27/04/2026: Naively, as tourists in Avola, we wanted to give this little-known town some credit, but we were deeply disappointed. Unfortunately, we stumbled upon this local bar that shamelessly mocked us. €18 for two Aperol Spritzes + €3 service charge: a complete rip-off. Very low quality, and you had to pay for bagged chips. Never before. Clearly touristy treatment. Not recommended.

05/03/2026: Hit and miss with this one… cappuccino’s great, food was ok, staff didn’t speak English a lot of English but we made it work. We spent most of our time outside on the terrace.

08/02/2026: The food is very good and the location is splendid but it is closed for holidays until March.

28/06/2026: If you have to take people, explain how it works, they say that Pizzolo horse meat only has cheese and then it's full of onion and tomato and then 4 chips 25€ and then horse meat is not just a name, it's normal meat.

19/06/2026: A friend of mine and I ordered a pizzolo, listing the various ingredients from a list previously made privately. We noticed a flaw in their assortment of sauces, which didn't have the one we requested. We decided to continue anyway. A normal-sized pizzolo cost 22 euros. When we got home, we noticed that lettuce was missing from the ingredients. When we called, they told us it was our mistake for not having mentioned it beforehand (more likely, that we hadn't told them anything). (There were two of us in front of them, testifying that we wanted the pizzolo with lettuce. 😂) So I decided to end the discussion, and once I got to the third slice of the pizzolo, I found myself with a piece of chicken bone. I'm not sure if the photos show the size of this piece. (But for the price, it doesn't even have full edges, huh?) It's flawed in many ways: quantity of ingredients value for money excessive price disregard for the products produced rudeness of the clerk I'm giving it 1 star and not 2 because of the lying clerk; I don't accept disrespect. (I'm adding a note at the end of the review because I forgot to mention that we asked for the Swiss cheese at the bottom to help it melt better; they put it on top, not listening to our request, and in fact, it didn't melt at all.)

01/06/2026: Impeccable service and a truly excellent pizza, topped with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients that make all the difference from the first bite to the last. Super pleasant atmosphere... I'll definitely be back soon! Highly recommended!

10/05/2026: Extremely positive experience. Welcoming place, friendly staff, and a special mention goes to the pizza: Amazing!! Excellent ingredients, carefully selected and of the highest quality. The light, crispy dough is expertly crafted. Highly recommended.

24/05/2026: Very disorganized, but it only makes you nervous when they add a 20% service charge, which, even though it's advertised, makes no sense. I brought my own glasses of wine, but they brought me a puff pastry cut into quarters and didn't even bother to clear the table. It's a shame, because the pastry was good anyway.

01/05/2026: The first time I went there I had a large poke and it was delicious, the second time it was quite disappointing, I'm sorry but I won't come again because the rice is dry and the terayaky sauce is non-existent.

04/02/2026: Terrible pizzeria, an experience to forget. The pizza was inedible: chewy and heavy dough, poor quality ingredients, and completely uneven cooking. It seemed made without any care or expertise. An interminable wait, only to receive a product that was absolutely not worth the price paid. The service was lazy and unprofessional, with staff who seemed annoyed by the customers. I definitely won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

13/05/2026: I visited this kiosk for lunch, and unfortunately, the experience wasn't a positive one. The selection was very limited because most of the items on the menu weren't available. Furthermore, the counter assistant was more busy talking than assisting customers with their orders, paying little attention to service. I also noticed little attention to hygiene, as he prepared the food without gloves. Unfortunately, shortly after lunch, I felt unwell. I hope they can improve both their organization and customer service.

05/06/2026: The rooms were clean but not very comfortable. The bathroom was open plan and I felt uncomfortable while bathing (baka). There were 67 bugs in the room. The food made me have a rash.

31/10/2025: I regret having to write this review because the waiter served us very well, but today my mother and I went for breakfast and when it came time to pay, the man was incredibly rude to us simply for wanting to pay by card. This is the first time this has happened to me in all of Avola, and it's a shame that such a lovely place is ruined by someone who is always in a bad mood and treats customers poorly.
