11/11/2025: Good morning, yesterday I bought 6 arancini from you to take away and cook at home. I had asked for special packaging because I was on a plane, so I didn't want them to get squashed. They were sealed in two paper trays, and when I got home I found an arancini omelette. Aside from the 24 euros I spent, I was disappointed not to be able to eat them...

06/11/2025: The service was super friendly. The staff was very professional. The food… lacked flavor, the arancini were bland, and I ran out of spices, even though I tried three flavors. That's the only reason I'm lowering my rating.

29/10/2025: We tried the baked and fried pitoni with escarole, and they were very good. The arancini with ragù and crispy breadcrumbs were also very good. I don't recommend the pizza; the dough is too hard/crunchy.

07/10/2025: Over an hour's wait for rustici, which are notoriously supposed to be prepared quickly. The arancino was good, but the pidoni were more like panzerotto.

25/07/2025: A delightful surprise, a romantic location, truly delicious and expertly prepared food, and a qualified and friendly staff. A truly enchanting dinner!

22/07/2025: Great setting. Terrible service. Food was edible but far from good. There was a bee in the food and they tried to charge us double for things that were never serve. To be avoided.

28/10/2025: Extremely unpleasant welcome, which could have been tolerated if at least the food had been good, but not even that. Zero!

09/10/2025: Spadafora's historic pastry shop and café remains one of the area's most well-known and popular, despite the passing of the years. The pastries are high-quality, but the ice cream and granitas really stand out.

09/09/2025: We called by chance looking for a chocolate cake for my daughter's birthday. We went to the café and the very helpful lady made us a cake to order, which we picked up a few hours later. The cake was delicious and my daughter was very happy. Thank you.

02/08/2025: Really great location, prices too high and service practically non-existent, half an hour after we had ordered they brought us water and half an hour later they brought us the other things.

06/11/2025: Simply excellent. Nine of us went to La Pergola for lunch, and everyone was extremely satisfied. We opted for the house menu, which includes a generous mixed appetizer, two first courses, and a mixed grill, including drinks. The quality of the food is very high, and everything is fresh and authentic; you can tell it's prepared with love and care. We'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it.

14/10/2025: The arancini and vegetable croquettes were delicious. I went twice, with two different locals, so that shows how good it is!

11/11/2025: The restaurant is run by an Italian and a Polish woman (both serving customers). The menu is in Polish. It's tucked away in a quiet area. It's quiet and peaceful. Plenty of tables. The food is delicious, just like in Italy. I highly recommend it.

10/11/2025: The ambiance is wonderful, located in a dreamy area, very close to the Greek Theatre of Taormina, and across from the small Church of San Domenico. The atmosphere is very welcoming; there are always musicians wandering around the restaurants, adding a vibrant touch to the dining experience. I enjoyed the food; I tried three dishes: eggplant parmigiana, pasta with shrimp, and grilled clams. My favorite was the grilled clams.

21/09/2025: A wonderful experience in this splendid place. I ate wonderfully; I'd say it was one of the best pasta alla norma dishes I've ever had, but I also had the opportunity to try other dishes, all of which tasted wonderful. I must also highlight the beauty and cleanliness of the place, as well as the professionalism and friendliness of the waiters. A place where you feel welcomed and at home. You also get a sense of fun and happiness. Which is just as important as eating well. I truly recommend this place. Congratulations.

31/10/2025: Went for a cappuccino and a pistachio cornetto. They didn't have any ready, so they made one on the spot - but it wasn't really pistachio. It was just cream with a hint of pistachio flavor. When I mentioned it, the staff first insisted it was pistachio and then said it was pistachio cream. The quality wasn't great, and the prices were quite high for what they offered.

30/10/2025: We started the day there at 4 in the morning and loved it, friendly service, although sometimes we had to ask for 1-1 orders again because there is traffic. They mainly have sweet baked goods and confectionery products, there are much fewer salty products

31/10/2025: The best coffee in Centocelle, period. As if that weren't enough, you can eat very well at lunch from Monday to Friday.

19/10/2025: The place is worth it, very beautiful and well-decorated. Unfortunately, perhaps because it was Sunday, I didn't receive adequate treatment. I had reserved a month and a half in advance and expected a table outside. They told me I should have specified this. I countered that I'd been told it's impossible to predict the weather that far in advance, but then, I wondered, why didn't they give it to me when they saw it was a nice day? They put me at a table near a table full of children. I asked if the same table assigned to me could be taken outside since there was room. They told me it was impossible. After half an hour, two customers arrived, apparently foreigners, and a table was taken out of the storeroom for them and placed on the terrace. When I complained, they replied that they had reserved a table outside, but if they had reserved a table outside, shouldn't they have already prepared it? I think they treated me like an idiot. The food was nothing special, burnt ribs, the only decent dish was broccoli, maybe I should review everything on a weekday but after the treatment I don't think so.
