16/05/2026: - Ordered not a small order, the receipt wasn’t printed. So I approached the staff and told her that my bill with order number wasn’t printed. She said okay - I was waiting at the pickup desk and observed how the kitchen was arranged. Only one girl was preparing all orders. She looked unbothered how the food was prepared. Which I understand it’s not a restaurant after all - My order was prepared rather fast as I was the first one to arrive. But the lady that was supposed to pack the stuff into a bag kept running around hence my order was sitting and waiting for 15 minutes. After finally the lady packed my order, half of the stuff was missing. I had to stand there like a moron and kept correcting them. I was very polite and nice though. The reason I’m writing this review is because the stuff started giving me passive aggressive behavior, waving the hand at me with “leave” and at the point when I asked for the straw and napkins they ignored me on purpose. Left with food enraged, ate terrible and cold food, leaving this place and hopefully will forget it soon

16/05/2026: Complete disaster. They forgot to put half of the order. When we tried to point that we paid for the complete order they finally put the rest of the order and tried to move us out asap. They have been very rude, throwed the towel we bought after we showed we paid for it. Manager showed us that must go out even when our order wasn’t ready yet. There was only one girl at the kitchen. Everything was made without gloves.

26/03/2026: The place has been closed for a while, but I always find the opening hours posted. I think the website should be updated.

05/05/2026: When placing an order, the staff immediately marked it as ready and picked up, I believe to show a shorter waiting time in their system than the actual time. This made the order pickup process a mess, and our simple order took a very long time!

01/05/2026: Totally disorganized table service, with only one person serving. Huge lines, with more than 1.5 hours to wait. Not as reliable as the advertisements that portray a calm and familiar atmosphere. The post office on the day of monthly payments to the elderly seems to be anything but.

28/05/2026: Everything was excellent, the pastry shop had delicious desserts and the staff were top notch 💕

04/02/2026: Unheard of rudeness and presumption, thanks to their appointment they allow themselves to treat customers with their feet. They have to tell them where and when to eat cake, refusing the order because it clearly doesn't meet their earnings. Shame!

20/09/2025: Terrible experience: inedible pizzas, burned on the outside and completely raw on the inside (as pictured), and low-quality ingredients. It's not the first time this has happened, and I won't be back.

23/05/2026: Excellent pizzeria just steps from home! The pizza is truly delicious, cooked in a wood-fired oven and made with tasty ingredients. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and welcoming. A convenient place to return to for a good pizza!

06/05/2026: I simply cannot understand the sometimes very negative reviews. I also find it outrageous to give a 1-star rating without any comment or because the place was closed. My pizza was perfect, apart from being a bit large for me, and the service was friendly and efficient. The price/performance ratio is excellent, probably unbeatable here.

04/05/2026: Very dirty! The tables, chairs, and floors are all clean; there is a cleaning staff. The cups and spoons have not been washed properly. I'm worried about contracting some contagious disease. I should call the NAS/ASL to have the situation checked out.

La struttura è immersa in un paesaggio suggestivo tra uliveti e agrumeti, con una vista panoramica che spazia dall'Etna al mare. Il ristorante propone piatti della tradizione siciliana e catanese, preparati con ingredienti a km 0, come provolette al limone, ravioli in crema di pistacchio e dolci fatti in casa. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile, contribuendo a creare un'atmosfera accogliente e familiare. La struttura è ideale per famiglie, grazie anche alla presenza di un'area giochi per bambini e spazi esterni ben curati. Un luogo consigliato per chi desidera rilassarsi e assaporare la genuinità della cucina siciliana.

21/02/2026: Terrible experience. I've rarely had such a bad pizza. It doesn't taste like Italian or even American pizza: it's a flavorless mass with a dough that's a compliment. The whole thing is swamped by an excess of cheese that covers any flavor, making the dish cloying and lacking in character. Besides the terrible quality, the organization is a total letdown: one pizza arrived 20 minutes later than the others. The only bright spot was the waitresses, who were really nice, but unfortunately two people can't manage the place, especially when the kitchen produces dishes like this. Highly not recommended.

10/01/2026: The pizza is very good, but the menu is heavily focused on American cuisine. They offer fries and American-style pizza. There's no salad! At least they have local wine by the glass.

14/05/2026: The limoncello spritz wasn't great, and on top of that, there was a €2 charge for cutlery on the way out.

14/05/2026: I got ripped off here! The menu said cappuccino €2.20, but the bill came to €4.00. The same thing happened with my mojito. The menu said €8.00, but the bill came to €10. Not recommended!

11/12/2025: Nothing special. A service station with all its flaws. Exorbitant prices.

22/10/2025: I'm leaving a very positive review to publicly thank the staff for their extremely kind and thoughtful approach in recovering and storing my phone, which I'd forgotten in the restroom. A simple phone call, without any waiting, was all it took to arrange storage and pick up. Thanks again!

19/01/2026: Stazzo, Acireale, CT. Via Spiaggia, 22. Toward the end of last summer, while visiting Stazzo, we saw the place and ordered some sandwiches. They might not have been exceptional, but they tasted good enough, so much so that we returned a couple more times. We had some lovely evenings, and the sea view certainly contributed.

20/12/2025: Check a few things. Very poor cleaning of tables, chairs, and floors. Unsalted and cold fries, cold sandwich. McDonald's should be the same everywhere!!!

18/12/2025: It's incredible how the sandwich doesn't match the photo on the monitor. There's always very little sauce. I ordered a large Tasty. I pointed out to the employee that there was almost no sauce on the sandwich. You could barely see it. I politely asked for a little more, but she refused. This is how much they care about their customers.

07/10/2025: A corner café on one of Pianura's busiest streets. Excellent croissants, fast and friendly service. They also have a tobacconist.

07/08/2025: Beautiful bar, friendly and honest owners, very helpful and professional people, I recommend everyone to go there.
