05/05/2026: The hotel is rated 4 stars, but I think it barely deserves 2. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired: the silicone in the bathtub was dirty and neglected. There's not even a refrigerator in the room, and incredibly, there's none throughout the hotel. The foam beds with a sheet on top are just plain old. The common areas are practically nonexistent: there are no places to sit and chat, forcing guests to stay outside, surrounded by pollen and mosquitoes. The location is inconvenient, on a main road, with no shuttle service or taxi service. If it hadn't been for the kindness of the staff from another hotel who accompanied us, we would have been left stranded there without even being able to eat. The breakfast was disappointing, especially the savory portion: cold eggs left in a bowl, unappetizing. Overall a negative experience and far from the standards of a true 4-star hotel. The only positive note was the kindness of the staff.

02/05/2026: We were here as part of a trip. Personally, I wouldn't choose a hotel with such a rating. Anyway, the number of stars on Google is acceptable. The rooms would definitely deserve better cleaning. There is one large sheet to cover yourself and warm blankets in the closet. So that no one is unpleasantly surprised. Breakfast is weak. From pastries, only toasted bread and a little something on it (ham, cheese, processed cheese and classic small butter) Plenty of sweets and yogurts, which was nice. A short distance from the hotel is a market, Lidl and McDonald's. It's definitely not the four stars that the hotel has in its name. But for undemanding people it's fine.

03/05/2026: After walking around San Gimignano (Siena) All day looking at the different restaurants and Bars We came upon this restaurant We sat down and the waitress can over she was super friendly her name was Athena She answered all our questions and gave us some great tips on what to order Her co worker Kevin was very funny with the banter with Athena Great atmosphere Jon From Canada

02/05/2026: AVOID AT ALL COSTS, a money grab. The waitress was unpleasant and refused to give me my credit card receipt. I pointed out that the toilets were dirty and the bin in the only toilet was full of toilet paper and sanitary napkins, but she made a gesture showing she didn't care. Furthermore, she tried to force me to order a 0.4-liter beer when I only wanted a 0.2-liter. To make us leave with less money and free up the table, she even cleared away our drinks. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

01/05/2026: What a tragedy. After buying ice cream and some drinks, we were told not to sit at the restaurant's tables; they were all empty. The staff also got our order wrong.
