17/04/2025: 2 lemonades had to be made with carbonated water a little salt and lemon €8.00 without carbonated water only foam and salted; very exaggerated personally, being a local, I won't go there again; in Taormina I paid €3.00 for a well-made lemonade.

02/06/2025: Già appena entri ti ritrovi sopraffatto da profumi e colori che ti riportano alla tradizione pasticcera siciliana. Ogni angolo del negozio è curato ma senza mai eccedere nei clichè attira turisti che ormai si vedono quasi ovunque. I dolci beh, sono la perfezione assoluta, nulla è lasciato al caso. È senza alcun dubbio la migliore pasticceria di Messina. Complimenti ai proprietari che hanno saputo mantenere uno standard altissimo attraverso le generazioni.

23/01/2025: I just ate a lulù with cream that melts in your mouth. A dessert that I consider a 9/10 prepared in this pastry shop. I will definitely come to try other handcrafted products they offer. A thousand thanks.

03/06/2025: La Capinera was the most disappointing Michelin restaurant we have been to. We had the tasting menu and the food was good but not Michelin standards. Servers were nice however the staff overcharged us TWICE. This has never happened to us before. They initially charged us for two drinks when we only ordered one drink. That was a quick fix. When we went home we saw another charge on our credit card and an email from the restaurant stating that we were charged for not showing up to our reservation. When we arrived for our 730pm reservation we were the first people seated and we clearly pointed to my husband’s name on the reservation list. We had to call the restaurant in the morning and luckily someone (i believe it was Pietro) did answer and instead of apologizing right away he blamed us for not telling them my husbands name that was on the reservation. I dont recommend this place. There are many other great restaurants in the city with better location and service.

16/05/2025: Seeing a promotional video on Instagram we decided with friends to go and try it. They had told us that it had changed management and we tried the pizza. A spectacle for the taste buds 🤩🤩 The place is surrounded by greenery and absolute peace, near the hospital, therefore close to an exit of the road axis, Outside a large parking lot where you can also see the rooms that I wanted to try one evening. Extremely clean and absolute comfort. The owners are two truly legendary guys, really easy-going. Keep it up guys

23/03/2025: Nice location with ample parking (shame it's a bit hidden), but if you discover it you'll definitely come back! The delicious pizza, quality products and a varied menu compared to the classics.. friendly and welcoming staff, fast service.. we will definitely be back 😉
