19/07/2025: We were at this restaurant yesterday, the second shift, and I don't recommend the fixed fish menu. 1. The appetizer was poor and flavorless. 2. The first courses, mainly the seafood risotto, were watery and in some parts almost tasted plain. 3. The second courses, the fried fish and mussels were good. The calamari with its sauce was COLD and tasteless. I don't know what went on in the kitchen, but I'd heard good things about it. If so, I strongly advise against it.

12/07/2025: U Palangaru, renowned and now famous in Portopalo. One of the busiest restaurants, for sure. The strong points are definitely the atmosphere, which I've always found very relaxing, and the Chef's appetizer: Una Bomba. The only flaw? The overpriced first and second courses. In Portopalo, I still haven't found a restaurant that stands out from the crowd. The usual first courses with cherry tomatoes, pistachios, shrimp, etc. No one ever stands out. I recommend trying something new, the potential is there. The combination menu idea is also nice.

28/05/2025: A very original dining spot. The food's journey is simple: from the display case to the microwave to the table. The food is simple and not bad, but unfortunately, it wasn't microwaved long enough. The service is friendly and fast. The restaurant is very popular with locals, but there are no alternatives, and there are no tourists either. Very reasonably priced

22/04/2025: At Giuseppe and Alessandra you always eat well, whether sitting down for dinner or at Delivery. The higher than average price (food) justifies a service, a choice of raw materials, an attention proportionate to what is proposed. A painstaking and valid alternative to Catania for those who live between Lentini and Carlentini.

20/03/2025: Restaurant run by kids, but with a certain level of menu. Traditional dishes, but also refined ones (e.g. gnocchi with pumpkin cream, clams and black truffle). Good location, even with outdoor space, and fast and friendly service. I only came across it for lunch on weekdays, so I don't know if it's better to book, if in doubt I would. Parking without problems. Advised.

31/05/2025: We stopped at this neighborhood pastry shop several mornings for breakfast or lunch. We tried several pastries, our favorites being the mini-arancines that we received with an Aperol spritz, fresh, hot, and very tasty.

28/05/2025: Always a point of reference for pastry, mouth-watering hot food, whatever you choose. Unfortunately the lady at the cash register ruins everything, she doesn't answer greetings and is rude, I changed bars just for her. The husband is fantastic, the height of education. But the 2 things are not compatible for the business

22/07/2025: Prima di scrivere questa recensione mi sono accertata, cercando tra le altre, che la mia non è stata un’esperienza sporadica. Personale assolutamente scortese e veramente sgradevole. Sono fermamente convinta che se si vuole mantenere un profilo alto, dettato sia dai prezzi che dal luogo, bisogna necessariamente istruire il personale a comportarsi da tale. Esperienza davvero pessima pagata 13 euro per due gelati, che se fosse stato tutto con puntualità e cortesia avrei ripagato nuovamente per quanto sono amante del gelato. Mi dispiace ma per me è un NO.

22/07/2025: Granita al limone e ai gelsi con panna e una brioche. Non ci è piaciuto nulla: la brioche ricorda quelle confezionate, la panna ricorda quella spray, granita ai limone non molto limonosa (nota di merito: poco zucchero) e granita ai gelsi poco saporita e troppo dolce . Tante buone pasticcerie o gelaterie sanno fare di molto meglio a prezzi più bassi

10/07/2025: Street food restaurant, the entire menu is gluten-free, and there are a variety of fried foods to choose from: calamari, shrimp, fried ricotta, vegetables.... The staff are very kind and helpful, and they found us a table for two in less than 5 minutes. Excellent option for gluten-free fried food in the center of Noto.
