28/07/2025: Of all the restaurants I've visited so far in Lipari, this is the best in terms of quality and price. The atmosphere is welcoming, fresh, and elegant. Fresh ingredients, traditional cuisine, tasty, well-prepared, and excellent.

26/07/2025: Ho avuto il piacere di cenare in questo ristorante e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. L’atmosfera è accogliente e curata nei dettagli, perfetta sia per una cena romantica che per un’occasione tra amici. Il personale è stato cordiale, disponibile e sempre attento senza mai essere invadente. Ogni piatto che abbiamo assaggiato era preparato con ingredienti freschissimi e presentato con grande cura. I sapori del pesce erano davvero ben valorizzati. Da provare assolutamente.

01/07/2025: A place located in the historic center, next to the Vittorio Emanuele theater of Messina, without too many pretensions and without the necessary search for an elite clientele. I drank a good alcoholic cocktail but the strong point in my opinion is the food. I ate a vegetable tart with a bechamel glaze that was really excellent, I'll go back for a nice tasting.

25/06/2025: We stopped this morning for a coffee, thanks to the girl who served us, she convinced us to have an almond granita with cream and brioche.... What can I say, fantastic !!!!!!!

21/07/2025: A prescindere dal prezzo veramente ASSURDO cibo IMMANGIABILE! Prendiamo due porzioni di lasagne con ingredienti sconosciuti, arancini bolliti e andati a male e rustici insapore! Insomma un insulto alla NOSTRA CUCINA! Il personale non sapeva nemmeno gli ingredienti dei piatti cucinati a rischio di allergie o intolleranze! DA CHIUDERE! Per finire vi dettaglio il conto : 2 porzioni di lasagne , 2 arancini e 2 cipolline (tutto da asporto) = 30,00 €. VERGOGNATEVI!

14/07/2025: Locale pessimo,per nulla pulito .... è scandaloso chiedere 13€ per un piatto con 2 coscette di pollo . Non è possibile per un bar gastronomia farsi pagare al pari di un ristorante vergognoso. Sconsiglio vivamente!!

29/06/2025: Best regards to all, the location of la Perla and above all the magical atmosphere that is created in the evening, let's get to the point, let's start with the mese en place, minimal, the bare essentials, lacking personality, a touch is missing, a table on the sternum under awning, a centerpiece with flowers in the center, a bit of uniformity would be better, let's move on to the mixed fish appetizer, first a cold dish followed by a hot one, I won't linger, simply a delight with a few more nuances of salt but nothing special, elegant, well prepared, a delight, the service a bit slow considering that there were only three tables in the room, attentive waiters, nothing to say, First courses, worthy of a starred restaurant, excellent balanced dish, perhaps an extra gear, in summary: A bit more care for the mese en place, more homogeneous between the two environments. Pay attention to the processing times, with only three tables a bit long. Slightly high quality-price ratio considering no wine or anything else, only two bottles of water in line with what was eaten. Thank you

02/06/2025: Invogliato da amici ho voluto provarlo. Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Antipasto veramente buono ma la cosa che mi ha fatto decidere di non andare più è stato il conto. Passi 18 € per un antipasto ma la cosa assurda è una grigliata mista striminzita e onestamente niente di che pagata 30€. Veramente esagerata

09/07/2025: Aside from the authenticity of the dishes, everything was excellent, nothing more to say...I really want to highlight the kindness of the dining room staff. From the very young people to the gentleman (whose name escapes me) who served us and advised us. It was a pleasure having him at the table with us. He was a person of substance and great spirit. Almost like family. I will definitely be back...CONGRATULATIONS

22/06/2025: The place is very nice, at least the garden, where I was seated. Young guys just starting out, so you can forgive them for some small imperfections, but they were polite. The restaurant manager is a "secret agent undercover" who, unfortunately, doesn't know how to direct the guys in an adequate way (the place would have a lot of potential!). But the food... A big no. Disjointed and senseless dishes. All frozen fish (which in itself is not necessarily a flaw for someone who, by choice, does not prefer seasonality or a variation on the catch of the day), but killed by covering up the flavor instead of simply enhancing it. No salt in the pasta.

03/07/2025: The quality of the sushi has significantly decreased in inverse proportion to the cost, which instead has unreasonably increased. I fear the fish in the sushi was not very fresh. I am very sorry because there are not many places in Messina where you can eat good sushi and this was once one of the best.

26/06/2025: Service 5* Individual approach, fast, tasty food, The kind lady served.... I was pleasantly surprised.

20/07/2025: A small bistro on a side street. The cheese and cold cuts board and the spritz were very well priced and really tasty. We also ordered bruschetta with tomatoes. There was background music, which didn't interfere with conversation. The service was very efficient and attentive to the customer. They speak English, so communication was very good. A very nice place.

18/07/2025: A restaurant with outdoor seating and a few inside, right in the center of town and a short walk from the beach. Reservations are recommended. I ordered a sandwich with excellent quality meat rolls, cooked to perfection. The staff and owner were extremely friendly and helpful. Good value for money. A delicious Fundador with Coke is highly recommended to finish the meal.

24/06/2025: We have already had lunch here several times. Cool location (near the sea), a great selection of Sicilian cuisine (also for vegetarians) everything is freshly cooked, tasty. Great prices and good service
