21/02/2026: Terrible experience. I've rarely had such a bad pizza. It doesn't taste like Italian or even American pizza: it's a flavorless mass with a dough that's a compliment. The whole thing is swamped by an excess of cheese that covers any flavor, making the dish cloying and lacking in character. Besides the terrible quality, the organization is a total letdown: one pizza arrived 20 minutes later than the others. The only bright spot was the waitresses, who were really nice, but unfortunately two people can't manage the place, especially when the kitchen produces dishes like this. Highly not recommended.

10/01/2026: The pizza is very good, but the menu is heavily focused on American cuisine. They offer fries and American-style pizza. There's no salad! At least they have local wine by the glass.

07/10/2025: A corner café on one of Pianura's busiest streets. Excellent croissants, fast and friendly service. They also have a tobacconist.

17/03/2026: Two of us arrived and ordered from the interactive table in a completely empty room. After about 15 minutes, other customers began arriving: a small group of young people, three couples, a Deliveroo delivery man, and a man ordering takeout, all arriving after us. Our order was nowhere to be found. After a 42-minute wait, I approached the manager, Alessia, to ask about our order. She pointed to a tray in front of her, telling me it was ours and was being prepared. Unfortunately, a few moments later, that tray was served to another table. At that point, I returned to the counter to point out that we had been waiting over 40 minutes for two simple menus. The response, without even being looked at, was a simple "Here I am," pointing to another tray. Our order arrived 47 minutes after we received the receipt. I understand that delays can occur and it's right to be patient, but what is truly perplexing is the manager's total lack of attention and professionalism. A decidedly disappointing experience.

29/11/2025: Maybe it should be called "Take and Throw Away" Totally charred, tasteless, inedible, cold, dry, and devoid of toppings. It takes three liters of water to wash it down. I absolutely do not recommend it...

12/03/2026: March 12th. We came for our second visit because we had really enjoyed it the first time. The atmosphere was awful. A table of 14 was literally screaming, especially the children. We blame the service. When we arrived, there was no one else there, and they seated us right next to that table! Even though there are two floors! They could have seated the customers on the floor below! Shameful! It's a huge restaurant, and they cram everyone into the same area. It's no wonder there are more and more "No Kids" restaurants and hotels. We left with our heads about to explode and indigestion. We will never go back!

21/03/2026: We've ordered from this sandwich shop several times through Just Eat. The sandwiches are excellent with quality ingredients, the meat has never arrived burnt as unfortunately happens in many other places, but it's cooked to perfection and very tender. It's now our trusted sandwich shop.

09/01/2026: I have often bought max pizzas, I have always liked them.... The service is impeccable.... The pizza chef, a serious, polite person and punctual in delivery.... I will also try the scacciata!!!!!

27/09/2025: We're having dinner at the restaurant. The menu says spaghetti carbonara. Okay, I'll order it. I ask several times if they make it a little bigger, and the waitress says okay. The plate arrives, along with a small baking dish, while I complain that the carbonara arrives cold. I'll let you imagine. Then, when I get home, I see the receipt. I see it written down. €26.00. I phone. At the restaurant. They tell me their policy is so big and it means two portions, and I'm in the business. I'm ashamed that I belong to this category. Restaurants used to exist today. No longer just a pursuit of the god of money.

26/12/2025: Yet you have all the potential (large indoor and outdoor spaces, parking, a well-known location), but you miss out on the focal points of a restaurant: the quality of the food, especially during an aperitivo 😬. A meager plate consisting of mediocre-quality ready-to-oven rustici, a homemade tramezzino, and a potato pizza plated uncooked! All this for 15 euros when in the area there were places offering freshly fried pettole and a quality aperitivo for the same price. An experience not to be repeated.

14/12/2025: I would call it excellent food. The bread is naturally leavened and made with other premium flours, the deli food is always good, and the sweet biscuits are delicious. I've bought everything and have always had a great experience. These days, the scacciata are excellent, from traditional ones to those with various flavours. Everything is EXCELLENT.

I'd be happy paying for it elsewhere rather than having it done there. A terrible review on my part. I'm sorry you lost a future customer. I strongly advise you to change your staff.
