08/08/2024: Nice hôtel, very well placed. Nice bar, nice pool, and rooms super cozy! Very closed tò the best Vulcano's beach. But, over all, let's thanks the waiters! All very nice, professional and kind: It really makes the difference! A special thanks to the south american guy, Antony if recall, that was really joyfull and kind! It was and amazing experience!

07/08/2024: Organizing and managing such a large structure is certainly not easy but you can't invent hoteliers. Upon arrival we were assigned rooms already occupied by other people. The pool is practically without controllers, even if the lifeguard tries every now and then. I ignore the fact that someone stole my Hawaiianas but there is a gate that allows passage from the beach to the pool absolutely unattended. So much so that a young Indian wearing bracelets and necklaces entered the "resort" and walked around undisturbed among the deckchairs to sell the objects he offered to customers inside the structure. Cleaning is without time and without organization. At 2.30pm on an August afternoon, after we left the room at 10am to allow the person who was tidying up along that corridor to have free access, after the lady had already come by at 2pm and with us inside she only managed to freshen up the bathroom, another employee entered the room with the service keys... without knocking. This means that there is no "calendar" or summary sheet of the cleaning round. I believe at this point the management that should coordinate and control the services is missing. It's a shame because the structure has great potential. I'll try again...at the next change of management. Aaa...I forgot the gem. The room is for disabled people. Very appreciable....but there is no telephone to communicate with the reception. I had to look up the number on Google and call from my cell phone.

24/08/2024: Pranzo disgustoso. Spaghetti con brodo di menta e telline invece degli spaghetti con vongole ordinati. Frittura di paranza con pesce secco e rifritto. Involtini di pescespada piccoli, sottili,con tanto aglio e pepe nero. Pane raffermo. Cameriera molto gentile

27/08/2024: Location bellissima e molto curata. Cibo pazzesco, abbiamo preso tris di tartare, ravioli di mozzarella e gran piatto di astice (veramente buono). Cortesia del personale super piacevole e sempre sorridente. Prezzi un po’ elevanti ma in linea con la qualità e con la vita di Panarea. Consigliatissimo.

25/08/2024: Indubbiamente locale molto curato per alcuni versi sembra di stare più in Costiera Amalfitana che a Panarea. Tavola molto bella ma la terrazza è poco arieggiata. Si sopperisce con degli spruzzi nebulizzatori che alleviano il caldo e l’umidità. Servizio veloce ed attento. Piatti ben presentati ma i primi sono un po’ troppo pieni di creme spesso non si distinguono i sapori e gli gnocchi, ad esempio, si incollavano troppo al palato. Dentice troppo cotto ed asciutto e lo stesso per la caponata che lo accompagnava. Frittura ben fatta. Sui dolci mi soffermo solo sul cannolo che, ripeto, era presentato benissimo ma sul sapore non ci siamo, ovviamente parere personale. Sul costo non dico nulla si è pur sempre a Panarea ad Agosto e con evidente sforzo ed attenzione per il cliente.

31/08/2023: Location in an excellent position. Delicious but overpriced ice cream and granitas (ice cream €2.50, granita with brioche €3.50). Good rustic but a little small; Arancino tastes good but the mortadella is not visible. Traditional python, the dough is good but over the summer the seasoning was scarce and it was reduced a bit, the ham and cheese one is too small and lacks seasoning. Good focaccia. The staff appear to be kind, courteous and helpful, others less so. It's absurd in August not to be able to accept takeaway orders for the evening in the early afternoon, giving as the reason that they no longer have anything available because everything is already booked. The evenings of music are pleasant. Too bad it closed forever a few days ago. The Ritrovo Grillo will be greatly missed in Rodia 😭 and above all the smile and kindness of Mrs. Laura, her daughters, Mrs. Fiorella and Mr. will be missed. Santino, the ice cream maker😢.

19/08/2023: La peggiore granita al caffè di sempre. Ho ordinato una granita al caffè con panna ed ho avuto un caffè freddo shakerato annacquato servito con un po’ di panna, che la signora nn è riuscita a mettere senza spandere il caffè ovunque perché era troppo liquida. La granita nel pozzetto era praticamente finita e ha deciso di tirare su tutto il fondo. per le granite che ha servito successivamente ha tirato fuori un altro contenitore di granita ben ghiacciato. Tremenda e Inguardabile.

16/08/2024: A place to absolutely avoid, the penne da Matteo is especially not recommended, the pasta was completely overcooked, without salt, and the combination of cream and sauce was really bad, it tasted horrible. The penne with salmon and the risotto alla pescatora are also highly recommended. Staff a little rude, plus they forgot to make a course. Only the appetizers and the bill could be saved. Probably having realized the damage, they made a significant cut in the price. If you don't want to ruin your evening, look elsewhere.

16/08/2024: Service where is very bad: we ordered Appetisers and main courses and they came together, consequently we ate cold Appetisers and cold pasta. The place isn't bad because it's just in front of a nice beach but food isn't that much. Overall it wasn't a positive experience.

16/08/2024: I had the "pleasure" of being served by the owners of this kiosk. I had already been to this place two years ago and the experience wasn't the best but I still wanted to give it a second chance. Unfortunately, both times, I found great rudeness and discourtesy on the part of the staff present... what can I say, a real OASIS OF VASTASI.

01/08/2024: Very bad experience. I highly recommend the owner to change jobs! This morning I asked if they had soy milk and he replied in a rather rude manner. We are in 2024, update yourself!

31/05/2024: Antipasto di mare non fresco sia di gusto che di odore, ordinata anche una pizza col prosciutto per la bimba, il prosciutto immaginabile e sgradevole, non ho fatto casino perché era una ricorrenza, anche se me ne sono pentito non tanto per noi adulti ma per il prosciutto ricevuto per la bimba a tre anni. Da evitare..... Cmq ci sono stato il 30 maggio alle ore 20.0 giusto per non nascondermi e dare un idea di chi sono...

13/08/2024: Siamo stati a lido....lido tutto sommato accettabile...la cosa grave e stata che un soggetto dipendente/gestore non ho capito bene il ruolo ha iniziato a bestemmiare in bruttissimo modo in presenza di bambini e adulti. Abbiamo fatto notare la cosa ai gestori e ci hanno risposto che non potevano farci nulla...anzi siamo stati mandati a quel paese. Complimenti.... davero molto educati.

09/08/2024: Vraiment très sympa! Une équipe au service excellente! Super agréable ce qui est rare dans les restaurants de bord de mer! Les plats sont exquis, frais et copieux! Les prix sont convenables vu les quantités et la localisation. Nous y sommes allés deux déjeuners de suite. Vraiment très bons! Rien à dire!

13/04/2024: Il pane è buonissimo il cibo anche,la Signora e una delle figlie squisite mi disturba soltanto la figlia dai capelli rossi e ricci che molte volte ho ritenuto inopportuna con domande anche personali fuori luogo...bisognerebbe frenarla un pochino dinanzi la clientela che mantiene un certo riserbo ,anche se per noi diventa cabaret gratuito .😆
