Finding a place entirely dedicated to gluten-free that doesn't make you miss traditional products is rare, but this place manages it perfectly. A special mention goes to the staff. They are incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommended 🔝🔝

Yesterday I bought some olive bread and some sun-dried tomato bread, then an arancini, a pidone, and some focaccia. I also wanted to try some cones and some sweets. Believe me, it was all really, really good. For me, who am gluten and lactose intolerant, it's heaven. The prices are also fair and even lower than other places. Absolutely approved.

Friendly and smiling staff, a clean environment, and a wide selection.
The bread they make is delicious: it's light and salty just right, and, freshly baked, has a delicious, crispy crust.
The biscuits are equally good, as are the small pastries and rustici.
I find the prices to be fair, offering excellent value for money.

Simply put... simply wonderful!!! The owner and staff are incredibly kind. I recommend them to anyone who wants to try gluten-free products. They're high-quality, carefully crafted products, practically equal if not better than regular products. We'll definitely be new customers! We'll happily travel for an hour ❤️
