12/09/2025: In addition to serving a kebab in a piadina with chips that were practically frozen, the staff was giving us certain looks and making comments about us, leaving us feeling uncomfortable; we were in a small group made up almost entirely of girls.

14/12/2025: Worst supermarket ever, ridiculous organization. Discounts ONLY with the app, you only use the app when you buy something on sale, and when you do, it's "unrecognized customer" because you need to update.
Update your general system.
I've never seen problems like this in other supermarkets, never again.

10/04/2026: I stumbled upon this bar by chance, which I didn't know about. I ordered a simple tomato and tuna sandwich (spectacular) and a glass of juice. The two ladies are very kind. They run this bar like an art gallery. I was personally very impressed, so I recommend it!

07/01/2026: Gluten-free pizza... I've been celiac for 25 years and have NEVER had a problem with any pizzeria. After eating a "gluten-free" pizza, I had all the symptoms of contamination. I didn't want to believe it, but after reading the reviews and hearing the opinions of people I trust who are celiac, I realized that that pizza was not gluten-free at all. I will obviously never come here again, but I just hope my review can help prevent others from feeling ill. Best wishes!

27/06/2026: I ordered at the drive-thru, and first thing I noticed was that they'd made the wrong sandwiches and a Happy Meal was missing. When I got home, I noticed that all the fries on the menu were missing, and instead of Sprite, there was sparkling water in the glass! Disappointing. It should close.

07/02/2026: I've read some pretty negative reviews, which I personally don't feel comfortable sharing. I didn't find anything particularly negative; in fact, I thought the pizza was perfectly presentable, though not exceptional. The prices were just a tad above average, but nothing outrageous.
12/09/2025: Disgusting pizzas, not very fresh products. I ate a 4-cheese pizza and ended up in the hospital. My husband just had a little stomach ache. We just left the hospital. It's truly disgusting. Someone should do the necessary checks.

When I walked in, I felt like I was on the set of a West End movie.
It was a surreal experience.
I rate it 2 and not 1 because it is rare for a place to provide such a lasting experience.
The furniture from my childhood in the 80s, just in a worn condition.
TIME STAND STILL HERE.

19/05/2026: Nothing to take away from the rest of the establishment, but the bistro is truly awful! I'm referring to the lady with blonde hair who is truly rude and inappropriate. There was a middle-aged couple who had a waffle in their hand in front of the ice cream machine. The men asked how the machine worked and were clearly having difficulty. She turns to the men and says, "Look, the machine next door is for the cones, that one is for the cups," and then adds, "Look, you have to press the button, otherwise the ice cream won't come out just by looking at it." Oh well!
14/04/2026: Disgusting food. My friend and I were here yesterday. We ate meatballs and omelettes. We felt terrible. We vomited and they destroyed our stomachs. The quality is poor, but the price is high. I don't recommend it to anyone.

02/05/2026: The address is not up to date. They have two locations and they couldn't direct me. Following their directions, I ended up at the takeaway location in Sant'Agata li Battiati. The pizzas may be as good as they told me, but the communication with the customer is terrible. It's a real shame!
01/04/2026: To be deleted. Ordered through Glovo at 7:00 PM, estimated delivery time 8:10 PM. I called them at 8:35 PM and they told me the delivery driver left 5 minutes ago, which is clearly not true. They even lie to Glovo, which tells you the order will be delivered at 7:40 PM. The traffic excuse is no longer useful, because all you have to do is go to Google Maps and check the traffic (I'm 17 minutes away from them). Besides, it's Wednesday, so a weekday like any other. They don't even provide courier tracking (who knows why).
Food delivered cold at 9:30 PM. I will never order from them again, and I hope no one else does.
Go find another job! 100% not recommended.
