03/02/2026: Today we bought some pastries here, including some baskets of strawberries and cream, which we had to eat without the strawberries because they were completely rotten. We thought about contacting them to report the issue, but first a woman and then a gentleman hung up on us very rudely, DESPITE HAVE SPECIFIED FROM THE GETTING STARTED THAT WE DIDN'T WANT A REFUND OR ANYTHING BUT JUST TO MAKE IT KNOWN, and they just hung up on us. So, terrible staff, terrible customer service, and a decent pastry shop... they've been doing it since 1973, and they don't understand how to treat customers. I don't recommend!!! 15/05/2026: The bakery offers delicious food, excellent quality, but I had an unpleasant experience because I had specifically asked for a sandwich without oil and salt. When the woman at the counter gave it to me, it was clear it had been seasoned. When I asked if it had been seasoned, she replied, "I don't know, I didn't do it," without giving me any positive feedback. I've already bought the sandwich for lunch because it would have been a waste to have it remade, but I have an intolerance and had to go elsewhere for lunch.

31/03/2026: I ordered takeout poke with salmon. Unfortunately, the rice was undercooked and very cold, and the fish didn't seem very fresh. I hope I don't get sick 🤷🏼‍♀️

21/02/2026: My wife and I wanted quality poke in the heart of Catania and opted for Honolulu Poke. We couldn't have been happier or fuller! Kudos to the staff and chefs. We'll definitely be back.

12/10/2025: I wouldn't repeat the experience. The prices weren't clear. We asked for a detailed bill, but they brought us a receipt with the total. In the end, we didn't know the cost of each individual dish.

Professional, friendly, and helpful staff. All my guests had a wonderful time. A big compliment goes to the owner and chef Salvatore Cordaro, a truly exceptional and classy person.

06/10/2025: We went for a pizza tour, a welcoming place, the service wasn't impeccable. Honestly, I have doubts about the pizzas, not to mention that I'm sure the bases were frozen ones, for three reasons that I can point out if anyone has anything to say about them, but the serious thing is that at the time of the presentation contract we weren't told, much less was it indicated... for the rest, it's ok.

10/05/2026: Honestly, it's not the Russian House it once was!!! It's a shame about the place, always nice and welcoming... But not many people... Being celiac, I was looking for gluten-free pizza, but they didn't have it... The owner told me the story of having been inspected by the tax authorities and being told they couldn't make any... But for me, the problem is that they don't have any sales and so they're trying to avoid unnecessary expenses for themselves, rightly so!!!

15/02/2026: Home delivery service is practically nonexistent. I called, and the pizza was supposed to arrive around 9:00 PM. It turns 9:45 PM, but nothing. I called back, "You'll have the pizza at home in 15 minutes." It turns 10:15 PM, but nothing. I prepare something else for dinner. The pizza arrives at 10:40 PM, but I send it back. In future, please avoid saying it's ready by 9:00 PM if you decide when it should arrive anyway.

31/01/2026: I found the people very kind and welcoming. The calzone was excellent, and especially the quality of the dough took me back in time. Thank you again for your kindness.
