I had a mixed experience with this service. I have to say that the food is really good and the quality is satisfactory. However, there are some aspects that could be improved. First, the delivery wait times were quite long, which detracted from the experience somewhat. Also, when I tried to contact customer service to inquire, I found the staff on the phone quite annoyed. I hope these aspects are addressed to improve the service. Overall, the food is good, but there's still work to be done to make the overall experience more satisfying.
