09/11/2025: Small pizza. I'm still looking for the toppings... We ate an hour and a half after arriving, but that's a detail.... But anyway, thanks for the thought.

02/10/2025: We came after reading a review suggesting we'd find a quiet place for dinner... but it turned out we arrived on the night everyone was out 🤣. The restaurant was very full, from very young to older people, and therefore not very quiet 😉. But the food is delicious: whether it's the fried fish, the seafood spaghetti, or the ravioli with shrimp sauce. We had a great time.

10/07/2025: The food wasn't bad at all, the prices were fair, but the service and cleanliness of the outdoor area were subpar. Takeout is fine, but eating in is a no-go.

23/11/2025: We were allowed to park our caravan on the grounds of Agriturismo Stallaini and stayed for two nights in this beautiful place! The world is still alright here! A paradise on earth! Dinner and breakfast made with homegrown organic ingredients. It doesn't get any better than this! 👌

12/09/2025: Beautiful place, nice nature and building. Very nice family that runs the place. The food was very average. The cooking class was extremely lacking, 50 euros per person which included a short walk in the garden, then making a type of pasta, cooking it and eating with the same menu as dinner the day before. Very lacking. Everything else was great and the staff were wonderful. The price for accommodation was also way too expensive for what was included. If you lower the prices a bit and improve the food it would be 5 stars.

28/08/2025: I went there late at night for an aperitivo on the last night of Saint Lucia's holiday. The bar was completely empty, and they brought me appetizers without even a few appetizers because they said they'd run out. So, if you can't guarantee proper service, close down before you make a better impression. Because in the end, after having pointed this out to the cashier, the owner didn't even dare take a single euro off the bill and charged everything in full. A few weeks earlier, I also tried a toasted almond granita, and it had no almond flavor at all, and they even messed up my order by adding extra pieces. Compared to years ago, in my opinion, they're going further back...

07/09/2025: Good agrotouristico Lemon farm not far from Syracuse. Great pool and really delicious dinner. Breakfast is okay, but limited selection. Some fruit, one type of sausage and cheese each, jam, cookies, and juice. Good location for exploring the area.

06/09/2025: The place is located 20 minutes from Siracusa and is very quiet. The room was not that clean. We also tried the restaurant. Many things on the menu were not available. Overall the quality was good but too expensive for what we had.

09/11/2025: Aziz welcomed you with a smile and kindness. My cousin, who has celiac disease, was able to have lunch safely. Outdoor tables.

18/09/2025: I returned to Aziz after not being there for 15 years, and I remembered it making delicious kebabs, but I was completely disappointed! The kebab flatbread tasted like nothing; there was almost no meat; it seemed like there were breadcrumbs instead. The flatbread was almost empty. The price had gone up. Too disappointed, I didn't like it at all! I'll never go back!

30/10/2025: Absolutely Not Recommended: Disappointing Experience at Onda Blu Isola 👎 I do not recommend Onda Blu Isola and urge others to look elsewhere for a quality dining experience. Our recent visit was unfortunately characterized by poor service, stale food, and ingredients that were clearly past their prime. From the moment we sat down, the experience felt intrusive. The service team was uncomfortably pushy, repeatedly attempting to upsell and pressure us into ordering items we didn't want or ask for. This persistent, aggressive sales tactic made us feel rushed and unwelcome throughout the entire meal. The quality of the food was the most significant issue. When the fresh fish selection was presented, it was visually obvious that the fish was old and not fresh. It lacked the vibrant look you expect from a reputable seafood restaurant, making us immediately hesitant to order. Furthermore, the bread served to our table was noticeably stale—likely from the day before—which is unacceptable for any establishment. Overall, the combination of aggressive service and a clear lack of fresh, quality ingredients made this a very disappointing and wasted evening.

28/10/2025: The food quality was great, definitely the star of the show followed by the lovely views from the table. The staff honestly ruined the overall experience, serving dishes without providing cutlery, pausing half way through an order to make jokes with other staff then getting the order wrong because of this? Amazing. Lastly, the wine selection. No wine list given, no prices mentioned just bottles shown. The wine was good but when you're being charged €230 a bottle for local Italian wine? Our own fault for letting them get away with it really, exploitation at its finest.

31/10/2025: I regret having to write this review because the waiter served us very well, but today my mother and I went for breakfast and when it came time to pay, the man was incredibly rude to us simply for wanting to pay by card. This is the first time this has happened to me in all of Avola, and it's a shame that such a lovely place is ruined by someone who is always in a bad mood and treats customers poorly.
