I've tried this sandwich shop several times, and I can confirm that the ingredients are high-quality and the portions are generous. The food is good and not too expensive. The only downside is the bread, which unfortunately isn't always up to par, often being hard or crumbling easily, and sometimes not seeming to be the freshest. It's a shame, because it ruins the sandwich a bit. The service is a bit slow because there's only one person managing both tables and the cash register, but you can sense the team's commitment. With a few small adjustments to the bread and an extra staff member, it could really become a point of reference.
