It is possible to taste the specialties of the Palazzo Acreide area with a touch of professionalism and care of the product that enhances it even more. I absolutely recommend stopping here for a beautiful dinner. The location is also really beautiful and well-kept. We had dinner on an intimate terrace and in the cool of a June evening.

25/04/2025: In a word; awesome !!! In addition to being a super friendly and pleasant place, the owner is adorable, super attentive to her customers and full of humor. But the best are still the dishes, which are incredibly good, served with generosity (we had a full stomach afterward 😀) and of course the value for money is more than present, since the dishes are not too expensive. Clearly, if you go to Syracuse, stop by this little restaurant, it is worth it.

23/06/2025: A top-notch pizzeria located a bit off the beaten track in a side street, but you won't be disappointed.
I was drawn in by the fried calzone. Definitely worth a try, but the regular pizzas aren't disappointing either. The service was very good, but the prices were a bit on the high side, and some beers cost €9. Pizza prices are normal.
You can choose the pizza base, which is really cool.

Chef Ciccio is very friendly and gives only good advice.
The wine is excellent and the appetizers are delicious. The pasta is absolutely delicious, as is the homemade bottarga.
I will happily return.

15/06/2025: Honestly, we live in Sicily and it's one of the best places to eat. At lunch, have a tapas-style meal by ordering several appetizers. The mussel soup, parmiggiana, potato polpette, etc. are incredible!

02/05/2025: I have been to Syracuse several times and I confirm the goodness and quality of this pastry shop compared to others that are more renowned or located in the centre. The take-away packaging of the cannoli is very nice, arriving fresh as if just filled after an 8-hour journey.

12/07/2025: A place with plenty of covered outdoor space. We were served quickly and well. The pizzas are huge and very good. We were four adults, and no one could finish it. Very reasonably priced. It's not a chic or particularly pretty place, but it's authentic and completely local. Recommended if you want to eat very good pizzas, cheap, and in quantity. They also have pasta, mussels, meat, etc.
