different from the usual but I'd say almost better than their original counterparts. Finally, I'd add that the staff is truly welcoming and professional.

04/05/2026: This place is amazing! We visited multiple times whilst on holiday - we were always greeted by friendly staff and their beers were great. Also their selection of meats and cheeses are fantastic! Exactly what we needed alongside our drinks! We wish we could bring this place home with us If you’re in Passo Tonale this place is a must!

06/04/2026: Fantastic pub with excellent service. I loved how my Bloody Mary was made. Great idea serving free snacks with our drinks. We really like the El Bait Pub,and highly recommend if you are in the area.

02/05/2026: One of the best restaurants I've ever been to! Everything is just perfect, from the service and food to the atmosphere and even the price. We had Schlutzkrapfen (filled pasta), trout tartare, Wiener Schnitzel, and the chocolate mascarpone tart. The white wine from the hillside vineyard next door is also highly recommended! A huge compliment to all the waiters and chefs who work here!
