25/08/2025: Absolutely fantastic lunch experience! We had the beef tartare, Grilled pigeon and Tiramisu. All dishes were the perfect portion size, each with a unique and exquisite taste. The staff were very friendly, attentive and really made the atmosphere relaxing, refined and such an enjoyable meal. I cannot recommend this ristorante enough!

26/08/2025: A very quiet place just steps from the Duomo. Excellent crostoni, definitely try the tomato and basil one. Excellent wine, friendly owner.

14/09/2025: Intrigued by the sign on the front door, which clearly states that meat is the main course, we decide to go in. Initially a little unsure about our ability to potentially eat large quantities of meat, our doubts are quickly dispelled by the explanations of the very kind staff. We decide to order two different types of fillets, both expertly prepared and simply delicious. As are the side dishes, and the wine recommended by the staff. The dessert and coffee are also excellent. A very welcoming atmosphere, friendly and impeccable service, a restaurant definitely worth a visit, and one we hope to return to soon.

14/09/2025: If you want a Chianina steak, this is the place! A steak to remember and want to have again. Amazing wine selection, amazing side dishes, but the star is the steak! Looking forward to coming back again. Mille grazie, alla prossima volta!

10/08/2025: unfortunately I don't have any pictures of the food, we arrived after a day of traveling and ate everything like hungry dogs. but the food was really delicious and the desserts were completely out of this world. the restaurant is expensive, but sometimes you have to pay extra for quality if you get adequate service. I highly recommend visiting for a romantic dinner.

05/09/2025: DISAPPOINTING!!!!! Even though we booked in advance, we got there on time and they slammed the door in our face, telling us we'd still have to wait a bit 🤔. So why book if you're going to make me wait anyway???

03/09/2025: The service was very attentive and friendly; we felt at home and were served very quickly. The food was incredible—I'd even say it was the best pasta I've ever had. The meat with truffles was also perfect! If I could, I would eat here every day! The price/performance ratio is excellent!

08/08/2025: If you are looking for authenticity with fresh and delicious products: LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Sandwiches with ingredients cut in front of you...nothing better. All of Italy gathered in this place. Our waiter kind and helpful. 👍👍👍

21/07/2025: The products here are great, high quality and worth trying, which earns this place an extra star. But the service was a letdown. We were just two people, and it felt like we weren’t worth the staff’s time. Before us, larger groups were getting enthusiastic recommendations, explanations, and genuinely warm service. When it was our turn, the atmosphere shifted completely. No suggestions, no effort, just a cold, dismissive interaction that made us feel unwelcome. If you’re not part of a big crowd or don't look snobby enough, don’t expect the same treatment.

22/08/2025: We stayed at this B&B the week before Ferragosto, after having moved our arrival dates twice due to personal issues, but Francesca proved to be incredibly helpful and kind. The view was beautiful, the silence was quiet, and the breakfast was spectacular, both sweet and savory. She was incredibly patient, even with my little girl, who was exploring everything. Highly recommended.

11/09/2025: Food is decent and good for a quick lunch. They charged us 2 euros per person as table service charge, something they don't advertise or tell us prior. Gotta be fair in such things.

22/08/2025: We didn't even have time to eat because as soon as we entered the waiter didn't accept that we had decided to sit upstairs instead of downstairs. By the time we ordered water, we were asked what we wanted to order. After asking for another minute, the waiter snorted, and at that second sign of rudeness, we got up to go downstairs to pay for the water, which he said hadn't even been brought to us because he knew that a couple of tourists, very normal young people like so many others, would leave, and so it was.

01/09/2025: Disclaimer: This review isn't about the quality of the food, which we found truly excellent. What I want to highlight, however, is the behavior of the (presumably) owner when it came to the bill. After a pleasant dinner, a friend and I asked to split the bill so we could each pay with our own cards. When I asked, the gentleman told us it wasn't possible, because the transaction had to correspond to the full amount on the receipt. Anyone with even a modicum of experience in business and/or with retail outlets understands this isn't true: you can easily record a mixed payment without breaking any rules. The feeling was that it was just an excuse to avoid paying two commissions, at the expense of transparency towards the customer. We come from the Marche because we love Tuscany, but we didn't travel 300km to be taken for a ride by someone who thought he was smart. All he had to do was be honest and explain his decision, without making fun of us. For this reason, I'm giving it only one star, solely because of the behavior I found inappropriate and unprofessional. I reiterate, however, that the food was truly excellent.
