20/07/2025: Having visited Colonnata, I must say I was disappointed... in some areas it is rundown and poorly maintained... shame... but I appreciated the free shuttle service... let's get back to the review of this restaurant which is located in the central square right at the shuttle stop... the dishes are not exceptional but good, the lard I ate was good... the service was slow, too slow in my opinion, they need more staff at the tables and in the kitchen... the two waitresses there do the impossible, really good... the organization needs re-evaluating... and I repeat, they need more staff... the menu you find on the noticeboard outside does not correspond with what they bring to the tables... and if you ask, believe me, you will be disappointed... the prices are average but the place with its outdoor veranda overlooking the square makes it pleasant to taste the dishes... but I was more disappointed by Colonnata with all the marble that the town has in some alleys it is unsightly, dilapidated abandoned houses, uneven driveways....

27/06/2025: Last night, my partner and I went to eat pizza at this place. We wanted to go to another pizzeria, but it was closing day. We had little time, the options were limited, so we opted for Ristorante Pizzeria da Silvio; among other things, we had wanted to try it for a while and we took the opportunity. Well, I had a Margherita pizza and he had a stracchino and rocket. The rocket had run out and was replaced with courgettes. The pizzas arrived. Right away, at the sight, we realised that they probably wouldn't be that great, but once we tasted them that "great" turned into "poor"! A product of very poor quality, without flavour, truly terrible! We didn't finish them... we are anti-waste, we have great respect for food, so to leave something on the plate it must be truly inedible! We thought they were frozen, a two-bit frozen product, to sadly discover that instead they make them themselves! This makes it all the more negative, also because we spent or rather threw away €21.00 including two bottles of still water and cover charge! I wonder how you can offer a similar product and charge for it as if it were quality. With €9.50 and €6.00 ​​you can eat some great pizzas! They were also badly cooked, the dough did not rise well... my goodness! Unthinkable! There is a middle ground between terrible and excellent, you can offer a product that is at least acceptable, edible and at honest prices! This is not the case! I gave one star, because you can't give less! Forget about this pizza! Stay away from it! I'm honest, if I were the managers of the place I would be ashamed... evidently, customer care is non-existent, at the base there is only the idea of ​​earning money, but the negative reviews and word of mouth are not to be underestimated... I repeat, horrible pizza! 🤦🏻‍♀️

THIRTY minutes of waiting for a piadina, we kindly asked what had happened and the girl replied "I missed it, I'm a beginner and alone, I'll make it for you now, never mind". Unable to wait any longer, she wrote on the receipt for us to come and get it another day. I asked if it was possible to get my money back and she tried at all costs to give me an amount lower than the one I spent even though she had the receipt in front of her. All of this with a lot of arrogance and rudeness. Working with the public I know that oversights and mistakes can happen and learning a job is difficult, but pretending to be right and treating the customer in this way is unacceptable.

Da un amico mi è stato suggerito questo e devo dire che è stato un consiglio prezioso. Bella varietà di proposte, porzioni abbondantissime, ottimo rapporto qualità/costo, servizio veloce. Sono tornata a pochi giorni di distanza perché dovevo recarmi ad una visita nell’ospedale vicino e ho trovato precisione ed affabilità e un trattamento da pranzo di lavoro (durante la settimana) ancora più conveniente e la solita cortesia

There are also some orthoceras in addition to the classic ammonites. As for the bar aspect, the staff is very kind and the pastry department is excellent and well stocked. I had also considered trying to detach my lady from the ammonites with a cream pastry, but I thought it would have been a waste of effort. Luckily the counter was too large and heavy to steal, otherwise she would have put it in her bag.
