But it is at the table that a real spectacle of the senses unfolds. Each dish was a journey, a story, a surprise. The raw material? Simply excellent. Raw fish of a touching freshness, fresh pasta that tastes of expert hands and tradition, second courses worthy of a standing ovation. Impossible to forget the amberjack: cooked to perfection, clean flavor, balanced intensity. A dish that alone would be worth the trip. And then he arrives, chef Calogero, a professional of rare humility and extraordinary competence. He told us about his creations with authentic passion, explaining the soul of each dish, the origin of the ingredients, the reason for each choice. It's not just cuisine: it's art, culture, emotion. The service? Impeccable. The environment? Well-kept, welcoming, authentic. Special praise also goes to the cellar: a truly surprising selection of labels, with rare and unobtainable vintages that tell territories, stories and expert hands. Each wine served accompanied the dishes, enhancing their flavors and giving us further emotions, as only bottles chosen with love and expertise can do. A wine list that alone is worth the visit. There wasn't a single dish that didn't give us pleasure, amazement and gratitude. From the first to the last bite we perceived love, care and very high quality. Our vote? 17/09/2025: Good place for a simple meal, decent cuisine. Too bad we couldn't enjoy a sea view, but overall the food is still satisfactory and the flavors are quite classic.

10/09/2025: I had the pleasure of dining here last night. The place is very elegant and pleasant. We were served by very kind and helpful waiters, always ready to recommend the right food. We started with a delicious shrimp cocktail, followed by spaghetti with clams and gnocchi with pesto and shrimp, all accompanied by a fruity white wine that made the dinner incredibly tasty. We finished with a panna cotta and an apple tart. Nothing to add, everything was perfect. The sound of the waves in the background created a magical atmosphere. If you love good food, this is a must-try, highly recommended!

18/08/2025: I stayed at the property in August 2025. What can I say? Excellent hospitality, comfortable rooms, parking, and ample outdoor space. The facility is super clean, and the staff is incredibly helpful and attentive to guests' needs. Excellent food, both pizza and pasta dishes, all delicious and high-quality. I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE. P.S. I will definitely stay again.

01/07/2025: We celebrated my father's 50th birthday here and we were really satisfied! The place is wonderful, welcoming and perfect for an evening with friends. We chose the pizza tour, which was excellent: light dough, abundant and tasty fillings. The staff was very kind and always available, especially the waiter Nunzio, who stood out for his friendliness and courtesy. Thank you so much for making this occasion special!

The service deserves a two-star rating; it's slow and incompetent. We ordered a bottle of wine, and they didn't even have a glass.

The rice was very well prepared, and the vegetables retained that distinctive crunchiness. The atmosphere is pleasant, with good lighting and comfortable tables, perfect for a romantic getaway or a group of friends. The service was excellent, always attentive without being intrusive. I found it to be a balanced place in terms of quality and price, ideal for enjoying a varied and well-served meal.

03/10/2025: The wait time for a regular Aperol is over 20 minutes. The staff doesn't care about the guests at all. It's a disaster. I don't recommend it. Prices are outrageous. Two Aperols cost 20 euros.

31/08/2025: Although it is in the very touristy central area (like all of Traumana), the place is very nice, good cocktails, and light food, the bruschetta is excellent, and very good Sicilian small dishes. Recommended for a light meal or aperitif
