07/12/2024: If you are looking for a gastronomic corner near the sea in Caletta di Castiglioncello, you cannot miss Caffè Bistrot, located in Via Aurelia 428 A. The owners, Nicola and Cinzia, are true lovers of cuisine, and it can be felt in every dish they serve. Their dedication is manifested in the attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients. Personally, I often stop for work reasons and every time it is a pleasure to come back. But it's not just a great choice for those who work; it's also a great place for a relaxing weekend dinner. Just 100 meters away is the seafront promenade that leads to Porto Cala de' Medici and the center of Castiglioncello, an excellent opportunity for a nice walk after dinner/ or after lunch. A must to try is the vaporata with prawns, monkfish and steamed vegetables: a dish that combines freshness and flavor impeccably. Furthermore, the wine selection on offer is excellent and complements the dining experience perfectly. And don't forget to leave room for dessert! The house tiramisu is simply divine, a perfect ending to an already fantastic evening. Caffè Bistrot is undoubtedly a restaurant to recommend and a place where the passion for cooking is transformed into a memorable experience. I can't wait to return!

27/09/2024: At over 300m above sea level you can make a wonderful stopover here. Were here at the beginning of October, there wasn't much going on and the service was extremely friendly. Clear recommendation.

Ormai sono anni che veniamo dalla Liguria per assaporare le prelibatezze di Hannibal, ma questa volta abbiamo voluto strafare: siamo partiti con un pullman di 50 persone! Non c'è uno che non sis rimasto entusiasta: le immagini parlano da sole! Non ho altre parole da dire che GRAZIE!SIETE IL NOSTRO PUNTO FERMO. L'eccellenza del vino,della carne, dei salumi e dei formaggi è un qualcosa che non si può spiegare, va provata! C'è una sola avvertenza: CREA DIPENDENZA!

11/10/2024: Siamo partiti dalla Liguria con un pullman da 50 persone per andare a mangiare in questo posto magico. Mangiare da Hannibal è un'esperienza sensoriale . Fiorentine da sogno , spiedi fantastici. Gianluca e i suoi ragazzi sanno come coccolarti e farti passare una giornata fantastica all 'insegna del buon cibo e dell'allegria. 13/04/2025: Per il menù di terra a Livorno c’è solo una garanzia “ la bisteccheria “ . Servizio un po’ lento , ma vale sempre la pena venirci. Tutto buonissimo

06/04/2025: Io e la mia ragazza siamo stati a La Bisteccheria per una cena che si è rivelata semplicemente perfetta. L’ambiente è elegante ma accogliente, il personale gentile e sempre presente senza mai essere invadente. Abbiamo scelto piatti diversi e siamo rimasti entrambi più che soddisfatti. Io ho iniziato con dei pici alla faraona, un piatto ricco e saporito, con un sugo intenso e una carne tenerissima. Poi ho proseguito con una tagliata in salsa tartufata, cotta alla perfezione, succosa e dal sapore deciso: davvero eccellente. La mia ragazza ha scelto un risotto al tartufo come primo, delicato ma profumatissimo, cremoso al punto giusto e con un gusto raffinato che ha colpito subito. Come secondo ha preso un filetto al rosso di Bolgheri, morbidissimo, con una salsa intensa che si sposava perfettamente con la carne. Per concludere in bellezza abbiamo diviso un tiramisù: cremoso, ben bilanciato e davvero delizioso. Un classico eseguito alla perfezione. L’atmosfera era ideale per una serata romantica: luci soffuse, musica discreta e quella sensazione di essere coccolati dall’inizio alla fine. Un’esperienza che ci ha conquistati in tutto e per tutto. Torneremo sicuramente!

14/03/2025: Tout à fait par hasard, nous sommes arrives devant cette patisserie et avons été attirés par un biscuit qui nous faisait de l'œil et très vite le reste de la vitrine nous a donné envie de tout goûter. Puis, nous avons fait la connaissance de Nino, qui est une personne super sympa et généreuse, en plus de régaler nos papilles ! Merci encore, Nino, pour ce bon moment passé dans votre boutique. Vous disiez qu'il n'y avait rien mais c'était déjà grandement assez pour nous. Vos pâtisseries sont délicieuses. Bonne continuation !
