22/10/2025: Excellent fresh fish, not processed but classic cuisine. True Sicilian flavors. Served as if we were family. Unbeatable price. Compliments to the manager. Highly recommended to people looking for quality but not luxury, it's not at home here.

18/10/2025: €90 for three people wasted. Three mixed appetizers cost €18 per person, completely overpriced, and three first courses each barely contained 100 grams of plain pasta with a little sauce on top. When I asked, "Look, the pasta is so small, completely unrelated to the sauce, and practically full of water," the response I received was, "We're family-run, and the chef isn't good at tossing pasta, and I admit the portions are very small... but my customers like it that way." The €15 price (listed on the menu) for each first course magically dropped to €13 after my speech (still a lot for barely 100 grams of plain pasta). Avoid going there; maybe they'll teach the chef how to toss the pasta and add a few extra strands. It's a meal to forget.

21/11/2025: I never expect i payed all most 17 euro for 3 burgers ,a piace of cake anche 3 pcs of chicken. I never check my order because i know it’s right but when i got home i realize the 3 pcs chicken is missing Im dispointed!

09/11/2025: The renovation has made it even prettier. I think it's one of the prettiest McD's in Italy. The staff at the Café are excellent and very kind.

15/11/2025: If I could, I'd give it a zero. Rude, incredibly long waits despite no crowds. The milkshake...a mess of sugar and syrup galore...an abomination, undrinkable. Never again.

07/11/2025: It's well known that the Mc Donald's in central Sicily is frequented by many people at all hours, but I find it inconceivable at 10 in the morning, despite a nearly empty restaurant, not being able to find a clean table, free of crumbs and other debris. The floor is sticky and dirty. In short, it's not pleasant to eat or have breakfast amidst such filth. Embarrassing, kudos to the restaurant manager.

23/09/2025: We were traveling with a motorcycle and tent and spent several nights at this campsite – we originally planned to stay just one night, but we extended our stay twice because we loved the location so much. The site is quite basic, but offers plenty of space and electricity for charging your phone or power bank. The restrooms are nothing special, but clean and functional – just what you need. Hot water in the showers is available via a stop-and-go switch, which can be activated with small coins (available at reception for less than 1 euro for 3 minutes). We were particularly impressed by the surroundings: The view of Mount Etna is impressive, and in less than five minutes, you can walk to a small pebble beach, which was pleasantly quiet and perfect for relaxing. Small supermarkets are nearby, and restaurants are also within easy walking distance (all under 20 minutes). Catania is also a quick stop. Overall, a simple but very well-located campsite, perfect for anyone who wants to combine nature, the sea, and proximity to the city. 😊

21/09/2025: BEWARE OF THE ANTS!!! THEY INVADED OUR CAMPER!! NO DISINFESTATION AND NO NOTICE AT THE ENTRY! BATHROOMS IN DEMOLITION! WASTE DISCHARGE IMPROPER! NO CONTROL AND TOTAL DISCRETION! THE ONLY POSITIVE NOTE WAS THE FOOD! AS FOR THE REST, AVOID IT!!!!

13/07/2025: Il ristorante propone piatti della tradizione ma rivisitati con un tocco di originalità. Vengono utilizzate materie prime del territorio, che al palato paiono di ottima qualità. Noi abbiamo ordinato le linguine cozze e peperoni (ottime), maccheroncini alla norma (buoni), bracioline e polpette di melanzane e menta (quest'ultime molto buone) e come dessert il cous cous (eccellente, anche come idea ed impiattamento). Il tutto preceduto da un entree con varie, piccole delizie. Servizio attento e cortese. Rapporto qualità/prezzo davvero notevole.

11/07/2025: Con o sin dueño…qué diferencia. Comida y servicio Hemos estado 2 días seguidos con mis padres y mis hijos y disfrutamos muchísimo de la primera cena de principio a fin: buenos consejos sobre el vino, calidad de la comida… Al día siguiente, el propietario no estaba allí. Tuvimos que esperar 1 h entre el entrante y el plato principal, el mismo bacalao que habíamos pedido el día anterior con mucho aceite y pocas verduras.

07/11/2025: At the Leocata bakery, you can find all kinds of bread: from those made with traditional flours to those made with specialty flours. You'll also find all kinds of pizzas and a wide variety of desserts, prepared by bakery chef Maurizio. All served by the very kind Cinzia.

01/11/2025: I bought a package on toogoodtogo, arrived at the appointed time, and the place is closed...🙄😩 Edit: A little humility, sir. Shameful... I'm attaching a photo of your closed place. I knocked on the door for 10 minutes, and no one answered.

26/10/2025: It was so good we didn't even have time to photograph it... we finished it all! 😋 Everything was excellent: the place is fantastic, open-air and welcoming, the food authentic, well-made, and with a delicate yet bold flavor. The portions were generous, and we had a truly wonderful time. We'll definitely be back! 🌿✨

26/10/2025: Good music, friendly staff, and above all, simple, delicious dishes. I highly recommend Sunday lunch.

31/08/2025: Lately, it's not as good as it used to be. They also offer a very limited local delivery service. I was a customer and moved a little further away, and they don't deliver here even though it's still in Catania and a stone's throw from the old address. You should start by expanding your local delivery radius, especially since it's still in Catania. Then check the quality of your specialty dishes, which aren't what they used to be. The service has also become even worse in general.

30/09/2025: ...the family-run bakery, and I must say they're all great people who put a lot of effort into making cakes and birthday cakes! Huge selection of pastries and desserts, always super fresh! Top-notch ice cream!

11/06/2025: Mr. Messina, for the first time last day I had pasta and a main course. Excellent, I recommend it to everyone. I would have given 10 for everything.

06/11/2025: The gluten-free food is exceptional, they make dairy-free options for those with gluten intolerances. The problem is the rude owners who don't cater to their customers. I politely asked them to put aside a small portion of their food since I live far from where they're located, but they refused. "Whatever you find, you get it." I've never had service like that. Yes, some people shouldn't work. I'm a customer who spends at least €20 every time I go, and they'll never see me again unless I don't eat their croissants. Incidentally, it's better to go on an empty stomach than to go to people like that.

12/10/2025: Truly exceptional gluten-free products (the croissants were delicious). However, the service was terrible: after I twice stated that I was lactose intolerant, they still sold me products containing lactose that made me sick. To prevent such unpleasant situations from happening again, I would suggest greater attention and friendliness towards customers, rather than rude and dismissive behavior.
