08/10/2025: Nice parking lot before you leave for the ferry to Messina. It's a bit dirty, like everywhere in Italy. Nobody tries to keep it clean and maintain cleanliness throughout the country...!!! I saw several young men and women throwing their coffee cups and water bottles under the cars in the parking lot... then they start the cars and leave as if nothing had happened...!!! It's all a matter of Culture and proper upbringing...!!! Nothing personal against you, the Cultural People of Italy...!!! I LOVE Italy...!!! From your Uncle Vanya...!!! 😉😉😉😊😊😊

28/10/2025: Fast and reliable delivery service! For a delivery service, the pizzas were very tasty and offered excellent value for money.
16/08/2025: They gave us a time of 9.15pm, the pizzas arrived cold at 10.15pm, we called 3 times to tell them we were in a hurry, the pizzas still arrived 1 hour late, I don't recommend it.

I went in with my disabled father, who was reprimanded several times for using the women's and disabled restroom, because according to the lady, he should have used the men's restroom. Both bathrooms had no toilet paper or soap.

Unfortunately, the venue appears to be left to its own devices, and the lack of maintenance is evident in every area. Throughout the evening, our rink kept getting blocked, making it impossible to play continuously. The worst part was that, despite the malfunction, the rink wasn't closed but was immediately reassigned to other customers.
The problem also extended to the play area: several machines, such as the basketball court, were broken but had no warning signs. The result was that tokens were literally being "eaten" without being able to play. It's a shame to see a potential meeting place managed with such little attention to maintenance of the facilities and respect for the customer.
06/01/2026: The experience itself was a very pleasant one to share with friends and family, but there are several improvements that could be made. The phone number listed is non-existent even though the place is open, making it impossible to call for information, especially for those coming from nearby towns. Our bowling alley kept getting blocked, so much so that we had to change lanes; however, it was kept open and available for subsequent groups and not closed. The place is not in excellent condition.

17/09/2025: Nice location by the port. We waited quite a while for our drinks, and the Aperols were just okay. We arrived very late, close to closing time, but they still served us. I’d go back for the view and to give them another chance.

25/11/2025: very cold environment, people shouting as a way of doing things that for them is normal, they give change RANDOMLY AND EVEN WITHOUT A RECEIPT, we were planning to eat there but we gave up because of the cold and the noise, which the manager also contributed with his shouting way of speaking. That place is DISGUSTING I have nothing more to say..........
16/06/2025: Mediocre pizza, but there's not much to offer in town. It's just that, and it's not the first time, he's thrown out the prices at random, given the wrong change, and obviously without a receipt.
Bye, Aladdin, this is the last time you'll see me.

23/11/2025: This review is about the shop aboard the Caronte & Tourist ferry that shuttles between Messina and Villa Sangiovanni. Terrible arancini. Cold and flavorless. Undrinkable Aperol Spritz. Yes, I know...I shouldn't have had high expectations considering I was on a ferry, but damn it...you're the gateway to Sicily, you should take advantage of it, and yet, even the staff is one-star. The person who served us looked like they were doing us a favor!
12/11/2025: It's getting worse. Arancini cost €2, and today I discovered they're frozen. Piping hot on the outside, still frozen on the inside. Shame! They're getting more and more expensive, and the quality-price ratio is getting worse. A slice of reheated focaccia that cost €1.70 a few years ago is now €4.00. I left it where it was. Don't let these speculators waste your money on people's travel.

27/07/2025: The place is aesthetically pleasing, but not worth going to. We waited two hours for a pizza and nothing arrived except water.
When we asked for an explanation for the delay, they told us they were very busy.
In the end, at 11:30 PM, we asked for our money back and left since they had asked for payment in advance.

22/09/2025: I was on a trip with my family and we stopped at this place. We wanted something quick, and they offered me a ring of bread topped with tomato and stretched curd. I paid €24 for the bread. When I asked to speak to the owner, you know what he said, "I'm fine. I got a proper receipt, and then I'll charge you for cutting the bread."
Shameful, I'm speechless.

01/09/2025: I went in to get something to eat at 12pm and the counter was empty; just 1 arancini and a couple of rustici; when I asked if that was all there was or if something was supposed to come out, I was given a rather arrogant answer, as if I wanted to expect who knows what. Honestly, I had high expectations... Too bad.
21/08/2025: It's certainly an excellent service for those with gluten and lactose intolerance. However, the lack of courtesy, welcome, and friendliness from the counter staff makes the service mediocre and certainly doesn't reflect the sunny and welcoming nature of Sicilians.

03/12/2025: I ordered a takeout pizza, 30 minute wait, I had asked for a 4 Seasons, I get home and find myself with a Capricciosa. The pizza chef is not up to par, never again, if I had gone for a pizza by the slice maybe it would have been better and tastier.
