Piglia e Porta Via In Catania

16/08/2026: I stayed over the August bank holiday weekend; the room was a bit pristine and the bathroom was unsightly, the complete opposite of the ground-floor rooms, which were much more modern and, let's say, clean. The staff was very polite, friendly, and above all professional. The food was excellent. The pool area had nothing negative to offer; it had a minibar, a large pool furnished with umbrellas and lounge chairs, a dining area with an adjoining dance floor, and relaxation areas furnished with tables and sofas. If it weren't for the room, I would have given it a 5 out of 5.

10/05/2026: I stayed here for work and found a truly welcoming place, run by a charismatic owner who makes you feel right at home. The food is excellent, and the simple yet well-appointed rooms offer Wi-Fi and a TV. Considering the overall quality, the value for money is truly exceptional.
