07/12/2025: Never again... I ordered a porcini mushroom and got mushrooms that weren't porcini, and in oil to boot. I also ordered a pizza with prosciutto and they brought me a cheap brand of prosciutto. Furthermore, despite being close to my house, the pizza arrived through Just Eat and was super cold. Very disappointed.

05/09/2025: The pizza dough is good, and the oven improves its texture. But the ingredients aren't good or fresh, judging from the two times I've eaten it. Maybe I just had a bad night both times.

27/09/2025: I came in for the first time... Looking at the pizzas being prepared, they seemed good quality... and that's why I stayed... DEFINITELY GOOD PIZZA DYNAMIC AND VERY KIND PIZZA GUESTS (I want to emphasize this) But honestly, seeing the speed, but above all the enthusiasm and smile with which the lady at the cash register welcomes you... makes me want to go to the pizzeria further down the road, where you certainly don't feel like you're in a cemetery.

12/08/2025: The place isn't very pretentious, but it allows you to enjoy a swim with the comfort of a lounger and umbrella and a freshwater shower for €10 per person (August 12). We ate there at the lido, served by a very courteous gentleman. 2 spaghetti with clams, good though not exceptional. Roasted cuttlefish, delicious. A glass of wine, good. 2 coffees and 3 waters total €62. Lunch isn't exactly cheap. The service is quite sketchy, as is the location. The gentleman, who is very attentive and super kind, gives us a star for that. I repeat, for €10 per person we couldn't have asked for better. Ice cream vendors often pass by with gelato and granitas, two minutes down the road, and from the lounger and the sea you can see Mount Etna. It's worth it.

05/01/2026: I've always been a regular, but after the last experience, I've decided I won't be returning. We waited two hours for a pizza and two grilled dishes, which turned out to be unpresentable, as what we were served was far from their classic grilled dish (I'm attaching a before and after photo, the same dish from a year ago and three months ago). The store-bought burger tasted like cardboard, the pistachio didn't taste like pistachio, even though that was their specialty until a few years ago. It was delicious, and that's what we came for. The photo speaks for itself. In all this, after two hours of waiting, we saw dishes arriving for those who had arrived much later than us, simply because we were "waiting for the grilled dish," a ridiculous excuse because you can already tell from the dish how long it takes to prepare it. The bruschetta appetizer arrived with the main courses. Those who had pizza had to eat it cold because the grilled dishes arrived after another 20 minutes. The service was disorganized and the food quality was far from what it used to be. Not even a "sorry." You've lost 3 regulars. A real disappointment. Absolutely not recommended.

02/01/2026: I ordered sandwich number 9. The only good thing was the packaging, the bread was very hard, I'd say stale, there were no sauces as stated on the menu, and the mushrooms weren't the ones specified on the menu (they were pleurotus instead of cardoncelli). It also arrived 50 minutes late, but on the phone they initially told me it was 15 minutes late, and then they didn't even pick up the phone. I don't recommend it; they're not very serious and the food is of poor quality.

18/09/2025: Kindness and courtesy. Excellent baked goods. The focaccias...Mmmmmmm, so good!

10/07/2025: Questo locale si conferma su livelli di ottima qualità! Decisamente buone le granite, ottima la rosticceria! Personale molto cortese e rapido! Il tutto contornato dalla posizione sul lungo mare scogliera della città! Decisamente un posto ideale, per incontrarsi con amici e trascorrere un po' di tempo insieme, gustando roba di qualità.

28/09/2025: The owner was rude and unfriendly. Even though his place was empty, we decided to sit down (eight people). We drank a few beers, Cokes, and water, but perhaps because the bill wasn't too high for him, he decided to tell us that if we only had water to drink, we could go. I've never heard anything like it. Never again.

23/11/2025: Excellent 💯... For my birthday everything was perfect... organization... food... kindness... sweetness of the staff... everything taken care of down to the smallest details ❤️ compliments received from everyone.. no complaints for anything... thank you ❤️

06/10/2025: We went for a pizza tour, a welcoming place, the service wasn't impeccable. Honestly, I have doubts about the pizzas, not to mention that I'm sure the bases were frozen ones, for three reasons that I can point out if anyone has anything to say about them, but the serious thing is that at the time of the presentation contract we weren't told, much less was it indicated... for the rest, it's ok.

25/11/2025: After a long time, I wanted to try the breakfast... €1.70 for a panzerotto that looked like a miniature...the crisis is here, but that doesn't mean consumers should be scammed...well...not at all satisfied...as they say, they make themselves known at the beginning, then the quality and consistency decline once they reach their goals...I don't recommend it. The real winner is seen in the long run.

11/10/2025: Had lunch by mistake, considering it's a rather expensive self-service restaurant. Since there are several cheaper options nearby.

05/09/2025: Cocktails were only average, but no bad. Service was excellent and prices were ok. There was a great buzz and atmosphere in the are, great to sit outside and people-watch.

