08/11/2025: A beautiful restaurant with a splendid view of Tuscany. The beef tartare with guava is innovative and a perfect combination.
The ravioli are also exquisite. Excellent service, highly recommended.

20/09/2025: It's absolutely incomprehensible that such a lack of friendliness and service can prevail in such a beautiful setting! The building (an old monastery) and garden, including the pool area, are absolutely well-kept and beautiful! The staff and management, bored and not particularly friendly, go about their business. Guests don't seem welcome, but rather a nuisance. Despite the beautiful setting, I unfortunately wouldn't recommend it!
20/08/2025: Super luxurious, well maintained, spacious, a lot of greenery and big yard, beautiful pool, very warm and welcoming staff, amazing experience in Tuscany region.

30/09/2025: Well, a hotel—probably for events, but not for tourists in the off-season. The room is okay. Clean is something else entirely. We booked a room with a view. We got a tree in front of the window.

But most importantly, dogs are welcome.
21/10/2025: We have been in the cafe and spent some money there, and wanted to walk around a bit before we leave. They asked us to move the car from their customers parking to a paid one, even though their parking was totally empty. Petty and inhospitable

27/11/2025: One of the best meals we have in Italy.... My son had lasagne, I had cacio de pepe and my husband had a salad with thin sliced meat but not carpacio.... They were all delicious and good pricing! Hope to visit and eat there again one day.
25/11/2025: I had a cappuccino and a mochaccino. The cappuccino was a bit weaker than the others because it was larger, but it was still delicious. The mochaccino was really sweet and delicious.

12/10/2025: Found by chance, a bit away from the chaos of the historic center. The pici were excellent, as was the cold cuts platter. We had lunch outside under the portico, a great location.

14/10/2025: Servers are slow and just stand around talking and ignore multiple tables who are wanting to order. Drinks are more expensive and not as good as nearby restaurants. Cant recommend, waste of money and time due to slow servers
10/10/2025: The service at this place is terrible. We went for dinner because we were staying at the hotel and there weren't many options available. They served us horribly; they refused to clean the table we chose. They waited on us in a hurry, and we spent almost 80 euros on two plates of pasta and two plates of baked potatoes for four people, two wines, and some soft drinks. I don't recommend it.

26/10/2025: The servers are rude, they wouldn't let us sit down even when the restaurant was empty, just because there were 5 of us and we had 2 coffees, the kids didn't drink coffee, the toilet was smelly and dirty, and the coffee was for tourists who don't want to come back.

07/11/2025: After a wonderful walk in the village of San Giminiano with friends, we had the unfortunate idea of sitting down to eat 3 sandwiches, a cold dish, 3 soft drinks, 2 coffees, 1 ginseng and 1 water for the shameful sum of 67, and I repeat 67 euros. Extremely high prices and extremely rude staff. In fact, when we tried to point out the extremely high price, they almost got offended, are we kidding? They say there is a crisis in the venues, but in my humble opinion, after seeing this, I am not surprised. Tourists should always be a resource and not chickens to be plucked. Neither I nor my friends will set foot in this place again, and we will certainly never speak well of it. Absolutely not recommended to everyone, shameful!!!!!!!!
04/11/2025: The mango gelato was outstanding. I feel bad that they get such terrible reviews when I don't think the gelateria is affiliated with the bar. I think their two independent businesses. I can't speak for the bar, but I loved the gelateria.

04/04/2025: Οι πίτσες που δοκιμάσαμε ήταν γευστικότατες,ήμασταν μεγάλη παρέα οπότε πήραμε όλες τις επιλογές και μείναμε όλοι μα όλοι ευχαριστημένοι.μοναδική και η φοκάτσια του.
28/01/2025: Lo mejor de este bar es la ubicación, justo en la Piazza Cisternal con una zona de estar al aire libre al sol. El café y el servicio era bueno, sin embargo - solo un poco caro!
