26/08/2025: Horrible experience. There is no respect for customers in this restaurant: they treated me like a dog, mocking me and openly humiliating me. It wasn't just rudeness—it was pure contempt. No dish in the world could ever justify such behavior. If you value professionalism, hospitality, or even just basic human dignity, avoid this place at all costs. Truly one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Terrible experience. There is no respect for customers in this restaurant: they treated me like a dog, laughing at me and openly humiliating me. It wasn't just rudeness, but outright contempt. No dish in the world justifies such behavior. If you're looking for professionalism, hospitality, or simply a modicum of dignity, absolutely avoid it. It was one of the worst episodes of my life as a customer.

21/02/2026: Terrible experience. I've rarely had such a bad pizza. It doesn't taste like Italian or even American pizza: it's a flavorless mass with a dough that's a compliment. The whole thing is swamped by an excess of cheese that covers any flavor, making the dish cloying and lacking in character. Besides the terrible quality, the organization is a total letdown: one pizza arrived 20 minutes later than the others. The only bright spot was the waitresses, who were really nice, but unfortunately two people can't manage the place, especially when the kitchen produces dishes like this. Highly not recommended.

10/01/2026: The pizza is very good, but the menu is heavily focused on American cuisine. They offer fries and American-style pizza. There's no salad! At least they have local wine by the glass.

14/12/2025: I would call it excellent food. The bread is naturally leavened and made with other premium flours, the deli food is always good, and the sweet biscuits are delicious. I've bought everything and have always had a great experience. These days, the scacciata are excellent, from traditional ones to those with various flavours. Everything is EXCELLENT.

12/12/2025: An evening with friends featuring scacciate. We had five, each better than the last. Excellent ingredients, friendly service, and cleanliness.

12/02/2026: We often bring our children here, but today's experience was terrible. I don't understand how the supervisor, Salvo, works; even regular employees know the workflow better than he does. The vending machine didn't have a receipt, and the customer had already paid, but he said the customer hadn't paid. The customer showed him the receipt online, but he couldn't find it and complained that the customer didn't know what he had chosen. In the end, he had to ask a clerk to help him compare prices before he could find it.

12/03/2026: March 12th. We came for our second visit because we had really enjoyed it the first time. The atmosphere was awful. A table of 14 was literally screaming, especially the children. We blame the service. When we arrived, there was no one else there, and they seated us right next to that table! Even though there are two floors! They could have seated the customers on the floor below! Shameful! It's a huge restaurant, and they cram everyone into the same area. It's no wonder there are more and more "No Kids" restaurants and hotels. We left with our heads about to explode and indigestion. We will never go back!

04/02/2026: Unheard of rudeness and presumption, thanks to their appointment they allow themselves to treat customers with their feet. They have to tell them where and when to eat cake, refusing the order because it clearly doesn't meet their earnings. Shame!

20/12/2025: Fabulous pastry shop, delicious, excellent service, I tried the mille foglie, it melts in your mouth, compliments to the pastry chefs.

La struttura è immersa in un paesaggio suggestivo tra uliveti e agrumeti, con una vista panoramica che spazia dall'Etna al mare. Il ristorante propone piatti della tradizione siciliana e catanese, preparati con ingredienti a km 0, come provolette al limone, ravioli in crema di pistacchio e dolci fatti in casa. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, contribuendo a creare un'atmosfera accogliente e familiare. La struttura è ideale per famiglie, grazie anche alla presenza di un'area giochi per bambini e spazi esterni ben curati. Un luogo consigliato per chi desidera rilassarsi e assaporare la genuinità della cucina siciliana.

26/12/2025: Yet you have all the potential (large indoor and outdoor spaces, parking, a well-known location), but you miss out on the focal points of a restaurant: the quality of the food, especially during an aperitivo 😬. A meager plate consisting of mediocre-quality ready-to-oven rustici, a homemade tramezzino, and a potato pizza plated uncooked! All this for 15 euros when in the area there were places offering freshly fried pettole and a quality aperitivo for the same price. An experience not to be repeated.
