21/04/2025: Very poor quality food and very badly cooked, the swordfish and aubergine pasta was a disaster, with low quality ingredients (the tomato puree in particular was sour) not presentable in a restaurant, total disappointment

21/04/2025: We decided to go to the ruins because we had already been there and had eaten well, but this time something changed... excessively poor food, badly cooked and the dishes not particularly pleasing to the eye. The staff was not rude, but not attentive to customer requests. We complained about everything and their response was that no one had ever complained before, but in reality the next table was having the same problem. We will definitely never go back there again.

10/02/2025: Very tasty food for little money. One of the best kebabs I've ever eaten. I'm going back there tomorrow. I recommend.

03/01/2025: Excellent kebab at very low prices. Recommended, although if you order dishes other than kebab they are a bit slow. But otherwise exceptional.

11/08/2024: In the restaurant what reigns most is "Disorganization and Cunning": a very disorganized pastry chef, a cheat and not very trusting of the customer but very helpful and very kind. The order for the preparation of a dessert which was delivered to the customer in a personalized way and not as requested by the latter was not well received. Prepared and imaginative pastry chef even if clumsy. He tries to be as courteous as possible with the customer, which is greatly appreciated. Even when saying the weight at the time of delivery of the requested dessert, when weighing on the scale, to match the requested kilos, he pressed with a finger on the scale in order to increase the kilos to make them correspond to those requested. At the checkout they tried to charge more for the dessert than previously said, then with huffs they accepted the price previously stated by themselves when ordering the dessert. The dessert was exquisite. For the rest everyone (even if some in a forced way) was very kind and extremely helpful. Light, hard and satisfying granita, the fact that it is hard is pleasant. A new granita.

02/03/2025: We had dinner here on our mini trip to Sicily. The location is excellent, right on the piazza just opposite the duomo. It is possible to sit outside. We had dinner around 8 o'clock and that time around the place wasn't crowded at all. We got our food really quickly. Later the restaurant was really busy. The staff was very polite and friendly, always smiling. I had the best limoncello spritz ever. We had pasta, all of us. Pasta in Italy is considred starter but the portions were enough for us. The bill at the end surprised us as we only paid 48 eur for a drink, two bottles of water and 3 pastas. We were really happy and content with this restaurant.

23/02/2025: Avevamo prenotato un tavolo per le 20 30. Dopo un'ora e mezza dall'ordinazione delle pizze ci comunicavano che c'era ancora da attendere altri 20 minuti. Nel frattempo avevano già servito il tavolo accanto al nostro che aveva ordinato dopo di noi. Alle nostre lamentele, invece di scusarsi del loro ritardo e del disguido, ci è stato risposto che già ci stavano facendo un favore ma se volevamo potevamo andare a mangiare un panino da qualche altra parte e infatti questa abbiamo fatto. Vergognosi! Non meritavano un altro secondo della nostra presenza, meglio abbandonarli senza altre discussioni. P..S. di fronte abbiamo mangiato un panino buonissimo e siamo stati serviti con gentilezza e velocità.

17/03/2025: They improvised some sausages and pasta for us because on Sundays at Aci Sain't Antonio everything is closed...but a fix...it's better to go from afar.

09/03/2025: A place I've never seen, perhaps it opened for women's day, the plastic chairs are so old that you have to be careful if they break, humidity everywhere, let's not talk about the ciuingam, that is, pizza, an exaggerated price of 22 euros, 1 can of pizza, a plate of pasta for 9 people, poor service

28/04/2025: Siamo andati in coppia per un aperitivo, molto misero se consideriamo il prezzo 25,00, euro a coppia.Quindi per 5 50, euro per 4 sprizz e una ciotola di arachidi e una di patatine per 4 , più 4 pizzettine minuscole e 4 minuscoli arancini. Qualità nulla da dire come prr tutto quello che su consuma lì...ma mai più aperitivo .Per il tipo di posto sarebbe bene rivedere il tutto. Peccato!!

15/04/2025: Visito Catania a menudo y he probado todos los araicinos considerados “top”. Para mí esto es lo mejor de lo mejor. No tengo dudas. Además de arancini se puede comer de todo hasta una impresionante selección de postres. Las bebidas también son excelentes. ¡Conseguiría una suscripción de por vida!

DISAPPOINTING PIZZA (NEVER EATEN SUCH A POOR PIZZA NOT EVEN THE FROZEN ONES CAN COMPARE TO THESE)! COFFEE TO VOMIT! "MASK COMPETITION" EVENT 21/02/25 €16 PER PERSON...I WOULDN'T GO BACK EVEN FOR FREE.

20/03/2025: Esperienza deludente e da non ripetere. Se il cibo può ritenersi di livello sufficiente, il resto lascia a desiderare. Abbiamo atteso 1 h e 30 minuti per essere serviti, senza ricevere nel frattempo nessun riscontro alle nostre numerose e più che giustificate rimostranze. Un menu kilometrico, come è quello di questo ristorante, - che prevede al tempo stesso pizza, pesce, carne e sushi - non può che portare a queste conseguenze.

18/03/2025: Pedimos pulpo y un filete. El pulpo estaba tan duro que no se podía comer. Lo devolvimos y lo trajrron de nuevo más hecho. El filete era estropajo. Parecía recién descongelado en el microondas y el sabor no era bueno. No dije nada y comí la mitad.

23/03/2025: Real thieves. The woman with glasses at the bar tried to charge us four times for our table of four drinks. We had to argue with her to make her understand that we had already paid for our drinks. The waiter tried to explain it to her and was rudely silenced. €11 for coffee and pastries. Shameless.

13/02/2025: Siamo stati in pellegrinaggio per la festa di s. Agata giorno 12 febbraio. Dopo aver assistito alla messa in Duomo ci siamo fermati per mangiare qualcosa in questo locale. Rosticceria buona, gustosa e morbida. Anche le cosiddette "minne di s. Agata" erano buone. C'era molta gente e il servizio non era impeccabile ma in questi casi è abbastanza normale. Sicuramente ci tornerò.

25/08/2024: I went several times to eat here, and every time for 2 pizzas, even if there is no confusion, I waited at least 1 hour each time, and after 4-5 times I think it's routine from what I've seen. Drinks always hot and not very cold. It's a shame because the location is beautiful but the pizzas and preparation times are not up to par. The last time I also found the ham rind still attached inside a pizza, ready to make someone suffocate, without words. I will never go again.

16/11/2024: I waited over 1 hour to have my pizza cancelled. They called me to ask if I could pay in cash when it arrived. But it never arrived and then was cancelled on me… They called me multiple times and I called them and they said it was on its way. Liars. Don’t buy from here. I also am now getting prank called from a Milan number because of this pizza place too.
