06/04/2026: The Larancino/a was delicious. The drop ceiling in the restaurant is unique; I really liked it with its many cone-shaped tea lights.
05/04/2026: Appalling service, right in front of the restaurant's garbage bins. A glass was broken, and the waiter picked up half of it. After waiting for 10 minutes, we gestured to order.
We were brushed off.
We left immediately. Avoid this place, at least for the service.

02/03/2026: I wanted to order a cake from them, I called and immediately changed my mind due to the rudeness of the lady who answered the phone. I'd be happy paying for it elsewhere rather than having it done there. A terrible review on my part. I'm sorry you lost a future customer. I strongly advise you to change your staff. Kindness pays off, my dears!

30/11/2025: Recommended by colleagues but I thought they were exaggerating in their compliments to the staff and the Chef. We started with homemade appetizers of all kinds. The first two arrived very tasty and we took the second one home. We were very full. Next time we will go there to try the pizza and I hope we find the fireplace lit because the room is very characteristic.

06/04/2026: I just left this bar. What can I say? The waitress was breathing down our necks. I hadn't even finished my drink yet, and she immediately brought us the bill. And the bill was incredibly high. I don't recommend it!

25/11/2025: After a long time, I wanted to try the breakfast... €1.70 for a panzerotto that looked like a miniature...the crisis is here, but that doesn't mean consumers should be scammed...well...not at all satisfied...as they say, they make themselves known at the beginning, then the quality and consistency decline once they reach their goals...I don't recommend it. The real winner is seen in the long run.
11/10/2025: Had lunch by mistake, considering it's a rather expensive self-service restaurant.
Since there are several cheaper options nearby.

This shop is a real find. All the flavors are outstanding. The tastes are intense, authentic, and completely natural, without any artificial additives.
A true gem and without a doubt some of the best gelato we've ever had. Highly recommended!

30/06/2025: Teníamos grandes expectativas para Prestipino, pero terminó siendo la experiencia más decepcionante de toda nuestra estancia en Catania. Dondequiera que fuimos, la gente era increíblemente amable y acogedor, pero aquí, era todo lo contrario.
Todos los camareros parecían molestos y eran antipáticos.
Es una pena, porque el lugar podría tener potencial, pero la actitud del personal arruinó completamente la experiencia. Definitivamente no recomendaría.

15/04/2026: The only thing good about this Restaurant is the music. Terrible and uninterested Service, extremely disappointing pizza, unfresh ingredients, 2,5€ cover charge!
Stumbled in there out of hunger and never regretted a dinner more in Sicily or anywhere for that matter.
Only advice, don’t go there
