I return to this restaurant after 2 years without knowing that in the meantime it has changed its name and management, also deceived by the fact that on Maps there is still the name of the old tavern, that is, "Osteria del Vicolo". Bad experience and worse "quality"/price ratio! There were half of the things marked on the menu; halfway through lunch the waitress informed me that another course had finished.....a disaster. Not to mention the huge amount of onions used to garnish the dishes. The only positive note was the ALGIDA sorbet! Too bad, we ate very well before.... Change the name on Maps and while you're at it, also the sign outside the alley that reads: "FRESH fish every day" not even in Fiumicino!

23/01/2025: Sono stata oggi per prendere dopo pranzo mezzo cono. Il cameriere mi ha detto: Qui non vendiamo mezzo cono ma può chiedere alla cassiera. La cassiera ha visto la scena ma stava parlando con un altro Signore per affari suoi e ha fatto finta di niente. Io ho detto semplicemente: Andrò altrove a prendere mezzo cono! E così ho fatto! Ma questo bar dove andavo da bambina con la mia famiglia e i miei amici. Non mi Vedrà più!

15/12/2024: Excellent..exquisite food..original and genuine appetizer..the first fresh pasta with sauce..from Nebrodi black pork...the second a grilled mutton and pork chops...with an authentic flavor cooked to perfection.. absolute tranquility, congratulations for your kindness..and availability....to be returned

02/10/2024: the linguine with fresh porcini mushrooms was good but unfortunately salty, the meat was excellent, both in quality and quantity, but there was little variety. Service more like a tavern than a restaurant, a very familiar and informal environment. Pleasant red wine, delicious sautéed chicory. I'll probably come back to try the black pork ragout, hoping this time the linguine isn't too salty...

23/09/2024: During my lunch break at work, I had the opportunity to eat a plate of octopus accompanied by a good glass of red wine, the fish was soft and had a good taste, the price is average for the area, slightly high given the portion which is not exactly abundant. Recommended place.

09/09/2024: In the center of Oliveri, this pizza restaurant was an excellent solution for eating a pizza. We sat down and ordered the pizzas which arrived shortly after. The pizzas were good, normal. The staff were courteous, helpful and professional. It is definitely a place I would recommend and will return to if I am in the area.

26/09/2024: Cuidado, la simpática señora te dice que es genial el pescado fresco a la parrilla. 50 euros por un pescado a la parrilla para una persona que habría sido 15 euros en cualquier otro lugar. Nunca más.

07/09/2024: Siamo stati in questo ristorante prima di ripartire, quindi un pranzo veloce. Nonostante la zona sia molto turistica (spiaggia di isola bella) siamo rimasti soddisfatti sia per la qualità che per il servizio. Da tornarci con più calma per assaggiare di più

02/10/2024: New management from 2024. Aperitivo unfortunately worse. It took a long time until we were served. Old review: First choice for aperitivo in Malfa! Nice places, nice service, great food. There is also ice cream, coffee, pastries and various savory snacks. For dinner there is a delicious selection of local specialties, all cooked deliciously! Be sure to leave room for one of the desserts! There is also Panne Cunzato (Panarea is my favorite), just order a half (mezzo) if you're not really hungry. Fairly priced, there are certainly cheaper and more expensive restaurants in Malfa.

24/02/2025: Abbiamo chiamato la scorsa estate su un numero di cellulare per prenotare e Maurizio ci dice che ha cambiato locale, quando arriviamo il personale ci dice che si Maurizio e li ma è un cameriere e che il suo locale è stato chiuso nel 2023. Capisco che sia difficile chiudere un attività dopo tanti anni ma non capisco perché comportarsi in maniera così scorretta. La Forgia non esiste più.

24/02/2025: Hi, as I noticed, season 2024, I'm going to the Vulcano Island on July 13th, calling the Forgia restaurant, telling me that the business would be ready. Chex, hosting me instead, the owner tells me after taking the phone call that the Forgia had moved, but in reality it wasn't like that. He hosted me in another place, calling himself a joke for the customers. Greetings.
