01/10/2025: Really nice. Tonight my husband and I tried this place for the first time. The staff were great, kind, and friendly. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable. The food was good and tasty. We'll definitely be back. 🤗

27/09/2025: Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted unwelcome by a lady who, when we requested a table we'd previously reserved over the phone, exclaimed, "I don't have a table, wait there!" (all in Sicilian). Once we secured a table, the quality of service improved. We ordered a simple mixed fried dish and the traditional focaccia, which was very good. One downside was the large number of animals, given that we were sitting in the outdoor area.

12/09/2025: Its strength, its quality, lies in having left everything intact over the years. You can be sure of what you're looking for when you decide to enjoy excellent Messina focaccia or something else from the varied and tasty menu dedicated to customers.

14/11/2025: Typical Sicilian delicacies, fantastico! What luck – we discovered this restaurant on our way back from the Taormina Gardens. The staff doesn't need to lure you in with any strange offers; you can tell right from the outside: this is the place! The selection of bruschetta is incredible, and thankfully we were warned: the portions are very generous. Delicious, affordable, and a very pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended!

30/08/2025: We called the day before to have their renowned rabbit prepared, and the next day at lunch we were graciously welcomed by the owner, who, thanks also to our exclusive presence in the entire restaurant, pampered us with excellent house red wine and a typical Aeolian salad. The location offers a terrace overlooking Salina, and the final price was absolutely in line with the island, but fair considering what we were fortunate enough to eat.

19/08/2025: Starting with the queen of Messina, her majesty the traditional Messina focaccia, and the king, the orange with ragù, I've tried everything from pasta dishes to rustici. The quality is excellent, the products are incredibly tasty, and they're prepared by highly trained and friendly staff. I've often had friends and family try the various products, and they've always had the same opinions as me. I've also tried other rotisserie shops and bakeries in the area, but none are as good as "Rosticceria Armaleo." And if anyone says otherwise, we'll all accept it. The world is beautiful because it's varied, and there are always people who nitpick... Congratulations to the entire staff at "Rosticceria Armaleo" and to the super-friendly owner. Keep up the good work...

15/11/2025: I had lunch at this sushi restaurant and the experience was impeccable. The dishes were carefully prepared and truly delicious, presented with great attention to detail. The staff is extremely courteous and professional, always available without ever being intrusive. 23/10/2025: Went here for lunch on a weekday, the place was practically empty as it is a part of a 5 star hotel. The outdoor dining terrace is bang on the beach with the beautiful mazzaro cove in full sight. The service levels were very high and they do charge a 15 percent service charge for the same. The food we ordered was routine fare like tuna tartare, a vegetarian pizza and pasta norma. Everything was as it should be, but nothing stood out as exceptional. Would recommend the place for a lazy lunch while visiting isolabella.

16/10/2025: We went as a group for a birthday. I chose the restaurant. We were all impressed by the charming setting and the impeccable service, with waiters who spoke French. But when the food arrived, we were all disappointed. Given the exorbitant prices, I felt really uncomfortable. Go there if you want to enjoy a pleasant setting and good service, but if you want to eat well, don't go. The dishes really lack flavor—you wouldn't think you were in Italy, which is a shame.

22/09/2025: The food was once again perfect and delicious. We sat there with 12 people and enjoyed a variety of hot and cold starters, various white wines, and main courses. Everything was excellent! Always a delight! Grazie mille! ❤️

07/08/2025: Prices aren't sky-high, as has become commonplace in Messina and other cities. The quality hasn't suffered at all; in fact, it's consistently high. The location is very interesting and charming. The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is clean!

01/09/2025: Terrible waitress, with "go somewhere else" written all over her face for the customers, arrogance in cleaning the tables and contempt for the customers I don't know if for some customers or for all. I wanted to tell the young lady, that if she bothers serving customers it would be appropriate to consider a change of job, and above all in any job learn to say good morning.

31/08/2025: When we booked, we weren't told that the evening was a fixed menu, with no options. The menu included appetizer samples and pasta with anchovies and toasted bread. It took them over an hour and a half to serve the various appetizers. Finally, they brought the pasta, but there wasn't a hint of anchovies. All this for €25.00 per person, without drinks. My advice: skip it.
