28/09/2025: Terrible experience, over an hour and a half late, despite the fact that we had informed them when we booked that we had two little girls and would have preferred not to order if it wasn't possible to meet the time. The pizzas that arrived had the wrong flavors, and one Margherita in particular was filled with chips, making it difficult to believe it was burnt and had holes in it. We called several times while waiting to cancel, but no one answered... We called again when the pizzas arrived, but no one answered either.
I had already ordered from this pizzeria months ago, but this latest experience was disappointing.

When I walked in, I felt like I was on the set of a West End movie.
It was a surreal experience.
I rate it 2 and not 1 because it is rare for a place to provide such a lasting experience.
The furniture from my childhood in the 80s, just in a worn condition.
TIME STAND STILL HERE.

02/05/2026: The address is not up to date. They have two locations and they couldn't direct me. Following their directions, I ended up at the takeaway location in Sant'Agata li Battiati. The pizzas may be as good as they told me, but the communication with the customer is terrible. It's a real shame!
01/04/2026: To be deleted. Ordered through Glovo at 7:00 PM, estimated delivery time 8:10 PM. I called them at 8:35 PM and they told me the delivery driver left 5 minutes ago, which is clearly not true. They even lie to Glovo, which tells you the order will be delivered at 7:40 PM. The traffic excuse is no longer useful, because all you have to do is go to Google Maps and check the traffic (I'm 17 minutes away from them). Besides, it's Wednesday, so a weekday like any other. They don't even provide courier tracking (who knows why).
Food delivered cold at 9:30 PM. I will never order from them again, and I hope no one else does.
Go find another job! 100% not recommended.

Terrible service, slow, and if you ask the staff anything, they're almost annoyed. Sandwiches lack toppings and are cold, despite the large menu costing around €10. Hygiene issues warrant immediate complaint. On several occasions, I've seen bottles fall to the floor and put them back on the tray. Managers touch the cash register and money with their bare hands before helping assemble sandwiches. Floors cleaned with dirty, black water. Endless delays on deliveries in a place that's supposed to offer fast, or nearly so, service. I could go on, but I'll stop here. The management of this place is sad and doesn't bode well.

26/04/2026: Very unpleasant and rude restaurant owner, he actually kicked us out of the restaurant, saying it was closed if we're having trouble understanding. We had only asked for a coffee... honestly, the bar seemed open since there were people sitting there... the door was open, the tables were set. Absolutely not recommended!!!
09/04/2026: Bad service. The waiter was alone, rude.. and what was funny cause tell he’s the only one at the restaurant. Looks like he served and preparing also the food. Find another place! To bad cause location are right in the city center.

15/10/2025: Came in for a drink, the front man with the braids (sorry didn’t get his name!) is fantastic, really welcoming, nice beer and decent price. Cares about the presentation and told someone off for littering outside his bar. Gave us a free snack to apologise the kitchen was closed for technical reasons. 10/10

23/03/2026: Be careful when ordering on Glovo. When I went to checkout in the app, it showed a total of €14 (because there were discounts). After I'd placed the order (and therefore can no longer cancel or change it), they refunded me the €14 and took €19 (thus canceling the sales they claimed to offer).
Absurd and shameful.
14/03/2026: I was worried after reading the various reviews, but the pizza arrived earlier than Just Eat's estimated order. It was delicious and very well topped. If I really had to find a flaw: the pistachio pesto was missing; there was only chopped pistachios, even though it was listed among the ingredients.
