06/10/2025: An excellent experience at this traditional restaurant offering an all-you-can-eat menu. I had the pleasure of visiting as a couple. We sat at a table with very comfortable, more secluded sofas (they also have regular chairs). The quality of the food is truly excellent (no physical problems the next day). The dishes are beautiful to look at, prepared in an open kitchen. The interior is charming. A very positive note is the kindness of the owner, always smiling and helpful, as is the dining room staff. I will definitely be back. I paid €33 per person for dinner, including a good Japanese beer. Lunch costs about €20 less. Full marks.
04/10/2025: The sauce tastes like instant soup from a packet. Sushi without wasabi and with cheese cream? Very strange food, Asian in the Italian style, I'd say. Ordering is very complicated, and the portions are very small. The fortune cookies were also expired—I don't recommend this restaurant.

27/11/2025: A truly special lunch at this seafood restaurant where everything was perfect: the food was exceptional, with the freshest ingredients and carefully crafted, tasty, and beautifully presented dishes. From the starters to the main courses, every course was a true delight.
A special thanks to Manuel, our waiter, who made the experience even more enjoyable. Kind, professional, and always attentive, he looked after us courteously and gave us excellent advice on both dishes and wine. His service was impeccable.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves good seafood and a warm, attentive welcome. We'll definitely be back!

06/12/2025: A surefire choice for my stays in Syracuse for fifty years: management changes, but the charm of this hotel remains and even grows. A dip in the pool, an aperitif overlooking the quarries of Syracuse, a break in the room where Winston Churchill stopped to rest after a painting of the quarries, and the magic is renewed: returning here is a ritual for me.
01/12/2025: We fell in love with this Hotel first time we visited. Wonderful old world ambience and full of history conveniently situated close to Ortigia and downtown Siracusa. The staff are amazing and always ready to help!

03/10/2025: We had a wonderful evening. The enoteca is located in a beautiful courtyard just 50 meters from the main street. Besides the—of course—delicious food, we were impressed by the hospitality and warmth of the waiter, which made the evening truly memorable. He knew his craft. The evening will remain unforgettable.

20/09/2025: Passing through Francofonte, we found this quaint trattoria and pizzeria. What can I say? Authentic, homemade food, just like in days gone by, truly delicious, even the warm bread baked in a wood-fired oven. The ladies are friendly, kind, and approachable—a truly pleasant discovery!

23/11/2025: We rented a villa nearby and came here several times to get pizza. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I enjoyed chatting with them in a few words of Italian. You really feel at home here, with delicious food and a warm welcome. Don't drive past—just stop!
16/11/2025: Excellent cozze alla marinara as a starter, very good pizzas with a good, varied selection. Dessert is also highly recommended.
They often offer freshly caught fish as a daily special at a fair price, which was a bit too much for us on this particular day. We'll order it another time.
The staff speaks Italian and also very good English.

14/12/2025: Our usual motorcycle ride with friends and lunch at Agriturismo Monte Criscione, a charming property surrounded by greenery and citrus groves.
Even though they had warned us there was no room, they were very accommodating and managed to accommodate us.
Alessandro gave us a warm welcome, the rustic appetizers were plentiful and delicious, the first course excellent, and the second course very satisfying.
The restaurant was clean, well-kept, and had a genuine atmosphere.
The owner also shared an interesting and touching story of the restaurant.
