Ristorante Pizzeria Antica Masseria In Siracusa

They've recently changed management and renovated the place. I went for pizza. The pizzeria is tiny with just a few tables; the larger dining room and the garden are only used for events. The wait was incredibly long, prompting apologies from the waiters at the few tables. The pizza had tons of tomato sauce and a very thick layer of decent-quality mozzarella, but little toppings on top.

A quiet and elegant place...for an evening with family or friends...helpful and polite staff. Excellent pizza.

We found this place using an app, and it was a pleasant surprise. Nice place, friendly and attentive staff, good pizza selection, and average prices. Recommended.

What a shame!... It really wouldn't have taken much! For an unprofessional waiter and an evening like this! Sometimes it really takes very little... a little kindness and politeness... to change an evening! Kudos to the others who, with such simple kindness, did their best to restore the atmosphere of cheerful lightheartedness!
