18/12/2025: It's incredible how the sandwich doesn't match the photo on the monitor. There's always very little sauce. I ordered a large Tasty. I pointed out to the employee that there was almost no sauce on the sandwich. You could barely see it. I politely asked for a little more, but she refused. This is how much they care about their customers.

07/02/2026: Unfortunately, I can't say for sure. My mother ordered 18 chocolate panzerotti and 2 white ones to take to Milan. DISAPPOINTMENT: They were all white and only 2 chocolate ones... On top of that, they were also different in shape, which for someone who lives 1,500 km away makes a difference, even in the memory. Disappointed and angry. The product, however, is good.

12/03/2026: March 12th. We came for our second visit because we had really enjoyed it the first time. The atmosphere was awful. A table of 14 was literally screaming, especially the children. We blame the service. When we arrived, there was no one else there, and they seated us right next to that table! Even though there are two floors! They could have seated the customers on the floor below! Shameful! It's a huge restaurant, and they cram everyone into the same area. It's no wonder there are more and more "No Kids" restaurants and hotels. We left with our heads about to explode and indigestion. We will never go back!

25/01/2026: I placed a delivery order. The pizza was stringy, the fries raw and unsalted. I called their number to ask if they could cut the pizzas (given the delivery delay), and initially they said yes. After a few moments, the pizza chef said in the background that they had already left because the pizzas were already boxed.

Despite the frenetic chaos generated by the Pistachio Festival, the staff managed to maintain an atmosphere of great professionalism and friendliness. I found them all extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming, demonstrating excellent stress management and genuine customer service. Excellent service makes the wait enjoyable. The Dish: Pistachio Fried Pasta The idea of ​​fried pasta (stuffed bucatini, in this case inspired by carbonara and enriched with Bronte pistachios) is a brilliant street food experience. I immediately noticed the use of fresh, quality ingredients, which make all the difference in such a rich dish. The fried pasta was crispy and dry, a perfect shell enclosing a creamy, flavorful filling. The contrast between the typical saltiness of carbonara (with guanciale and pecorino) and the unmistakable aroma of Bronte pistachios creates an excellent balance. 14/10/2025: I bought a small plate of pasta for the pistachio festival for €12. It came on a plastic plate and I ate it standing up. 50-60 grams. It tasted sour. I tasted it and threw it away.
