02/03/2026: Slow service, very slow. You walk in and it looks like the cat has died. Not a word, sad faces. Hours pass to serve one person even when no one is there. Phone orders are obviously given priority. Your turn comes. The toppings are counted, not one less, not one more. 8 fries for everyone. If there are 9, they take it away and you pay 6.50 for that sandwich. And I don't know about the others. After eating, I get a terrible stomach ache. I won't be returning to this place again.

15/05/2026: I've been frequenting this bakery for quite some time now, and it's become a go-to place for me, especially for their dry pizza, which I think is truly one of the best in the city. Every time I let someone try it, I always get compliments. The owners are always friendly, helpful, and very professional. One thing I really appreciate is their punctuality: when I order a pizza by the meter, I often find it ready a few minutes earlier than expected, always hot, and perfectly made. The prices are also truly excellent and fair, especially considering the quality. I've tried many other bakeries in the area, but personally, I haven't found anything comparable. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

15/05/2026: The bakery offers delicious food, excellent quality, but I had an unpleasant experience because I had specifically asked for a sandwich without oil and salt. When the woman at the counter gave it to me, it was clear it had been seasoned. When I asked if it had been seasoned, she replied, "I don't know, I didn't do it," without giving me any positive feedback. I've already bought the sandwich for lunch because it would have been a waste to have it remade, but I have an intolerance and had to go elsewhere for lunch.

06/08/2026: The wait for lunch was a bit long (about two hours), probably due to limited staffing. The dishes are generous, so if you don't want to overeat, you can split a full meal between two people. There's access to the pool, but the restrooms are a bit shabby.

25/07/2026: On Sundays, you need to book a table at the restaurant, which has a la carte menu but you can choose your meal. The staff is helpful and friendly. The prices aren't outrageous. Let's just say, I expected more from the food.

08/06/2026: Now called Terraferma, it offers excellent pizzas and attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. The outdoor garden is welcoming and well-maintained. We'll be back!

20/05/2026: Unfortunately, we didn't make it. We had a reservation. They seated us between two First Communions 🤦‍♀️ and forgot about us. We probably waited about 20 minutes for anyone to even pay attention to us, but the First Communions were more important. I don't recommend it! I can't rate the food because we didn't get a chance to try it. We left. The atmosphere wasn't exactly Sicilian either.

13/08/2026: A super positive experience with my trusted MC. I often find myself having lunch here for work, and what can I say? It's super clean, always ready to satisfy the customer... The staff is amazing, from start to finish, and every time I spend my lunch breaks there, I feel at home. Well done guys, keep it up!

19/12/2025: I was here in December, but the place is unpleasant. It's a very old and run-down campsite. The bungalows have damp, moss-covered, and decaying walls. The old, dilapidated showers have hot water, but there are gaps between the ceiling and the walls. The rooms are cold and unheated. The doors are old, rusty, and hang crookedly on their hinges. The toilets don't have seats or lids. It's absolutely unsuitable for booking in advance and I wouldn't recommend it. It might be suitable as a stopover (2 nights) in the summer, as the sea is directly across the road and there's a good view of Mount Etna. I gave it one star because zero stars isn't an option.

08/12/2025: Nice, pleasant and flexible owners, you can choose your place and later sort out documents. There are various places and choose what you want and there is electricity. The problem is if you need to use showers. There is only 3 of them and they are tiny and you need a token for 3 munutes. If you put your towel or clothes by the door on the hook you can't open the shower door or your chlothes can get wet. Generally camp need some cleaning and investment but the showers are the biggest problem if you need to use them. Some people use facilities in campers but it would take much to fix and make better showers. I paid 25€ with Acsi which is OK if you arrive from Messina side and you want to see Etna as there is not much choice. Later I found better and cheaper camps. Not that I don't like this camp but honestly I prefer others more for facilities and accordingly the price.
