26/09/2025: September 12, 2025, will forever be etched in our hearts as the most beautiful day of our lives... and we also owe all of this to Castello Pensabene, which gave us a magical and unforgettable experience. Our outdoor ceremony, under a fairytale starry sky, was enchanting. Every detail was taken care of with love and professionalism, creating a romantic and timeless atmosphere. The staff was simply exceptional: friendly, attentive, always present but never intrusive. The food exceeded every expectation—everyone showered us with compliments! A huge thank you goes to Dario and Alessandro, two extraordinary people who accompanied us with rare dedication. Their precision, availability, and kindness were essential to making everything we dreamed of come true. Without them, nothing would have been so perfect. We wanted to add a personal touch by making the wedding cake ourselves, which was greeted with enthusiasm and so much affection. And to conclude the evening, stratospheric fireworks lit up the sky and our hearts. Castello Pensabene is more than just a wonderful location: it's a place where you feel welcomed, listened to, and pampered. 17/09/2025: We found this pizzeria practically by accident while we were on our way somewhere else. It was a Thursday evening, completely deserted, but we were in a hurry and went in. The pizza and sangria were really good. The sangria was better than the ones we drank last year in both Barcelona and Valencia. Honestly, we were surprised there was no one there; back in Veneto, it would always be crowded. What can I say? Move to our place, you won't regret it; stop trying to make ends meet in Messina.

20/07/2025: Unfortunately, our experience wasn't the best. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff was courteous, but the food didn't quite meet our expectations. We struggled to swallow the Mexican dish, and the next day... let's just say our stomachs definitely had something to complain about. It's a shame, we expected better. We hope for a future improvement.

06/11/2025: Simply excellent. Nine of us went to La Pergola for lunch, and everyone was extremely satisfied. We opted for the house menu, which includes a generous mixed appetizer, two first courses, and a mixed grill, including drinks. The quality of the food is very high, and everything is fresh and authentic; you can tell it's prepared with love and care. We'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it.

14/10/2025: The arancini and vegetable croquettes were delicious. I went twice, with two different locals, so that shows how good it is!

23/08/2025: Historic bar in Barcelona. Coffee and cream granita and very good brioche.

31/10/2025: Went for a cappuccino and a pistachio cornetto. They didn't have any ready, so they made one on the spot - but it wasn't really pistachio. It was just cream with a hint of pistachio flavor. When I mentioned it, the staff first insisted it was pistachio and then said it was pistachio cream. The quality wasn't great, and the prices were quite high for what they offered.

30/10/2025: We started the day there at 4 in the morning and loved it, friendly service, although sometimes we had to ask for 1-1 orders again because there is traffic. They mainly have sweet baked goods and confectionery products, there are much fewer salty products

30/06/2025: I have been going to Palestra Palamodè for 3 years and I really like it! Clean structure, modern equipment and always available and competent staff. Motivating environment and well-organized courses. I recommend it to those looking for seriousness and results!

09/11/2025: Excellent bread, often bought warm with a little salt, pepper, and oil... The Messina focaccia is excellent, like all the other super-delicious baked goods.

31/10/2025: What a fantastic cozy local spot with a real Italian vibe. The bread and pastries are top quality and the prices are super fair. The gentleman behind the counter was so friendly and welcoming. We tried the arancini, and the salty grissini were so good we just had to come back for more! Don’t miss this small treasure.

31/10/2025: This restaurant was really good a few years ago, which is why I came back. Unfortunately, the food was extremely bad; it has nothing to do with the food it used to be. We've been to many restaurants, but this is by far the worst one for miles around. The dishes looked very unappetizing and were tasteless. The wine was terrible. The man who served us initially was very rude and clearly hated his job. He slammed the water and the empty bottles of oil and vinegar down on the table. The woman who served us afterward, however, was very nice. I would never go to this restaurant again. It's also ridiculously overpriced now. Stay away from this place. Unfortunately, it was all very disappointing!

30/10/2025: Four of us ate there. Steak, grilled prawns in cognac, vegetables, potatoes, and pasta. A complete disaster. Because the restaurant is always full, you'd think it must be good. Beware!!! Tourist trap!!!

30/10/2025: The home-made food was excellent, but the portions weren't very generous. The road to get there wasn't the best, and the location was very basic. There were three of us, not two.

19/07/2025: An experience never to be repeated! I bought some very tough chicken, and after cooking it, it shrank to half its size. This means they're full of hormones. Then, not satisfied, I bought some beef steaks that cost almost €30 per kg, and after opening them, they smelled rotten. I thought it must have been a coincidence and bought another super steak again, and no such problem. I'm in need of a check by the NAS! Never again!