21/08/2025: A wonderful experience. As a vegetarian, there's a fantastic selection of bruschetta and stuffed ciabatta. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and courteous!

18/11/2025: From what people were saying, we expected much more. The pizzas were good, especially thanks to pizza chef Giuseppe, who boasts class and experience in the industry. Very good. There's no point in giving his work a 5-star rating! Excellent pizza chef. Unfortunately, despite the small crowd, we weren't treated very well. For one reason or another, we were denied a seat change by the waitress, even though there were only a few tables occupied that evening...despite repeated requests. We ate at a table for 4 with two children and two high chairs instead of a table for 6. Uncomfortable. The pizzas were good. Gluten-free, with room for improvement. But the thing that disappointed me a little was the baby Biancaneve pizza... I was a little more disappointed by this... I repeat, baby, with 2 olives in half, and 10 peas and an egg in half, CHARGED €8 + 2 + 2 + 2 supplement... €14... for the rest, 5-star location. Magnificent place. A little far from the city, so you obviously have to go down there. And we... We'll definitely be back... To feel more comfortable. Because it's worth it.

10/08/2025: Buy good fish instead of answering to posterity... I'd give even less, but I'm not allowed. I WANT TO HIGHLIGHT THE INCARCE ATTITUDE THAT REIGNS SOVEREIGN FROM THE BOSS WHO RESPONDS TO REVIEWS WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING THE CUSTOMERS' DISAPPOINTMENT, AND FROM THE GUYS IN THE DINING ROOM WHO HAVE NO PERPLEXITY ABOUT RETURNING PLATES TO THE KITCHEN STILL FULL AND NOT WORRYING ABOUT CUSTOMERS BY AT LEAST ASKING... Stop!

10/12/2025: A place that feels like home, where the burger is exactly the "best burger in New York" as they say in "How I Met Your Mother." The place is well-kept, and the table service always pampers you. Congratulations to whoever created all this, thank you, we needed it.

28/06/2025: Intrigued by the presence of a section of vegetarian and vegan pizzas, I decided to try the section of this pizzeria on the occasion of the Thursday promotion in which the classic pizzas cost €5 and the special ones €7. Once they arrived I sadly noticed that these pizzas, the vegetarian and vegan ones, were not included in the promotion (because they do not fall into the "special" category, I deduce). But why categorize pizzas that, apart from the addition of vegetable cheeses (present only in some, or on request) are simple pizzas with vegetables? What is the difference between these and a green calzone (which is among the classics) and among the many others present on the menu in the classic and special sections? The "vegetarian" pizza itself is not part of this separate list, but it is among the classics (and is included in the promotion). It is clear that the "vegetarian/vegan" section was created for marketing reasons (and in fact, it worked: I placed the order first!) but that is precisely the problem. If you choose to promote yourself as a place that is attentive to the needs of those who follow a plant-based diet (with a page dedicated to the green proposal), excluding these pizzas from the weekly offers makes them "other", "different", and not an integral part of the menu. In this way, you penalize those who make a different ethical or dietary choice, and you betray the spirit of inclusiveness that a veg section should represent. My criticism is therefore not so much about the lack of transparency, as in fact if you refer to the mere title of the section it is right that vegetarian pizzas are not the object of the promotion, but the very choice behind this thing. A true veg-friendly menu should not be limited to a label, but should be fully integrated into the rest of the offer, promotions included, without therefore categorizing them separately as if they were "other". I repeat, the same pizzas could have easily been in the traditional sections of the menu (with possibly the surcharge for plant-based cheeses if requested). I write all this with regret, because the pizza was good, and I would have definitely ordered it again in the future, if I hadn't felt excluded instead of included. The goal of a veg-friendly menu should be to encourage the consumption of plant-based products even for those who are not vegetarian/vegan, but this is not the case and, in fact, in this way, it discourages it.

23/06/2025: I ordered two pizzas on Just Eat. One called for fried zucchini, but it came with roasted zucchini. The other called for buffalo mozzarella, but the cheese was grainy and didn't taste like buffalo. To top it all off, a hair stuck in the mozzarella. The only positives were the speed of delivery and the friendliness of the delivery man.

23/12/2025: Convenient and quick bite in Catania "A great place if you need a quick and affordable snack while exploring the city. The location is very convenient, right in the heart of the city. Service is fast even when it's crowded, and the kiosks work perfectly. It’s clean inside and has air conditioning, which is a lifesaver in the Sicilian heat. The food is always fresh and of standard quality. A good option for a budget traveler in Catania

03/09/2025: Expectations were very high; it had been recommended by several people. We asked for several things, being a group, including the kindness of setting up our table: nothing. Our orders all arrived at different times, so I wonder why I stopped to eat with friends if I ended up eating alone? They didn't provide us with a menu, nor did they properly list the ingredients: be careful if you have any allergies. The place itself is very nice, offering several options, but the management needs a complete overhaul.
