02/01/2026: What can I say? It was a wonderful experience! My friends recommended this restaurant to me, and I was very curious to try the dishes they explained to me, which were so tasteful and unique. I had a wonderful day and absolutely recommend it. Congratulations, especially for the service and Ardit's kindness. He also recommended some very good wines, and we did a small tasting, and it was all delicious. Thanks guys.

15/03/2026: Cannot overstate how good the food was. We ordered the ribeye chefs selection and truffle mashed potatoes. Both absolutely knocked our socks off. Best steak we have ever had hands down. Atmosphere was fantastic with it being in an underground basement with stone walls and arches that really reflect the history of the town. Service was excellant as well. Possibly most surprising was that the prices were absolutely reasonable. This restaurant could charge much more based on the food quality and atmostphere. Chef is an artist. Also, not crowded at all. Absolutely must come to this place.

07/04/2026: I dined here last night with my fiance and have to say, it was absolutely exceptional. Massimo and Luca, the hosts, were incredibly friendly and helpful with explaining the menu. We had the most perfect little table set in a grotto type area within the stone walls inside which made it even more perfect. We had the vegan tartare to start, which was the highlight of the menu for us, despite us not being vegan/vegetarian ourselves. We loved that Massimo created this dish for his vegan wife, maybe the love that went in to it is what makes it so special! We then opted to share the Pici for our pasta dish and the wild boar stew for our main, which were both delicious. They even split each dish into two mini portions for us which added a nice touch. Lastly we shared the home made tirramisu, perhaps the best we have ever tried. Both the red and white house wines were also very good! I could not fault a thing about this restaurant and would highly recommend to anyone visiting San Gimignano

05/04/2026: Truly excellent wine produced directly on site (try the Cabernet, which we bought a bottle of after dinner to take home). Truly remarkable cured meats. Worth it as an appetizer, despite being the most expensive dish on the menu. The first courses (paccheri) were also excellent. Very good beef tagliata, and the wild boar was superb. My compliments for the food and service: very fast, efficient, and friendly.

The restaurant is welcoming yet unpretentious, perfect for a break between admiring medieval towers and strolling through the history-rich streets. The staff is helpful and attentive, always ready to recommend a dish of the day or a delicious local wine. I especially enjoyed the homemade pasta and the tender, well-seasoned meat. I will definitely return next time I'm in the Siena province.

02/04/2026: I visited La Griglia in San Gimignano and was very satisfied. The cuisine is simple yet impeccable, with tasty roasts and authentic flavors that taste like they've been carefully crafted. The service was courteous and attentive, never intrusive, and the atmosphere is welcoming, perfect for a break between strolls through the city's narrow streets. I'll definitely return next time I visit Siena.

05/04/2026: First evening in San Gimignano and already a huge favorite! Exceptional service, friendly and warm, with a genuine passion that shines through. The Tuscan soup, osso buco, and tiramisu were simply incredible—among the best we've ever tasted! Authentic cuisine, full of flavor and generous portions, in a place where you feel perfectly at ease. A huge thank you to the entire team for this unforgettable experience!

28/11/2025: After a very tiring journey, we just wanted a quick pizza that evening. We found this little pizzeria and were completely won over. Not only is the pizza excellent, but so are the two (?) owners. Many thanks for the pizza, the beer recommendations, and the short, pleasant conversations. We'll definitely be back!

21/11/2025: This place is AMAZING!!!!!!!! The owners were simply delightful and so generous. We went in and ordered a pizza just for me and my boyfriend. We were greeted with such hospitality. They gave us additional stuffed flat breads just because they were worried we would be hungry. What a delightful experience. The pizza and the flatbreads were to DIE FOR!!!! Must try

12/11/2025: I highly recommend it. Francesca is lovely and always attentive. The breakfast is generous and delicious, with many fresh, homemade products. She gives us great tips for sightseeing. The location is ideal, a 5-minute walk from San Geminiano. It's clean, tastefully decorated, and peaceful.

I stopped by to ask if I could take some photos, and she kindly said yes. She was incredibly welcoming and sweet. Even though I didn’t stay at Francesca’s place, her warmth and generosity made me feel truly welcome. From the moment we connected, she extended kindness that went far beyond expectation. Her hospitality wasn’t about a room or a roof—it was about making someone feel seen, valued, and cared for. That’s a gift, and I won’t forget it. 13/03/2026: The owners are very nice and friendly, the space isn't very big but it's very welcoming, and the food is excellent. The tiramisu is highly recommended!! When we return to San Gimignano, we'll definitely visit them again!

04/02/2026: Beautiful day, we had a great time. Good food, excellent service, lovely atmosphere, we had a great time (it was a family birthday). The prices were more than reasonable. Highly recommended, even for locals. PS: The house wine, even the Riserva version, isn't the best, although it's attractively priced.

24/01/2026: This ravioli place is amazing ㅠㅠ The wild boar ragu was a bit dry, but I understood and ate it because they said it was an authentic dish ㅎㅎ The staff were all friendly and the atmosphere was great! There are also a lot of locals!!

10/03/2026: The most amazing winery I have ever visited. Everything absolutely perfect, the hospitality and service was beyond wonderful. The wine is delicious and the food is great. Pietro paglioli was the most entertaining and knowledgeable host and made us feel at home. We will be back certainly. Can’t recommend this winery enough! Grazie mille!
