01/02/2026: We've been coming back for years. The pizza is great, especially the gluten-free version. Unfortunately, tourists are outmatched by locals when it comes to service. The serving time for a tourist is unacceptable :(. Think about it.

30/12/2025: I ordered a Margherita, but the ingredients weren't of the highest quality and the pizza was heavy to digest, despite being topped simply with mozzarella and tomato. I expected much more.

28/06/2025: Intrigued by the presence of a section of vegetarian and vegan pizzas, I decided to try the section of this pizzeria on the occasion of the Thursday promotion in which the classic pizzas cost €5 and the special ones €7. Once they arrived I sadly noticed that these pizzas, the vegetarian and vegan ones, were not included in the promotion (because they do not fall into the "special" category, I deduce). But why categorize pizzas that, apart from the addition of vegetable cheeses (present only in some, or on request) are simple pizzas with vegetables? What is the difference between these and a green calzone (which is among the classics) and among the many others present on the menu in the classic and special sections? The "vegetarian" pizza itself is not part of this separate list, but it is among the classics (and is included in the promotion). It is clear that the "vegetarian/vegan" section was created for marketing reasons (and in fact, it worked: I placed the order first!) but that is precisely the problem. If you choose to promote yourself as a place that is attentive to the needs of those who follow a plant-based diet (with a page dedicated to the green proposal), excluding these pizzas from the weekly offers makes them "other", "different", and not an integral part of the menu. In this way, you penalize those who make a different ethical or dietary choice, and you betray the spirit of inclusiveness that a veg section should represent. My criticism is therefore not so much about the lack of transparency, as in fact if you refer to the mere title of the section it is right that vegetarian pizzas are not the object of the promotion, but the very choice behind this thing. A true veg-friendly menu should not be limited to a label, but should be fully integrated into the rest of the offer, promotions included, without therefore categorizing them separately as if they were "other". I repeat, the same pizzas could have easily been in the traditional sections of the menu (with possibly the surcharge for plant-based cheeses if requested). I write all this with regret, because the pizza was good, and I would have definitely ordered it again in the future, if I hadn't felt excluded instead of included. The goal of a veg-friendly menu should be to encourage the consumption of plant-based products even for those who are not vegetarian/vegan, but this is not the case and, in fact, in this way, it discourages it.

23/06/2025: I ordered two pizzas on Just Eat. One called for fried zucchini, but it came with roasted zucchini. The other called for buffalo mozzarella, but the cheese was grainy and didn't taste like buffalo. To top it all off, a hair stuck in the mozzarella. The only positives were the speed of delivery and the friendliness of the delivery man.

04/04/2026: Everything was good and the service too, but I don't even have a comment about the bathroom.

30/03/2026: Worst McDonals experience ever. 4 people in the front desk doing same thing which is absolutely nothing. 3 orders on the waiting list and preparation takes 20 minutes…

23/02/2026: Very rude and they increase the prices at the checkout, they made me pay for 2 extra bottles of water without having purchased them, insisting that I had to pay for them anyway. I do not recommend it at all.

16/02/2026: It has now become my favorite sushi place. Very precise in gluten-free and dairy-free dishes. Highly recommended.

26/10/2025: I ate very well and I can say that the best pizza I have ever eaten was from you. Excellent quality and abundant toppings, and also the catering, nothing to say, really compliments.

11/09/2025: The staff were very kind and helpful. The place was welcoming, and we enjoyed everything we ate, all of which were reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

09/09/2025: The best bakery we tried in Catania (and probably whole Sicily) was this one. The pastries were so good, coffee was delicious, cheap prices, table service, nice staff. The only thing that is a minus is that they didn’t really speak english, which is expected but it would have been good.

03/01/2026: Worst service ever! After waiting 30 minutes – with only one family ahead of us and only three kebabs – we left. Completely overwhelmed… unfortunately, I can't give a zero-star rating.

20/03/2026: I found a hair in the fried arancini, the ingredients are of poor quality and it costs €2.20.

19/11/2025: I bought a small/medium sized carton but the price is really exaggerated €2.20 and I don't want to add anything else.

31/12/2025: I wanted to try this place with some colleagues, but I've never made such a bad choice. Rice with tasteless minestrone soup; I had to add salt because it was bland! The surprise was the price: 6 euros! For a first course like this, and even much better, I would have paid 4 euros. The alternative was penne with ragù, but what kind of ragù was it, with only pieces of meat in it? Sorry, this cuisine isn't for you. Never again, I definitely don't recommend it!

15/03/2026: We have been to this place and I must say that there is no comparison with other trattorias in the area, excellent food, impeccable service, and the environment is very clean and tidy, the meat is spectacular like other things, I recommend it to everyone, the food is really good and excellent quality for the price

14/03/2026: We waited about an hour for two pizzas. Even though we were only two people and the restaurant was almost empty, our order wasn’t taken for a long time. Meanwhile, several other customers arrived and received their orders before us. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing.

05/06/2025: Ho pranzato due domeniche fa in questo buon ristorante situato nel centro della città, dietro la Via Etnea. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dalla qualità del cibo proposto e dal servizio veloce e cortese (dal momento che purtroppo avevo l'aereo a breve). Ho preso maccheroni alla norma, cotoletta e torta al limone. Il ristorante ha una ricca carta di pietanze sia di carne che di pesce. Mi sento di consigliarlo a chi viene in città, considerando che non è facile trovare nella zona ristoranti altrettanto buoni. Spero io stesso di tornarci presto.

19/12/2025: I was here in December, but the place is unpleasant. It's a very old and run-down campsite. The bungalows have damp, moss-covered, and decaying walls. The old, dilapidated showers have hot water, but there are gaps between the ceiling and the walls. The rooms are cold and unheated. The doors are old, rusty, and hang crookedly on their hinges. The toilets don't have seats or lids. It's absolutely unsuitable for booking in advance and I wouldn't recommend it. It might be suitable as a stopover (2 nights) in the summer, as the sea is directly across the road and there's a good view of Mount Etna. I gave it one star because zero stars isn't an option.

08/12/2025: Nice, pleasant and flexible owners, you can choose your place and later sort out documents. There are various places and choose what you want and there is electricity. The problem is if you need to use showers. There is only 3 of them and they are tiny and you need a token for 3 munutes. If you put your towel or clothes by the door on the hook you can't open the shower door or your chlothes can get wet. Generally camp need some cleaning and investment but the showers are the biggest problem if you need to use them. Some people use facilities in campers but it would take much to fix and make better showers. I paid 25€ with Acsi which is OK if you arrive from Messina side and you want to see Etna as there is not much choice. Later I found better and cheaper camps. Not that I don't like this camp but honestly I prefer others more for facilities and accordingly the price.

08/03/2026: Not bad, honestly I've eaten better pizzas and waited less but I'm still mostly satisfied.
