22/08/2024: I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I must say it was an amazing experience. The beef tartare is the best I have ever tasted: accompanied by a crispy egg and enriched with summer truffle, it was simply divine. Even the simplest dishes, such as the cabbage salad, were perfect, with balanced and refined flavors. Each dish was a joy for the eyes, as well as the palate. The setting is excellent, with a breathtaking view of the mountains which makes the atmosphere even more special. Highly recommended!

13/08/2024: It was a great walk and the lunch at this lovely establishment was the icing on the cake! The landscape fascinates with its beauty and grandeur, and the food delights with its perfection. Everything was extremely tasty. We have been to many places but this lunch was the best. We are sorry that we live so far away and cannot eat here every day ❤️

10/08/2024: Of all the places I have eaten in the Cavalese area, none has the same level of courtesy and customer care. Excellent pizza, good meat and main dish. Prices in line with other places in the area. If I can give some advice, the paper placemat and napkins should be replaced with something that feels more like a restaurant and less like a pub.

31/08/2024: We were very satisfied all around! The location is quiet and idyllic. We had a seat/table in the lawn. Reservation is not mandatory but advisable. The boss and all employees were very friendly and accommodating. You immediately felt welcome and well looked after. The food was simply wonderful! Everything is very tasty, fresh and of the best quality! The meat and also the meat skewers were cooked perfectly. The starter and dessert were also excellent! It's a shame that we only discovered this restaurant on the last day of our vacation, otherwise we would have come here more often. Prices are absolutely okay too. Highly recommended!! 5 stars ⭐️

19/07/2024: Good morning, my wife and I only spent a few days, unfortunately... I found excellent courtesy from everyone. Spotless rooms, well organised. Impeccable breakfast and good quality dinner. Very nice location and everything well looked after. In short, I would have stayed there. If you come to Piedmont and the Cuneo area... you have our address and if you come to visit us you won't miss a nice dinner together... Thank you for your kindness towards us, but it was also noticeable for all the other guests. The owners very helpful and the staff very polite, always smiling. Good work.👋💪

25/08/2024: Se passi da qui non aver fretta e lasciati incantare dal racconto di Luigi. Due persone, lui e la moglie Simonetta, difficili da scordare una volta incontrati. Due persone innamorate di quello che portano avanti e che trasmettono tutta la loro passione e la loro voglia di farti conoscere da dove vengono tutti i loro prodotti ovviamente a Km 0. Dal salame ritrovato dei nonni… allo speck al cirmolo che,assaporandolo e chiudendo gli occhi, ti sembra di essere immerso in un sottobosco. Un’ esperienza immersiva che merita di essere vissuta perché ti scalda il cuore e l’anima. Aggiungo questo: è difficile, oggi, trovare una persona che ti accoglie nel suo negozio e ti fa sentire il profumo di casa.. 20/08/2024: Simonetta and Luigi run a shop that is truly out of the ordinary: you enter what should be a butcher's shop and you are immediately struck by the inviting scent of homemade cakes. Having arrived in this place for the first time, the histrionic Luigi accompanied us through a narrative and sensorial journey which he called "baptism". What emerged is an uncommon passion for one's work and one's products, one better than the other. Luigi's speck will leave you surprised. Note of merit also for the mortandadella. And to end with a little sweetness, Simonetta's cakes and milk grappa are no exception.

27/08/2024: The view you can enjoy is fantastic, for this reason alone it is worth going there. The menu is simple but with deliciously prepared dishes. Kindness and courtesy of the staff and an excellent quality/price ratio.

24/08/2024: Driven by the positive reviews we had dinner at this wonderful restaurant. Fantastic view, especially at sunset. Exceptional food, normal prices. The lady who answers the phone is really kind and helpful. We had forgotten a backpack outside in the parking lot, she immediately made sure to go and retrieve it so we could find it the next day. We will definitely be back

21/08/2024: It's a place close to my heart. We have been going there for 30 years and it has never disappointed us. But today we were really disappointed: the price of the wine is not on the menu and they doubled our bill. What a pity. A sort of betrayal

22/08/2024: Pazzesco, cibo veramente molto, molto buono, i ragazzi molto gentili. Fa anche da hotel ma non so come sia , riguardo la location molto carina!!!

29/07/2024: Beautiful refuge that can also be reached by car, however I recommend beautiful walks with excellent routes that can be done by adults and children, mostly in the shade of large trees.. the refuge offers revisited Trentino cuisine, very good and the kids are very polite and kind .. the interior of the refuge is spectacular, typical furnishings and particular ornaments that catch the eye.. I recommend the homemade pasta with game ragu!
