09/08/2025: We stayed here for three nights and four days while trekking in the Dolomites. It takes about 40 minutes by car to get to Ortisei, making it inconvenient for Dolomite trekking without a rental car. While the winding roads to and from Ortisei can be a bit daunting, if you're looking for the comfort of a mountain village, this is highly recommended. The accommodations are impeccable. They're operated as a campsite, so you can enjoy a variety of facilities, including a sauna and outdoor pool. The bar and restaurant on the first floor are also excellent. With the "South Tyrol Card" you receive upon check-in, you can take the historic two-car train and cable car to and from Bolzano. You can also enjoy the mountains above the accommodation without having to venture far into the Dolomites. Many people visit this village from Bolzano to explore the town. Enjoy the town's attractions, including the Earth Pyramids and the indoor ice rink.

08/08/2025: Schartner Alm is a wonderful camping. The facilities are tiptop and everything is superclean. The team is really friendly and helpful. We have used our tent, therefore the evaluation for "rooms" isn't fully applicable. However, I would have given 5 stars if the Zeltwiese would have been a bit more spaceous. Nevertheless I can recommend this place.

19/07/2025: We stayed in the Marchesa Suite and were thrilled. The room is spacious, elegantly furnished in Alpine style with wooden details that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is large and modern. A separate area houses a private sauna cabin for two, a real plus for relaxing after a day of hiking and exploring Trentino. The only small flaw is the room's soundproofing, which isn't the best, and you can sometimes hear noises from neighboring rooms or music from the hallway. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. It is served at your table, with items such as fruit, croissants, strudel, and a selection of other à la carte options, some included and others available for a small supplement. The hotel staff were extremely kind and always attentive to our needs, helping to make our stay even more pleasant. The rooms are clean and well-kept, with a perfect balance between modernity and mountain style. The location is excellent for exploring the area: from here, you can easily reach the city of Trento by car, as well as numerous lakes, castles, and picturesque villages in the surrounding area. A truly pleasant stay, we recommend it to anyone seeking relaxation and comfort in a Trentino setting. Giulio and Giuseppe

24/08/2025: Completely renovated restaurant. Modern and welcoming atmosphere. Superb pizza!! It far exceeded my expectations... high-quality cured meats and cheeses. If I really had to find a flaw... the Frizzoli were a little greasy... but everything was really good.

26/08/2025: We dined on the restaurant terrace. Excellent food and impeccable service in a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The price was more than reasonable. There's no menu; the waiters display the daily specials at the table. When booking, we asked over the phone if a vegetarian option was available, a request that was kindly and graciously accommodated.

25/08/2025: Wonderful ambiance, great food, and atmospheric rooms. Ideally located near the A22 motorway, but a bit noisy with the windows open. We'll be back for dinner and overnight stays. The only, but also annoying, criticism: the beds are too hard; you can almost feel the metal springs. A 6cm thick thermal foam mattress would greatly improve this.

21/08/2025: The food and drinks were served quickly and were delicious. The service was very friendly, and they quickly arranged a table. You sit in a beautiful and quiet courtyard, which is very hidden and easy to miss. All in all, a very pleasant dining experience, and nothing stands in the way of a return visit.

25/07/2025: Strategic location on the slopes with breathtaking mountain views. We ate lunch at the chalet for a whole week. The pizza was delicious, and the staff was friendly and fast. The owner was the real asset, knowing how to entertain guests with kindness, constancy, and cheerfulness.

13/04/2025: Atmospheric bar with a beautiful view of the surrounding peaks, this place is characterized by scarves of various football clubs hanging from the ceiling, the staff speaks Polish, standard prices, the double espresso was unfortunately more like a single one but overall I recommend it

05/08/2025: We went there because of the excellent reviews. There wasn't actually any space left, but the owner and her daughter (?) made it possible, as there was still an hour left at a table before the next guests arrived. Extremely delicious, like homemade!

11/07/2025: A very quaint, wood-framed, Terolese-style brewery. The food is good, cooked over wood. The pork shank is also worth the beer. We were inside an apple orchard. Excellent value for money. I recommend it.
