21/02/2026: Casaramona is one of those places in Messina where you immediately feel at ease. The staff is incredibly kind, always smiling and quick: they welcome you with a courtesy that truly makes a difference. The hot coffee is excellent—creamy, aromatic, and served at the perfect temperature. But their iced coffee deserves a special mention: balanced, fresh, never watered down… simply one of the best in the city. An ideal place for a pleasant break, a quick breakfast, or a moment of relaxation. Highly recommended.

17/12/2025: My review and complaint about this bar/cocktail bar/small restaurant isn't so much about the food or the prices, which are still of decent quality, and at least when I've purchased something to eat, it's always been fairly fresh that day. Rather, I'm complaining about the service, since in addition to having to attract the staff's attention to be served, I found myself in quite a predicament when, after ordering and consuming two croissants with berry jam and an espresso on the spot, I approached the cashier to pay, politely asking for the bill. I was told verbally that the whole thing was €5, but once I asked to use a card to pay for everything, the price on the receipt changed to €5.10. Obviously, it wasn't the €10 that bothered me, but rather the cashier's presumptuousness in not showing me the POS screen during the transaction and adding a surcharge simply for choosing to pay by card. I find this kind of behavior truly ridiculous and unprofessional, perhaps because I'm young. I'm sorry, but I won't go back to people who don't respect the ability to use a service like POS payment, which is NORMAL and COMMON in all places where food is served.

07/01/2026: Poor quality food. Salad was mediocre. The pizza crust seemed prepared ahead of time, not freshly baked. Felt sick after eating here. Threw leftovers in the garbage. Not worth the high prices.

15/12/2025: Excellent restaurant. We were the first guests at lunchtime. The waiter was very friendly, unobtrusive yet attentive. The antipasti, pizza, and pasta were very good, and the fritto mist and mixed salad were fresh. A bit pricey, but worth it.

17/01/2026: I tried the pizzas of the great Professional/Champion: Carmelo Guarnera and was truly blown away by the exceptional quality. He's a great person and a true connoisseur of the ingredients, and you can tell from the first bite. As a Food & Beverage Expert, I can vouch for and recommend him 100%, and I'll definitely be back soon.

28/09/2025: Recommended by a friend, I went there with my wife in early June. The place is cute, the staff are friendly, and the cuisine is traditional Sicilian. The portions are generous and the quality is top-notch. In short, the owners really care about the restaurant's reputation. Highly recommended, excellent value for money. In short, if you're in the area, stop by. It's worth it.

28/09/2025: Family run and sweet staff… definitely an unhurried vibe which we didn’t mind! The pasta with baked ricotta was soooo yummy as were the grilled vegetables. Tasted like going to a friend’s family house for dinner!

02/12/2025: I wanted to try it more than once to see if it was an isolated incident. The tomato on the focaccia was completely sour (happened several times) and there was almost no mozzarella/cheese (just a hint). Plus, the place was cold. It's a shame because the place is nice, but under these conditions, we won't be coming back.

27/09/2025: Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted unwelcome by a lady who, when we requested a table we'd previously reserved over the phone, exclaimed, "I don't have a table, wait there!" (all in Sicilian). Once we secured a table, the quality of service improved. We ordered a simple mixed fried dish and the traditional focaccia, which was very good. One downside was the large number of animals, given that we were sitting in the outdoor area.

29/11/2025: Excellent quality roast chicken, generous amounts of fried food. Very friendly staff. The place needs a makeover to reflect the quality of the products and the friendliness of the staff. I discovered it by chance and always love returning.

21/08/2025: Today I bought some cooked ham at the Villaggio San Agata store in Messina. When I got home, I noticed that it was green around the edges.

24/07/2025: The staff is knowledgeable and always available to help. The butcher shop is absolutely top-notch. Everything was delicious. My guests were very happy. The manager, I think, is called Salvatore, exceptional. The manager Nazareno is commendable. He's always ready to help and very kind. I'd also add that Carmelo, the butcher shop, is excellent, very helpful, and very polite.

11/08/2025: Historic bar with excellent value. The building is a bit dated. Friendly staff.

15/12/2025: The agriturismo is very nice, with a welcoming, hospital-like atmosphere. I'm not sure about the rooms. The food is decent; we found the appetizers and first course better than the meat, and the sausage was really salty. You could also come in a camper, but I don't recommend it due to the steep road and the very limited parking space. They can organize very interesting excursions.

25/11/2025: We were here yesterday, and as a restaurant owner, I can assure you that we ate well and were served like a family. We'll be back and recommend it to friends and family alike.
