Today we had the opportunity to eat at Da Francesco. The food was excellent, the service was great. The dishes looked just like the photos. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Lipari. Lovely harbour restaurant. Best pizza we had on the island. Chef owner recommended a delicious dessert. No photos as all in tummy. V satisfied.

We visited Francesco's twice on Lipari during our vacation, and every evening was a confirmation! Fresh, perfectly cooked fish: both the fish of the day and the grilled fish are absolutely delicious. An extra point for the kindness and attentiveness of the staff, especially for those, like me, with gluten-free preferences. Instead of bread, they served me a specially made focaccia with olive oil and oregano, which was truly delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone with celiac disease! They also make gluten-free pizza, but I haven't tried it.

We stopped for a first course. We asked in advance if they had Nassa shrimp, and they said yes. We ordered spaghetti with Nassa shrimp. It was average, but after looking into it, we realized it wasn't Nassa shrimp.

20/08/2025: I always come here for focaccia. The focaccia is very good, and the staff is kind and friendly. It's a shame the place isn't the best looking. Overall, it's good, I recommend it, and I'll be back.
17/08/2025: The focaccia was good, but it would have been better if it were hotter. The wait was long, so it's best to order the focaccia. The pitone, which just came out, was very good.
