09/10/2025: Extremely slow service; we waited an hour and a half on the cold veranda for two slices of stew and a grilled trout. When we got the bill, we waited 15 minutes at the cash register for someone to come. When paying, no one checked to make sure the transaction had gone through, leaving us standing there with no one at the register. Questionable prices for the food and the time wasted. Furthermore, at the table next to us, some men were making their dog clean his plate and feeding it with a fork, without the waiters passing by doing anything. There are a few things that need to be addressed...

02/09/2025: If I could give a zero, I would. Last week. I was craving food, I was out walking, and I hadn't been to Michele's in years: I said to myself, let's go. I wish I'd never done it. 3 euros for a small square of microbial pizza. Let's remember that, given the average price of pizza in Lido and the size of the square, it would mean paying between 30 and 40 euros for a standard whole pizza. But let's talk about pizza. The worst motorway service station makes them better. Microbial little pieces of rubbery dough. The mozzarella on top looks like the kind used on cheap frozen pizzas. Dry and barely topped. I wanted to throw it away. Then, remembering I'd overpaid for it, I forced myself to finish it. I'll never go there again, not even under torture. Calling this shapeless substance "pizza" would be like calling vomit a rich selection of appetizers from Michelin-starred chefs.

16/11/2025: Worst nightclub in Versilia, hands down. You arrive at 12:30 AM, and if you're male, you'll be let in after at least an hour and a half or two for no reason. This doesn't happen in other nightclubs in Versilia. The staff is rude and rude. Avoid this nightclub, it's awful.

09/11/2025: GOOD FOOD AND GREAT MUSIC 👉 The Maki Maki nightclub is located in Tuscany, in the Darsena area of ​​Viareggio, on a stretch of waterfront road lined with many bars and restaurants. 👉 The venue has a decent indoor space and a beautiful outdoor area for summer evenings. 👉 In addition to excellent pre-evening aperitifs, there's a great restaurant called Leblon, where you can dine just a few dozen meters from the beach. 👉 The nightclub is the highlight of the evening, featuring alternating commercial and soft house music in a room with two private boxes on either side of the central dance floor. During the summer, the outdoor music section is very interesting, often featuring a dance troupe. 👉 Overall prices are reasonable, and the area offers plenty of free overnight parking. 👉 The only downside, but certainly not due to the venue, is the surrounding area and the area in front of the building and other venues. This is often crowded with people who aren't particularly inclined to live civilly, detracting from the beauty and livability of the entire Darsena Viareggina. 👉 If you're in the area, I highly recommend spending an evening there.

16/05/2025: The place is super cute, the location is convenient in front of the park for children...but it's expensive unfortunately, and the spritz we ordered were practically water. A space that should be used to the fullest..with quality snacks and music.. For the summer I hope they improve the pet management to enjoy it to the fullest!

10/11/2025: Very good place but they play games with the bill for tourists. I have been in Luka for 1 month and my coffee here has been almost 3 times a week where a coffee and a croissant have cost one 5 euros, one 6 euros, one 4.5 euros and one 2.5 euros. This is not a good thing at all because there is no price on the menu and the moment they see that you are a tourist or not a local they take advantage. Very shameful and very scandalous to do something like that.

14/11/2025: My three stars are intended as constructive criticism. Let's start with the positives: the restaurant's location, directly overlooking the amphitheater square, the quality and quantity of the food are average, and the waitresses are friendly. There's room for improvement: the aforementioned waitresses are unfortunately more focused on soliciting customers from passersby than serving tables. Furthermore, the bathroom door doesn't close properly: someone came in even though I had locked it. The price of €49.50 for two portions of tordelli, 1/2 liter of water, two glasses of wine, one coffee, and one tiramisu is in line with other restaurants in the area, but I think something needs to be improved to avoid being judged as just another tourist restaurant.

13/11/2025: I discovered Lucca, a little place in a characteristic and special setting. The food is good, and the name says it all. Excellent service, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

07/09/2025: Honest gelato. The texture is a bit hollow and granular, but the flavor, though simple, is there. It costs only €2.50.

21/08/2025: The ice cream is good, but the owner is a bit grumpy. I wouldn't go back.

19/10/2025: €2 for a bottle of still water just because it's Forte dei Marmi is incredible for a small bar.

26/08/2025: Attentive service, lovely seats at the bar under oleander trees, and a wide selection of drinks and food. We'd love to come back.

16/11/2025: We went today, despite it being a Sunday in very low season. The fish was incredibly fresh, the fried fish was a work of art. The owners were very kind. The atmosphere was meticulously cared for down to the smallest details.

20/10/2025: I don't have any photos to post but I can assure you that the food was excellent, the portions were just right, the owners were friendly and very kind and the price was also right. The place was beautiful and I will be back.
