24/05/2025: una novità interessante. pepe rosa si è rinnovato e questo rinnovamento avviene per la pregiatissima mano di un talentuoso ragazzo Giuseppe Crimi, di cui sentiremo parlare ! in una cornice Meritevole che è il marina di capo d’orlando, posto magico, pepe rosa e’ un ristorante eccellente! superiore alla media della zona, con degli spunti e degli “azzardi” memorabili… provate il gelato gusto caponata e gli spaghetti rossi con alchermes… Merita una menzione la gestione della sala grazie all’inappuntabile Andrea, e una cantina straordinaria, grazie alla supervisione del patron Giuseppe! bravi ragazzi! continuate così!

11/05/2025: I'm really sorry that I can't give a higher rating, but there were some flaws, certainly unintentional, that somewhat characterized the lunch spent at Demetra! First of all, it must be said that the place is very large, welcoming and during the summer it also offers outdoor spaces! The negative aspect is the difficulty of parking nearby! The staff was also very kind and helpful and I am sure that there will be no shortage of opportunities to return (perhaps to try some of the wonderful meats on display) and review this opinion positively! As for the sore points, unfortunately there were some misunderstandings with the service and in the kitchen: the starters were served quickly and, especially the caponata, they turned out very good! On the first courses (which were then the main course), however, there must have been some problems, because they took a long time to come out and what's more, one was asked to be well cooked and was served to the limits of chewiness, so much so that it was left almost whole, while in another the pasta arrived overcooked (a shame because the ragù wasn't bad)! It was also asked if it was possible to prepare a chicken cutlet for a child, but it was admitted that the order had been completely forgotten and had to be asked again! In other areas it would seem postponed to September, but I hope to return earlier and have confirmation that it was just an isolated episode!

07/04/2025: C'était l'un des rares restaurants ouverts un lundi midi début avril et nous ne l'avons pas regretté. La pizza Parma était délicieuse et bien garnie. Puis sur les conseils de l'adorable serveur nous avons choisi l'excellent tiramisu.

14/04/2025: Una rápida parada de bebida después de un día ajetreado de compras. El entorno era agradable, el tiempo era perfecto y aparte de algunos asientos mixtos (algunos confortables, otros no) era un gran lugar para parar. Los cócteles eran agradables y grandes, ofrecían una gran variedad. La comida se veía bien, pero no estábamos comiendo y la mayoría de las mesas no eran lo que consideraríamos comida de comida adecuada, más bocadillos y mordiscos.

04/10/2024: Spectacular point with breathtaking views, also reachable on foot from the port of Panarea, via a flat road that winds between the wonderful typical Aeolian white houses, covered in bougainvillea, ficus and prickly pears. The climb to the Milazzo tip allows you to enjoy from above the panorama of the nearby islands. Directly on the right and left of the tip are the beautiful dark beaches of Cala Junco and Cala Zimmari.

15/09/2024: Aperitivo con l’equipaggio della barca.. circa 12 persone. Locale con vista ok ma le sedute sono estremamente scomode (la metà era su un muretto dove non erano nemmeno forniti cuscini decorativi da usare). Ogni drink costa 20€, un po’ troppo. NEMMENO A CORTINA O A CORVARA IN BADIA! Dopo aver ordinato una dozzina di drink si sono presentati con due vassoi in croce con pietanze tutto sommato ok ma veramente scarse in termini di quantità. Rappresentata la questione, con immensa scortesia, ci hanno detto che la cucina stava chiudendo e che non c’era altro. Significava forse che ci stavano dando gli avanzi?? Boh! Ad ogni modo lo skipper è intervenuto parlando con un manager di sua conoscenza e voilà… sono arrivati altri vassoi! Infine non mi è parso che i wc fossero accessibili ai disabili in primis perchè dalla terrazza si devono scendere due piani di scale e poi non ho notato nè ascensori nè ringhiere attrezzate per favorire la discesa dei disabili.

09/06/2025: Great food and a wonderful atmosphere! We had pasta, ragù, and calamari – everything was delicious, just like at Grandma's house. The price is also great, as it's really affordable. We highly recommend it! :)

27/04/2025: There is no doubt that in this typical trattoria surrounded by nature, authenticity and goodness are the real strong point. Flavors and aromas of the past: as already mentioned by other reviewers, everything is produced on site and even the farms are owned. Met Mr. Gino who is the owner, a person who goes out of his way for customers... and so far nothing to complain about; the problem is the organization and the service, the owner instead of being at the cash register you find him acting as head waiter, waiter, he has the habit of shouting and obviously running... for goodness sake, to some all this might even seem "characteristic" and that one should pay attention to concreteness rather than form, but the problem is that in reality all this inevitably leads to errors, also because the rest of the dining room staff is equally improvised and careless. I highly recommend improving this aspect, slowing down the pace, adding menus, taking orders on slips of paper, widening the possibility of choosing dishes rather than proposing an almost identical gastronomic journey for everyone, having qualified staff work (better 3 referenced waiters than 10 improvised ones), and not giving the impression of rushing the customer too. Finally, the location: the external appearance should be renovated which is more reminiscent of a bathing establishment than a rustic farmhouse, the interiors are excellent, the rooms and tables are clean as are the toilets.

01/06/2025: Not recommended! Leaving aside the miserable portions, when it came time to pay, not only did they not issue a receipt, not providing the specifics of how much was consumed, but the bill was wrong by a good €6 more on the total!

24/02/2025: Buono Trovato per caso grazie ad un passante a Milazzo al quale ho chiesto dove si potesse mangiare Paghi 43 euro e mangi un menù di pesce discreto ... Ovviamente nn si può pretendere niente di più a questo prezzo ... Ci ritornerò

04/01/2025: Fort Apache per noi è una garanzia. Ci torniamo ogni anno durante la nostra permanenza in Sicilia. Stavolta abbiamo preso il menù di pesce con antipasti e primi. Porzioni abbondanti e rapporto qualità/prezzo insuperabile.
