31/07/2026: Thanks to the waiters for the exquisite service; it was a wonderful place to have breakfast, sit down, and relax. I had the best brioche with gelato: I highly recommend it, and if I ever return to Catania, I will definitely return.

25/07/2026: The ice cream was terrible, and the service could be much better. They tell you one price, then say they made a mistake and charge you more because they didn't tell you the price correctly. This is especially true if you're a foreigner. An ice cream cone costs €3, then they tell you it's €3.25 and that they can't pay by card.

14/07/2026: Too much, too slow, not even a lot of attention, the food isn't hot at all, and above all, too much of a wait. Change the staff, hire someone with experience.

01/07/2026: ALL THE GIRLS WHO WERE ON DUTY TONIGHT, we're talking about 10.30pm this evening, one more incompetent than the other, the sandwiches in the bags (collected at the mc drive) all out of the boxes, give yourselves a big wake-up call

07/04/2026: The sea view is absolutely enchanting, and the location is very unique and excellent. I visited on Easter Monday, and there was great music and dancing. I recommend parking your car in one of the various available parking lots before arriving at the lighthouse.

19/05/2026: Acireale, CT. Piazza Duomo, 36. This kebab shop in the city center is excellent for a quick and affordable meal. The place is very small and basic, primarily for takeout. The kebab has a classic, standard flavor, with no surprises, but the portions are reasonable and the staff is friendly.

17/04/2026: First off, many reviews are inaccurate; there are actually three different restaurants in one location. This is a simple restaurant, presumably only for locals. We ended up here by mistake. My Italian friend rated everything highly. I only had pasta. They didn't have pizza on the day we were there, but we didn't want any anyway, which was a bit odd. The portions were more than generous. The prices are reasonable, and the food is family-run. My Italian partner enjoyed her meal.

The restaurant is intimate, tucked slightly off the beaten track, giving it the feel of true Catania—without the tourist chaos, but with authentic Sicilian hospitality. The pistachio pasta? Creamy, smooth, intense, with a crunchy accent—exactly as it should be in Sicily. The spaghetti alle vongole? Delicate, fragrant with wine and garlic, with perfectly opened clams and fresh parsley. It's clear the kitchen uses fresh ingredients, not caters to tourists. The service is relaxed, unobtrusive, yet attentive—typical Sicilian style: they let you eat at your own pace, celebrating the moment and the flavor. The atmosphere? Warm, local, and unpretentious. 26/12/2025: Yet you have all the potential (large indoor and outdoor spaces, parking, a well-known location), but you miss out on the focal points of a restaurant: the quality of the food, especially during an aperitivo 😬. A meager plate consisting of mediocre-quality ready-to-oven rustici, a homemade tramezzino, and a potato pizza plated uncooked! All this for 15 euros when in the area there were places offering freshly fried pettole and a quality aperitivo for the same price. An experience not to be repeated.

01/07/2026: This pastry shop only makes small panzerotti. They told us that they don't make large panzerotti during the summer, which is something I've never heard in my life! When they're like that, I think they should close. You can't say something like this to a customer, because it's crazy 😲, so if you want to eat panzerotti during this period, go somewhere else, I don't recommend it.

31/12/2025: I wanted to try this place with some colleagues, but I've never made such a bad choice. Rice with tasteless minestrone soup; I had to add salt because it was bland! The surprise was the price: 6 euros! For a first course like this, and even much better, I would have paid 4 euros. The alternative was penne with ragù, but what kind of ragù was it, with only pieces of meat in it? Sorry, this cuisine isn't for you. Never again, I definitely don't recommend it!
